Came to Knotted Up needing some muscular tension relief, because I definitely was feeling knotted up. I did earliest booking through their website and got the appointment with Brandon. I walked into the place, which looked nice and was immediately greeted with great customer service. Brandon introduced self and was professional. Asked me if I was having pain anywhere or if their was any part of my body that needed more relief. I told him my neck was sore and he has for how long and what might have caused it. He educated me about cupping, which I tried for the first time and it felt good. Brandon really worked on my back and neck area. Stretched me out, so it really felt like a sports medicine massage. I've been wanting to get a massage for a while. I typically have the most tightness and tension in upper back and legs. I strength train 5-6 days a week.
