I have been here about five times in the past 3 years (although I wish it were more!) and every massage has been great! I love that they offer a special to try out a different massage therapist. There is a therapist for every need. I forget her name but one of them recommended that I get a massage before getting a chiropractic adjustment for my sciatica pain for it to have a better effect and I did just that and it gave me pain relief for so many months. We've had appointments with three of their technicians so far, and all three have provided the best massages we've ever had in our lives. The staff is friendly and cheerful, the location is clean and comfortable, and their focus on having technicians with a variety of important specialized certifications makes this not just somewhere to go for pampering and relaxation. Knotted Up is an integral part of my medical treatment right now - I'm terrified to think of how much worse my body would ache without their support. You get what you pay for. I hope that the medical insurance industry eventually recognizes that without massage, the physical therapy and chiropractic care they cover is simply not nearly as effective and start covering it as well. This is a 5 star review for Jasmine. She was the best therapist I've ever had. I manage 3 businesses and I'm highly stressed everyday. She helped get rid of all my pain, and she took care of my biggest problem area which is my neck, shoulders and upper back. Very thankful I came across this place and I highly recommend Jasmine. I have always had top-notch, stellar experience with all the therapists I have had ( go-tos depending on my need for that time are Gio for Trigger Point, Marissa and Clarissa for Deep Tissue and Claudia for a relaxing deep tissue and lymphatic drainage) and they also have amazing customer service. I've been coming to this location monthly for three months now. I've had Veronica and Marquis, which were both wonderful and professional. I would definitely recommend them. I recently had Gio as a masseuse. He was nice and professional but I was left feeling a little indifferent and incomplete about my massage. I realized that he didn't massage my hands nor my feet, so at the end of the massage I asked him if he usually skips feet (I didn't ask about my hands) he said that he skips feet unless it's specifically asked for by the Customer. He explained that every masseuse is different and that his style/routine is to skip feet as a lot of customers don't want it. I did say at the beginning of the massage that I wanted "full body". I didn't know I had to say feet as well. I've never had to ask another masseuse in the past. But I understand, I now know to specify. read more
