His suggestions resulted in better fitting, perfect garments for me, including several items I wasn't planning on buying but that fit so perfectly and looked so nice on that I couldn't leave the store without them! This long-time staple of the Desert Hills Outlets has been a favorite spot for me. I think it's been in the same spot, too, for over 25 years! The selection is always good, and while costs creep up, their deal to buy one, get one half-off is always good value. I've always liked Levi's T-shirts as well, especially their trademark stripes. Recently, I updated my wardrobe with new jeans and a nice Italian leather belt that only cost me $10 after the layered discounts. Unheard of! Fantastic quality and still smells like new leather. Generally, I go very early or very late in the day, weekdays in particular. Otherwise, it can be quite crowded in the parking lots and walking around. The store is pretty large and well stocked, which makes it easy to browse without feeling cramped or picked over. They consistently have my favorite styles in my size, which already feels like a small miracle in outlet shopping. In my opinion, this is the absolute worst place to shop for Levi's. Surprisingly. I've shopped here a few times thinking l'd get better selection, better prices, better service. No, on all accounts. It *looks* like they have a better selection of products, but they just have more duplicates of the same items. To be fair, they do carry more sizes than you'll find at a brick & mortar store, but you can also find everything you'd want (& more) shopping online. Prices at this store are the highest I've seen for Levi's, anywhere, and the people who work there don't care. In this store, you'll see a lot of signs that seem to be advertising good discounts, but ask a salesperson or read the fine print; more than once I found the "discounts" required very specific product selections and weren't actually discounts. 9/10 times I've shopped here, the cost was much higher than I've paid elsewhere for identical jeans. These are Levi's, at an outlet store, not Prada retail. Prices should be 30% - 60% less than elsewhere, not more. read more

My experience shopping here today was beyond great! I forgot the girl's name, if I recall it starts with a "Y" maybe Yanel? I came up to her to ask her about classic jeans (90s) style, and she went out of her way to show me around the store and point out a few jeans that would fit what I was looking for. She literally dedicated 10 minutes of her time to me and came back to ask if I needed anymore help. She is good at what she does. Manager - You need to give her an award for over achievement for her attentiveness and knowledge of the product. 5/28/19: Rudest customer service individual ever, and he was the manager, Joe. He was a real jerk to my daughter-in-law. She wanted to return a pair of jeans. He wanted to give her cash back, but she requested nicely either a store credit or to have it put back on her card. She explained she doesn't do well with cash. He snapped back in a irritated manner, "I dont need to know the reason why. It makes no difference to me." People in customer service should never respond to a paying customer or anyone like that. My daughter-in-law said thank you at the end of the transaction. He looked past her and said, "Next." Just imagine if it has been a visiting foreigner shopping there and was treated that way. We went here looking for a brand of jeans we could not find anywhere! Well come to find out they had went on clearance over the summer! Well there was a gentleman there named Peter and when I tell you he went above and beyond to help us boy did her! He was able to find us what were were looking for and get it ordered for us so fast! The in store inventory here is not so good, because the sizes we look for are not available. I called to ask if they had a jacket in stock which I can't find anywhere and Mathew was the associate I spoke to. He was amazing, very helpful and patient as we spoke on the phone. He checked to see if they had it, and although he said he did, he was patient enough to send me the code for me to look at it online to make sure it was the one I was looking for. I had bad WiFi so I appreciate him staying on the phone with me through out it all. This store is great but the customer service is terrible. All the employees are extremely rude. There was actually only one person that was very nice and I think he was new I wish I had his name. Whenever we're passing through the 10 in this area to head to Palm Springs, the Conn man usually wants to step into this store to pick up a pair of his beloved Levi's. The prices here are much more comparable and the selection of the jeans here are ridiculous! The store is pretty packed with any style you are looking for, and the sales associates are more than willing to assist here, which is great. I pretty much only wear Levi's and was in the area. I walked in and found my favorite pairs of jeans were $40 when you buy two. I picked out two and went to purchase them. The cashier was having trouble applying the discount. She asked her manager in which he informed her that the sale just ended and that I would need to buy 3 in order to get them at $40 each. Now I understood why the people in front of me weren't happy customers. That to me sounds like an extremely easy tactic for the store. At least they could remove the signs so they don't have to explain this to all of the customers. Instead of purchasing two pairs, I only bought one. They're trying to con me into spending $120. Worst customer service ever in my life. I wanted to use a coupon worth $10, and the cashier said "It's just $10". And he didn't let me use my coupon. I asked multiple times and finally the manager came. I mean...really? The manager was rude as well. He kept grumbling while processing and I heard he saying "it's just $10". What? I didn't say anything because I didn't want to be the same person like him. He kept saying other rude comments but I ignored and left the store. So it took a quick search of the store to find someone who was available to help me find my 504's. At first the girl said they didn't have any but realized a little later that they did and walked me over to them. That's probably where the stars end... the experience would have been decent if only the girl at the register didn't leave the security tag on my jeans. I live in San Jose so it was irritating to go through the hassle of traveling to the closest Levi's outlets out my way (Great Mall, Gilroy...). I had already washed and dried my jeans before realizing it was still there. I had to DIG IN THE TRASH to retrieve my receipt- ewww. And it's embarrassing enough to walk in a store and ask them to take off the security tag without looking like a thief. But whatever.... I got my 504s, got the security tag off, and I'm even wearing my jeans today! read more
