I lived in Japan and the only store I felt like I had the same type of customer service equivalent to the country that has insurmountable pride in providing the best customer service I ever experienced in my life, was this store. Sadly it's hard to find great customer service around here, even in high-end boutiques. I am always greeted with a beautiful smile, hello, and assistance with helping me find something special. I say something special because I never know what will look great on me. The sales associates really know what they're doing because they really listen to your style and always find something that will compliment your beauty inside and out. Lastly, they fold and package your items with care as a finishing touch. They certainly found beautiful and kind people to run this store and I always look forward to coming back.
