The hype is real! This place is so good! I got a smoothie & my husband got Acai and honestly it was the most tasty Acai we've ever gotten! The smoothie was amazing too, not overly sweet! Service was great! The inside is so cute and definitely feels like an oasis! Such a cool place :)

Their avocado toast is bomb, protein shake is BOMB, music selection is good, location is good, seating is good, and customer services was aight, LOL! Maybe it was an off day but I didn't let that stop me from enjoying my lunch (solo lunch) and enjoying the vibes of the customers. Their portions are good size, I saved the other avocado toast (2 slices) for later and I their protein shake was satisfying. I will definitely be returning whenever I find myself in the Burbank area and enjoy the outdoor seating area.

Trying to use up some ClassPass points, I decided to order an acai bowl and a matcha from here. They started making it as soon as I stopped by and I decided to sit outside on the gorgeous day while waiting. They were kind enough to bring it out to me letting me know the straw for my drink was in the bag. I actually like to wait for the acai to melt a little bit so I ran some errands and then back home to eat it. The acai was good but I found that the amount of granola wasn't what I had expected. I'm not sure if this is just for CP orders or how they do all orders, but I found the toppings to be sparse. I'll stick with other acai spots. The matcha was overly sweet as well... I let the ice melt into it to dilute the concentrated sweetness while I ran those errands. Overall the location and vibes are cuuuuuute but the food/drink missed the mark for me.

Not sure why I have never been here before when I have passed by it so many times, like a thousand times. My guess would be cause I'm not a fan of açaí bowls, not knowing this cafe has more than açaí bowl. They serve sandwiches, salads, smoothies coffee and pastries. While I was in the area today I looked them up on Yelp and saw they have coffee. So I went in. I was immediately greeted and acknowledged by staff. Great customer service. I ordered a cold brew with milk and loved it and a chocolate croissant which was delicious. I really enjoy my time here sitting outside enjoying the beautiful plats all around. Very nice ambiance here. I noticed they have sandwiches and salads which I will go back very soon to try. Everything sounded fresh and delicious and healthy. .... Loved it here.

I've been a frequent customer here at Acai Jungle and brought many of my friends and family here. What's not to love about Acai?! They are always very friendly when I come and are good with suggestions. It can be busy and it's expected to not find parking right away but not a reason to turn around. Ambiance is cute and I enjoy their seating in the tuck away "Jungle" area near their entrance door. I would rate 5 stars but my opinion has changed because they've let me down with my order of their big sized Acai pint (because I love their Acai so much) ! I ordered it on Uber. But the amount of Acai in their pint was absurd considering the price I paid for it! I think my total came out to a little over $20. I expect the pint to be filled to the top/ the brim like any pint of ice cream would. But it was filled half away. I sure wish I had taken a photo but I was offended. I was really dissatisfied and felt jibbed. I would still come here and do occasionally but after that incident, I've been more open to other acai places. I do wish on their menu they would be flexible about the banana topping having to be in every bowl allowing substitutions if you don't like banana. All the bowls require you to get banana.

I've been here several times over the last ten years because the açaí base is honestly delicious and not too sweet. The wait time is not too long, and the staff are all very friendly. However, last time my best friend and I sat on the patio, we noticed a strange smell coming from a nearby planter... it turned out to be a dead rat. We let the staff know, and while they thanked us, it stayed there the entire time we were eating. The food deserves a better environment and I'd come back once that's improved.

Had the summer nectarine chicken salad!! So refreshing! I have been coming here since 2016 -- at this point we're in 2025, food will be expensive. However, the quality of the food and drinks makes it worth it. You really get what you pay for!

Amazing as always!! The ingredients are vibrant and always fresh. Their drinks are phenomenal. I have had the jasmine chai, the shakes, the acai bowls and most recently tried brunch here over the weekend: The staff is always friendly and wiling to answer any questions. I love this establishment so much because they play really nice music and the vibe is always positive and uplifting .

TLDR: 4.5/5 missed the yelp elite event for this place but it helped me put it on the radar and it delivered! Great prices, great seating and way more options than just açaí. Ordered: Regular acai w fruit and hemp seeds A few things about how they run it: it's not the same as your uba tuba or Rios. 1. There are way more different bowl options depending on scoop it seems like which will be great for kiddos but idk felt a little cheated I'm not sure why. 2. You only get one other topping. I only got two bc if you check in on Yelp you can get a free topping. Which again I feel like at other places you can go ham but maybe they're more invested in simplicity here. 3. The acai itself is quite good! 4. As I said they have other options like a legitimate cafe, snacks, Sammies and salads. And per other reviews they seem to be very good so if you want a meal it's also here. Vibe: 4/5 Oh this is perfect for a long or short-term stay. Plenty of seating (more outdoor over indoor) and shaded. My only thing was that the chairs were sort of deep? So I had to sit up and sit forward when eating. I'd definitely come back to try more of their menu!

Been going here for years forgot to leave them a review. Chicken pesto panini sandwich amazing absolutely delicious and I'm not a pesto person. I've tried the breakfast sandwich before and I remember that being amazing as well. The açaí is the best around town, definitely a must check out for anyone living in the area. 2 thumbs up

The food here was pretty good. I couldn't decide on what I wanted, so I ordered two things (pics attached). I liked the chicken bowl a lot! Efficient and friendly staff. When I went here for lunch, there was no wait. I just ordered at the counter and sat down. The food was then delivered to my table. Parking might be a little difficult on peak time.

This is one of my favorite cafés! I usually get the kale salad without quinoa because I love the dressing! It's home made and healthy! The salad has kale, avocado, Goji, berries, tomatoes, and carrots! The dressing is a vinaigrette, but it has the most perfect flavor, but I'm not sure what it is! I have also ordered their coffee shake which has cashews, cacao, nibs, coffee, and agave. I actually have them replace the agave with dates and add their collagen protein! This also has the most perfect flavor and always satisfies my taste buds! This last time I got their Vietnamese coffee with only 1 tablespoon of condensed milk, so it has a perfect amount of sweetness! The service is always great and the girls working there are always very sweet! The ambience is really cute and they always have the best music!

Inside is spacious and very clean

If you love Acai, healthy salads, sandwiches and smoothies, you will love this place! I have had acai at other places but nothing compares. When I am in the area, this is my "to-go' place for a bowl covered in granola and fruit:) Edit, the owner, is usually there to over see her staff and welcome patrons. She is super friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have about the menu. The avocado toast is "to die for!' The chicken pesto panini is also excellent! Everything is made with only the freshest and healthiest ingredients. Edit's motto: If I wouldn't feed it to my kids, I won't feed it to my customers!" There are several tables inside or you can enjoy the covered patio out front. (I prefer the outside patio! Very green and I feel like I am in a "jungle," hence the name! *Free Street Parking on Victory up to 2 hours. Just make sure to read the signs *Also free street parking on side streets *Open 7 Days a week ~ 9 am - 7 pm *They also serve coffee and fresh made pastries *Online ordering available for pick up

Parking is probably the biggest downside. It's street parking only, and it can be a little difficult to find a spot. There isn't much seating inside, so we grabbed a table outside. Luckily, the weather was nice, and it ended up being a great place to enjoy lunch. Service was friendly and efficient, and while the prices aren't the cheapest, they also didn't feel unreasonable given the quality of the food. I ordered Ruben's Cousin on Dutch crunch, and I'd definitely recommend it. The Dutch crunch bread had a great texture, and the sandwich itself was juicy, flavorful, and well-balanced. Nothing overcomplicated--just a really solid sandwich done well. Overall, it's a spot I'd happily return to, as there are already several other sandwiches I'd come back to try despite the parking situation.

However, I am compelled to rate this establishment one star due to a particularly unpleasant experience with a female deli employee whose first name begins with the letter "J." Despite my frequent visits, the overall customer service in the deli and meats department has declined. The season butchers have been replaced with individuals lacking the necessary experience and customer courtesy that were previously present. Over the past three months, I have encountered the same issues with this particular employee. It is important to note that the fee charged for slicing a Tri Tip into a carton container is not the primary concern. The issue lies in the employee's behavior and attitude, specifically their unwillingness to properly wrap the sliced meat. This has occurred on multiple occasions, most recently at the checkout counter when the cashier pull the foil-wrapped package from the plastic bag causing the juices of the meat to spill all over the counter. This has happened to me every time this employee has served me. The Tri Tip sliced meat is dry and devoid of juices due to this careless employee's failure to wrap the meat carefully. It is imperative that this situation be addressed. Management should provide this employee, "J," with proper training on how to wrap sliced food correctly. Additionally, it is crucial the ambiance that all employees, including the deli and butcher employees, maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor. A salutation is always appreciated. Despite these concerns, the BBQ remains outstanding as always.
