They also removed my debit card from the vehicle which seemed like they were doing it to hold against me. The owner continued to swear and was very unprofessional. I was charged storage fees for the two days they were closed and was told I should have left a message. Nothing on their website says to leave a message when closed. This place is an absolute scam job. I understand towing happens, but there's no excuse for the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. The first time I ever tried to use the Air Conditioner, it worked GREAT when the car was running, but if parked it would blow NOTHING but H O T air.. The fan got SO HOT it even melted the top of my OIL DIPSTICK! THEN 3 days later I was driving and the car suddenly tried to STOP and smoke was coming from the caliper.. So that needed to be replaced and now 2 weeks later the caliper on the drivers side ALSO needs to be replaced. I have had to put over 1,000 into this car before the TEMP plates even ran out. The car was in an accident and I was told the hood and the fenders, NOTHING ELSE... Well.. Clearly the windshield was also replaced, because GLASS flies out of the vent when the air is on.. The woman who rented us the uhaul did not have us do a walk around before the rental to look for damage. Asked her if we needed to do the walk around beforehand and she said no. Funny that they don't have you do the standard procedures to protect clients from fraudulent charges for damages we didn't create and then submit for the damages before the uhaul dispute review is even started.
