The job was not even finished, yet I was still charged $47. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager available. I then asked for a supervisor and was told there wasn't one either. When I asked for contact information for the manager or owner, I was given the same business phone number. I was also told they were not allowed to give me the owner's information and that the owner was out of the country, so contacting him would somehow cost extra. The entire situation was unprofessional and frustrating. I paid full price for an unfinished service and could not get anyone in management to address my concerns. I will not be returning.
