Never shop here again I ordered a T-shirt size XL & 2 pair of earrings. When they finally arrived, the earrings were huge & looked like something a kid would use in crafts. The t shirt was a size medium, not what was ordered. I took all items to the store & did a return for them. I thought that was the end of it. 2 months later I get a letter stating I owe $10 on my kohls card that should have a $0 balance. The person I tried to talk to on the phone about it stayed I must not have returned a pair of the earrings or something. Then she tells me I could qualify to have the charge reversed then in the next breath tells me she won't reverse the charge because I "probably didn't return everything". I told her fine, I'll pay the $10 and she can cancel that card. Then she starts trying to argue with me about unreturned items. WTF? Just take my $20, cancel the card & move on. Nope, she keeps trying to argue with me causing an unneeded escalation. I got pissed, hung up, went online & paid the fee. Then I called back, got someone else to cancel the card & then at the end she is like, we could have credited that charge but you paid it. The person you spoke to earlier said they tried to do that but you hung up. Ummm no that is NOT what actually happened. I will never shop Kohls again. The customer service sucks, the merchandise is over priced, they never send the correct sizes, & the jewelry is ugly. read more

I love that there is a Sephora at this location. The store is typically very clean and well organized. Kohl's staff is very kind and helpful. My main issue is every time I do an Amazon return the Amazon counter is moved. I feel like they do this to get you to look around but I feel like they need better signage or to leave it in one spot because it's annoying to have to hunt. I've done three Amazon returns and the counter has been in three different locations in this store. read more

We ordered some towels online for pickup so we could avoid the crowds. All items were listed as in stock at the store. When we got there the bath towels were missing from our order and no longer in stock. They gave us the hand towels, deducted the cost of the bath towels from our order and basically told us to go find the bath towels on your own. We could have returned the hand towels, but the store was so crowded that there was no way we would wait in line to do that. Kohl's customer service was non existent...no surprise. We were greatly put out by having to find our hand towels at another store and drive there to pick them up. Way to go Kohls read more

Kohls used to have product for good value but the quality is no longer good and prices have increased. I was really excited when they offered Amazon returns it was an added service however they move it around with no signs so each time I go I am forced to walk the whole store to find it. Several frustrations with this store. (Powers Blvd) 1. At least every month or so they move the Amazon returns section to the opposite side of the store requiring me, who has a disability to trek the entire circumference of the store to find it AGAIN. Pick a spot an leave it there or at the minimum, have a sign posted at each entrance pointing to here it is now located. 2. They lock the carts so that we can't remove them from the store. I don't see how this is beneficial since I must buy less in order to be able to carry my packages out. Dumb! 3. There are a minimum of 45-50 people in line today trying to make purchases with not enough clerks at the checkout counters. I waited at the end of the line for 20 minutes and only got about 10 feet before I gave up. The line wound around 3 sections. Get more help. 4. I ordered an item for pickup. Last time I did that I went directly to the pickup section and found my purchase and left since it was prepaid. Now they require standing in line at the checkout in order to get my prepaid purchase. Whoever is managing this store has lots of fear about theft of carts and goods, putting a burden of the reset of us. I will NOT BE shopping at Kohls this Christmas season. Neither will my friends and family for these reasons. read more

I used to enjoy shopping at Kohl's and they have lots of cute home decor at affordable prices, for everyday and for holidays. Nice appliances as well. Their clothing for teens and adults is absolute garbage, except the Nike and Adidas and Under Armor. Of course, most of those, and Levi's brand are exempted from extra discounts when on sale. Many of their products have great prices, when on sale, or clearance, especially for babies and toddlers for sure, and decent quality there. Carters, Oshkosh, etc... The problem is that everything is so obnoxiously overpriced at full retail so the only way to shop is during a sale, AND with additional % off coupons. The only way to save more than 15% off something on sale is to have AND use a Kohl's charge card for everything you buy. I should not have to and will not carry a credit card from a specific company in order to save money at that business, like those who do have one. Cash or my debit card is just as valid of a form of payment as any other. They want to draw you in and get your interest charges and late fees and manipulate people into getting a card to save, save, save! If everything was fairly priced to begin with and went on sale occasionally, it wouldn't be an issue. $40 for a small throw pillow? No. On sale it can be as low as $12-18 and affordable. It looks great when you receipt says you spent $82, and saved $496, but it's just more corporate manipulation and I refuse to be another victim. read more

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I havevordered twice online and both times have been a disaster. First time, I ordered a set of bowls. Two bowls came broken. When I contacted their VERY useless online support, they said I would need to repurchase the bowls at the store and then return the broken ones for a separate refund, which defeats the purpose of ordering ONLINE. The second time, I ordered Christmas PJs for family. They never came in. I went online to track my package and it stated the order had been returned to sender more than two weeks earlier. I never got a notification. I went online, again, and asked if they could resend the order. They said I would be refunded the payment in 10 business days, and that they cannot resend the order. So, the Kohls cash and coupons I used are basically gone, I do not have the items, I have not received the refund to my account, and there is apparently no such thing as customer service when ordering online from Kohls. I have never been a fan of their bra section simply because the cost seems outrageous and I can never find a brand that is comfortable or the right size. Kohl's has great discounts as long as you're willing to wait several months in between shopping there. They usually send me a $10 off gift card for purchases over $10! That's a great deal. Got a pair of swim trunks last year for only 12 bucks. And recently, bought a pair of shoes that were on sale for only 20 bucks...with the $10 off coupon. The only thing I hate is the parking lot. All that traffic leaving Powers and S. Carefree funnels into the Kohl's / Safeway shopping center with most of the traffic driving past the front of Kohl's. Serious frogger going on there! read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a kohls location. Not once did any employee we passed by ask if we needed anything. The signs that said please form lines in front of each cashier that were there to make things more efficient actually made things worse. But the worst part of it all was our cashier. I have never seen a more inefficient employee. Not only was she slow and disorganized. Purchased a SS chain online and the jump ring was not soldered. I went to the store to do an exchange and have another chain mailed to the store or to my house. The manager working customer service told me that all chains have one link no soldered for safety reasons. It's so if the chain gets pulled it will not hurt the persons neck. Total lie. I brought the chain to two jewelers and they said any quality piece of jewelry will have all the links soldered. This Kohl's manager told me she is a jewelry expert and has been in the business for many years. I said ok, whatever and asked for a refund. I went over to the stores jewelry department and looked at all their SS and gold neck chains. Hmmmmm.... guess what? They were all soldered correctly. Rather than the "I told you so" response I just left the store. I will not ever go back into Kohl's and I closed my CC today as well. Some people just don't want to help their customers. read more

The staff is rude and uncooperative. The store is not as clean as the Nevada or Monument store. The Staff at the South store is way more helpful. I attempted to return an item with the receipt and the woman at customer service refused to let me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. After trying to convince her that the item was the same on the receipt, a Vera Wang farmer (who else sells Vera Wang in CS?) she finally called to get her manager to help with the exchange.... which confused me. After all that the manager returned the item for me and the woman was very condescending in her , have a nice day. Never will I purchase items from this low rate Kohls again!!!! read more

I buy most of my clothes from Kohl's. I love that their coupons have no exclusions and I can always find a good deal. Any time I've needed help they are more than happy to do so. Every so often I do have to make a return and have never had a problem with that either. My only minor complaint would be that sometimes they aren't very well stocked with all sizes. read more

I like Kohl's and enjoy shopping at this particular Kohl's location. The staff is friendly and they usually have what I'm looking for a good price. My only complaint, and it's minor, is that I feel like sometimes I am being manipulated a bit on the price I pay. For example, I'll buy something that is on sale, only to find that a few weeks later, it's on sale for a larger amount. Or I'll be standing in line with a 15% off coupon and the other people standing in line in front of me have 20% off coupons. The pricing and sales and promotions change so much that I never really know if I'm getting their best deal or if I'm paying more for the same item than other shoppers are paying. Overall though, I give them high marks. read more

Thursday, October 17 I went to kohls and I bought some PJ. had a 30% coupon, 10 dlls Kohls cash, walked out charging 18.dlls. The pj did not fit. today October 21 I went to exchange them for a bigger size. Well the manager stated I could get the 18 dlls back on my kohls charge, However I could no longer use the 10 dlls kohls cash. In essence instead of walking out owing 18 dlls on my charge card, I would walk out owing 28 dlls . does this make sense to anyone? The fact that I was going to spend them immediately on a different set of pj didn't face her. needless to say, I will not be shopping there. I have no idea what it was like here five years ago, it's odd to read those reviews after the experience I've always had here. Either the person doing the hiring here now is functioning way above average, or extremely lucky.. For as often as i shop here, i have yet to encounter anything less than self motivated, competent problem solving skills and initiative that is rare to see in this town. I've always taken store security for granted since the typical model is some half asleep lump who only looks up from his phone if the shoplifting alarm goes off. Today at the Kohls on Janitell and Circle, i was enlightened by Cody, the security guard. I'll forego the long story, i just thought people should know this.. They are watching out for the safety of their customers at Kohl's, even if the potential threat stems from outside the property, you won't be alone in a confrontation. When you consider how common it is to hear about assaults in parking lots, that's a huge bonus to know you can relax here all the way to your car. read more

This location is pretty unbelievable. I have to say that it is completely unacceptable for their fitting rooms to be in complete disarray no matter the time of day/week/month/year. Every time I have gone in it looks like a tornado has hit. Most recently I went in to get a new battery in my husband's watch (which I bought there), and the woman at the counter told me it wasn't a brand they carried anymore so she couldn't help me. I asked if she knew of any stores that still changed watch batteries, and she looked at me like I was speaking Greek. Not but 5 minutes later I heard the same woman mocking our conversation with another employee while I was in the dressing room and they were just outside the door sorting clothes. No wonder the place is a mess! They would rather gossip about the customers who pay their wages than do any actual work. I was buying maternity clothes and picked up a great deal on a pair of pants in the clearance section though when I went to the register they did not ring up the price it was marked. When I brought this up, the cashier actually implied that I switched the sticker and said none of their items would ever ring up at 90% off. Though the tag said 90% off and the original and clearance price agreed. I was so humiliated I bought my stuff and left and never went back. I did find that one of my other shirts I bought that rang up correctly was 90% off. read more

I've always found Kohl's to be overpriced- they hike up prices then claim the best sale of the season and sell it to you for normal retail, however, when their online sale was cheaper than Jcpenny and Zales for a pair of earrings I needed as a Christmas present I decided to give them a go. I placed an order 12/13 and received a shipping confirmation email 12/14. As the item was for a Christmas gift I continued tracking it through FedEx and became concerned when the tracking info had not changed by 12/19. I called FedEx who told me a label was created but no package had been received from the sender. I called Kohls and the apathetic call center rep told me I could repurchase the item and he'd give me free expedited shipping but their was nothing else he could do. He offered to trace the package but told me it could be weeks for a resolution. He told me it could still show up... I called again 12/21 and was told my order had been cancelled and I was credited back. No one ever notified me about the cancellation by phone, email or text. The rep this time offered 30% off any item and free shipping on any future purchase because she couldn't place a new order- the earrings were sold out and there was no comparable item. She was sorry but couldn't help me. She never mentioned that my $20.00 kohl's cash from the cancelled purchase would be voided. The order was cancelled by no fault of my own- I did what I was supposed to do, ordered during the appropriate time, spent the right amount of money and Kohls made a mistake by selling me something they didn't have and never shipped therefore i should not be penalized by having my kohls cash revoked. I received an email yesterday reminding me to go shop at kohls to spend the kohls cash I earned with a convenient bar code link right in the email. Even though the phone service had left a bad taste in my mouth, I ventured to the store to try and find something to make this annoying experience right. Got to the counter and was told my kohls cash was voided out lol i called kohls AGAIN and was told sorry nothing they can do. I went to Kohl's on 12/27/15 to purchase a small tube of PUR mascara to try it out. I couldn't find any boxes on the shelf which was half empty anyway. However, there were two large tubes of the mascara. I went over and asked an associate if she could help me. She leaned down and picked up the two larger boxes. I explained that I didn't want to spend the extra money on the larger tube in the event I didn't like it. She still had the boxes in her hand and said, "You can come over here and try it out if you want to." I told her that I already had mascara on and that wouldn't work plus I wouldn't do that anyway. She said, "Well, you can return it if you don't like it." I said, "You allow mascara to be returned?" and she said yes. My question is, "Has the mascara on the shelf been tried out or returned by another customer and by how many?" This is a health issue and there is no way now that I would ever buy mascara from Kohl's. Do I want some type of eye disease another person may have? Is this what all the Kohl's stores do? If so, I would advise not to purchase mascara from them. read more
