I have been seeing Jasmin B every month for the last 6 months! She is my go to girl! At the beginning of each session she asks what issues I am having. Sometimes it's the normal (low back, calf cramps, shoulders,etc). And other times it's more complex. Regardless of what I say she knows exactly what to do and I leave feeling like a brand new person. Came to Knotted Up needing some muscular tension relief, because I definitely was feeling knotted up. I did earliest booking through their website and got the appointment with Brandon. I walked into the place, which looked nice and was immediately greeted with great customer service. Brandon introduced self and was professional. Asked me if I was having pain anywhere or if their was any part of my body that needed more relief. I told him my neck was sore and he has for how long and what might have caused it. He educated me about cupping, which I tried for the first time and it felt good. Brandon really worked on my back and neck area. Stretched me out, so it really felt like a sports medicine massage. Giovanni made sure what the location of my pain was before the massage started to make sure he worked on it thoroughly and was making sure the pressure was right during the process. I've been wanting to get a massage for a while. I typically have the most tightness and tension in upper back and legs. I strength train 5-6 days a week. Usually when I get massages it would be at a reflexology place or a local spot running deals. However, Knotted Up for me was a completely different and AMAZING experience!
