I am not one that writes reviews or engages in social media, so the fact that I'm writing this will tell you how great I think Randy's work is! First...value for money! Hello!!! I have paid more for less with other therapists and I have also had other great experiences. That said, Randy brings massage to a whole new level. His technique is beyond compare and his intuition of what your body needs and where it is needed is uncanny. He takes his time, stretches you and works problem areas in a way that is extremely therapeutic w/out the grimacing pain delivered by other therapists. On top of this, he is an incredibly nice guy that makes you feel immediately comfortable... I have chronic lower back discomfort and play tennis; I have seen Randy twice and will definitely plan on seeing him again. His space is in the back part of a gym, so for non gym rats, it could be a bit intimidating walking through, but not to worry. The gym people are into their workouts and not paying attention to you. Randy is working on improving his massage room and is making great strides. PLEASE do yourself a favor and check this guy out. Five stars: As good as it gets. I do not have chronic pain of any kind, but I have a "desk job" and my free time activity is to ride my road bike; these both lead to upper back tension and knots. Randy works them out. I am planning to make Randy's therapy a part of my usual self-care routine. I live in Redlands, commute to Claremont, and the trip to see Randy is worth the stop in Riverside. He's the "de-stresser" that is like giving a gift to yourself. But more than that, Randy is simply a gifted healer. As other reviewers have said, this is no standard massage or method: Randy senses your trouble spots and takes your healing on a prescribed journey that--whether you know it or not--is what he "sees" your body (and your spirit) needs that day. And, he has a plan for your next visit that turns out to also be just what you need. I've talked to friends who see him, too; we don't all get the same "treatment." I have been dealing with lower back and right hip pain for a while and didn't know where to begin for help. I was afraid to trust a Chiropractor with the severe pain and tenderness ...so I decided to search for a therapeutic massage specialist. I don't like these types of businesses that are in every city!! You tend to get a very "regular" treatment, like everyone gets the same thing! I needed a person that can focus on my sore neck. I called and asked a few questions, made same day appointment and went in. The city gym itself is pretty basic. No fancy stuff anywhere, I also like simple, because if you blow money on fancy stuff, us customers end up with the bill. I went in met Randy, went into the room, it was pretty basic, I like that, nothing fancy. But Randy is a professional!! He assessed me first, then he went to work!! Agony and ecstacy!! He hit the right trigger points and guess what? PAIN IS GONE!!! A whole week I couldn't move my neck, one visit with Randy, no more pain!!! Fabulous! I have been going to Randy W. for massages many times over many years when necessary. Every time I develop a new tense area, I make an appointment. If you need a real massage to ease chronic or sudden pain, this is the therapist for you! He is able to use the type of pressure I need (most women are not strong enough to address my knots) but makes sure it is at my comfort level, not too much. Everyone has a gift to give in life, Randy has the gift of massage. I have always enjoyed my experience, and all around felt comfortable, which as a woman is important to me. Don't use this company e.   The patron's genitals, pubic area, anus, gluteal crease, or the areola (nipple), and female patron's breasts below a point immediately above the top of the areola must be fully draped at all times while any employee of the business or establishment is in the massage therapy room, cubicle, or any type of room or space with the patron. No massage service or massage therapy shall be administered to a patron that results in intentional contact, or occasional and repetitive contact, with the genitals, pubic area, anus, gluteal crease, the areola (nipple), and female breasts of a patron. read more

I went in a couple times for a therapy session and every single time it was an amzing experience the relaxation and ways he works, puts his knoledge to amazing use, because i had seen others and they just couldnt get my problem out of the way , i had elavated hip and with one session was amazing after that i knew i was getting more than my money's worth. I also like to work out and Lift wheights, so i went in to see randy for my tendons and muscles after a crazy week of lifting i couldnt even walk..but he fixed me up the same day and the next day i was walking perfectley, mild soreness ofcourse from the therapy but hes the man you want to see if you need a therapist..AMAZING JOB RANDY. read more

I have been suffering with back pain for years now, I have literally gone through a hundred different masseuses and there is honestly no one better than Randy! He very skilled, he listens to what your outlook on your pain is and is able to find your troubled areas with no problems. He has strong hands, which is perfect if you are looking for firm pressure. I initially went to randy because I pulled my back (picking up a light bulb no less). This is certainly the place to go if you have pain, he has helped me twice now with long term issues that other massages haven't been able to even begin to help with.
