This has got to be the "BEST" Massage Therapist on the entire planet. I have been going to this establishment since November/2016... when I first went in, I could barely walk. After that first visit I was feeling a lot better. I started going 2-3 times a week, because I have 24/7 pain issues. I was hit by a car a little over 5/years ago. I have had both hip replacements, 15-20 epidural injections in my neck and back. I have never been able to get rid of the muscle spasms throughout my entire back area, over the last 5/years. The first visit was a "RELIEF". I'm not sure if the epidurals or the acupuncture treatments were even necessary. Anyway, now I am able to lift weights again without spasms, I have been walking a lot more than before and have been just starting to jog again. I urge anyone with any type of pain issues and/or sports injuries , to go see "RANDY @ KNOW KNOTS MASSAGE".... You will not regret it. Oh Yeah, I almost forgot... I haven't taken any of the prescribed pain medications (Norco, Tramadol, Cyclobenzaprine, Perkaset, Vicaden, Motrin/800m). Randy is amazing. I'm prone to upper body muscle spasms between my shoulders, and I'd been dealing with the tightness and pain for quite a few months. As (good) painful as the massage was, I can't thank him enough. I had a 2 hour long massage that started with deep tissue and trigger point for my upper back. I haven't had any pain or tightness since. He's very responsive in the level of pressure you need and adjusting it. I prefer medium pressure, but he can go really firm if that's what you need. He's a very caring individual who will let you choose the music as well, anything you like. That's a big plus for me. The room I was in was small and simple but relaxing and very comfortable. It was also a FULL 2 hours, unlike the places that promise an hour or whatever then dock 10 minutes or so from it. Like other reviewers, I too get massages on a regular basis, and have tried many different therapists. I don't suffer from severe pain due to trauma, however, I do sit at a computer most of the day. I have had a dull but consistent pain in my neck and back (upper and lower). Very early into my first session with Randy, I knew he was superior to any other therapist that has worked on me. Absolutely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I purchased a package for a lymphatic drainage massage. The conversation always turned to sex and how terrible his marriage was. When I tried to change the subject he would always find a way to tell me how he just wants to put his wifes mouth to work but she doesn't do anything but sit on the couch. Complained about how many kids she has. I really felt bad for her. My last straw was going in at 8pm and being all alone and him telling me that he hates doing this massage because it's so boring. That I need to let him do a full body massage to see what he can really do...and I need "something else" massaged. Bragged about how he always massaged breasts. Told me he has sexual harassment insurance so if a girl complained about him, he wouldn't lose his business, they would just go after the insurance... that cant be real, right?? Totally unprofessional and creepy. I asked for a refund for the massage I didn't get and was told I could get it but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything. He also called me after I told his wife about his behavior and was appalled that I even told his wife. This guy really is a creep and I will be reporting this to the bbb. I have recordings of the sexual comments and unprofessional conversations from my last visit. After making this review I saw several other women had the exact same expierece as me. Randy is an amazing massage therapist! I've been in 3 car accidents that messed up my back and worked a physically strenuous job. He always makes the environment comfortable and relaxing. My neck, shoulder and hip were my biggest concern and Randy was able to get all those knots out! Also, he was able to help with my scoliosis which was great. He paid special attention to the pressure as well, always asking if it was too hard or too soft. I did his special which consisted of about 4 sessions for a set price. I've been seeing Randy 2-3 times per week for two months now, and the severe pain I was suffering has disappeared. I've been completely off pain medication (I had been taking Norco, Gabapentin, steroids, and muscle relaxants to cope with the pain) for over three weeks now, and feel better with each successive massage. Randy's ability to quickly assess the source of the pain and apply his considerable knowledge and skill to relieve it is truly extraordinary, and his rates are very affordable, especially given his superior expertise and talent. I'm a Journey Lineman and I recently hurt my lower back or so I thought until Randy took a look at me and said its your lower hips that are giving you the problem. I called and made an appointment to this place for a knot I have in my trapezius muscle and was seen the same day. I wish I would have never gone! When I got there I was seated in the waiting room. The therapist Randy walked in the building shortly after. He introduced himself and I didn't wait long before I was in the massage room. I told him I wanted focus on the area because I had pain there but massaging everywhere else was fine. During the massage he started by asking me if I was married, I wanted a peace and quiet massage hence why I wasn't trying to talk much. I thought that was weird but I let it go. He then rambles off about how he's married but is unhappy and doesn't want to continue being married to his wife and how he doesn't want to be with just one person. In the right mind as a "professional" why would you have this conversation with a client. Especially during a massage which is supposed to be the clients time. The whole massage was him talking about that and asking me about my relationship. That's something maybe he should talk to his wife about. His cell phone also kept going off during the massage. Maybe the ringer should be set to silent when with a client. I was so displeased with the massage. I felt weird and unsafe being there. I noticed it was only him and I there after we walked out of the massage room. Instead of saying anything I paid him and got out of there. It has been the most unpleasant and unprofessional massage I've had with a therapist. I walked out of there feeling uneasiness and pain in that knot that was still in my trapezius. I expected professionalism and a good massage based on the rest of his reviews. I wasn't going to review this place but I feel I should let others potentially considering this place know what they can expect during a massage with Randy.
