It is absolutely unacceptable for an appetizer to take 1 hour to reach our table, our ticket in the kitchen must have been more than expired by the time our waitress, Serenity, brought it out. We were too traumatized to order anything than a singular appetizer which again took 2 hours and it still wasn't correct. However we were there watching the UFC fight and had been there for 4 hours and were starving, so we settled for a cookie and ice cream desert assuming if they brought it out cold half the order would be correct. I am utterly disappointed in this restaurant's so called service, this would be absolutely unacceptable in any restaurant I have been to previously. I don't know how corporate hasn't intervened yet, I also saw many other customers who were neglected for hours at a time. Instead, they charged me for asking to keep the sliced avocado in a cup rather than the sandwich. There were no extra servings but there were definitely extra charges for food we did not get, and if anything we were sold short. So again, be aware that if you ask to take something off or substitute it, both the staff and the owner may count that as an "extra serving" and charge you additionally.

Again.) but said they had chicken. So my son ordered the chicken sliders. See pics, looked like they cut a chicken patty into quarters!!! Should have just said they were out. Totally understandable with the issues everyone is dealing with, difficulties with shipments coming in, etc. It's okay to let customers know what's available instead of winging it. We are trying to keep businesses going. Great customer service when I called to alert them. Dustin showed concern and offered to immediately correct it, but let me know they were out of chicken as well. Appreciate the customer service, but needs some real management here. This location will just turn out their lights and not take customers at unexpected times. The Apathy level has been HIGH. We are regulars at this location. It seems that has been a complete turn over in staff. Hoping they get the new folks trained up soon. Recommend going to the 1900 Roy location instead. They are on top of things.
