Bought my 20 lb. dog there to reduce the length of her hair and a bath. Place has at least 4 groomers and the place is loud. My dog is fairly reserved but likes most dogs. The trim on her body was what I expected. Her head or legs appeared as though they were not done. Her butt was shaved a bit too closely that it appeared it scraped the skin and bled slightly. Shampoo they used was very good. Had a nice mild fragrance, and her hair was very soft. They maintain cages in the rear for the dogs which I wasn't a fan of. My dog was a rescue and was used for breeding, and she doesn't appreciate cages. I didn't want to take her back for a retrim. The price was reasonable for the area @ $75 for cash. read more

When I bring my 85 lb yellow Labrador, Chelse always remembers her, Gracie remembers Chelsea. The grooming room is visible from the front. The pets are treated with such care and kindness, BUT the pet will also be perfectly groomed. There are always pets finished w grooming and drying waiting for their owners. I highly recommend this Grooming salon. I have a gorgeous Pomsky and it's a know fact that you are not supposed to shave a Pomsky for many reasons. (You can Google it and see for yourself all the major reasons why you should not shave a Pomsky) Maleficent goes swimming almost everyday. She got so many matts all over her body that it was unhealthy not to get rid of all the matts. I tried for two weeks to brush out her matts. I was able to get many of them out although they were all over her beautiful body. I was left with only one choice, to shave her. I met with Chelsea and she calmed me down. DO NOT GO HERE. Your pet could get INFECTION or HURTS and they DO NOT take any RESPONSIBILITY for it. I called and they confirmed they didn't have anything to with his infection and it could have happened due to ear plucking, utensils used and/or cleaning products used, so clearly something triggered it there at their parlor as they gave clear examples of what could have caused it. They then proceed to take no responsibility, and claim that if we would've called them before they could have recommended us something for his ear. When your dog gets sick you don't call the groomers you call the vet's office. As a result, my dog got an yeast ear infection. We called to them they said it is NOT THEIR FALUT AT ALL but they agree with THEY COULDN'T FIND NOTHING WHILE THEY ARE CLEANING. That makes no sense, because my dog didn't have any ear problem before going here. read more

UPDATE... I must highlight that I told Chelsea 10AM, and she mistakenly put me down for 9am. Her phone calls were missed as I was on a conference call for work at 9am as to WHY I chose the 10am slot. I even had a friend call after me to schedule their dog for the same time, but there was nothing available. I wanted to give Chelsea the benefit of the doubt here & assume it was a miscommunication, but now it is clear that Chelsea seriously lacks in professionalism and customer service skills. Her ego and inability to acknowledge that she possibly made an error is alarming. To insinuate a customer is lying and call them rude, when they were nothing short of polite is very concerning. *WARNING* this location also did not ask me for Rabies/vaccine paperwork on my dog prior to scheduling. Bella has never had a Hotspot and I took her to the vet and they said she was nicked. Also my new groomer is Amazing and Bella hasn't had any other skin problems ever. She is only a year old stop the nonsense!! You are rude and unprofessional. You obviously don't care about your customers or their fur babies. The groomer I'd been with for years closed abruptly a few months ago and it's always a stressful experience picking a new place for your dog, especially my very sensitive 18 month old poodle. Fortunately, I picked right. Pooch Parlor did a great job, gave him a perfect poodle cut, had him in and out in under 3 hours, and he came home very happy, no signs of stress or fear.
