My husband and I went to this location to find a suit for my daughter's wedding. Dega was able to look at me and pick out the perfect sizes for jackets, vest and pants. after we did all that he took measurements to double check that everything would fit, but everything he pulled out was the spot on and he was amazing. read more

We went into the Conroe Men's Wearhouse to get our suits pressed, and the two ladies at the counter acted like they couldn't care less. No sense of urgency, just rude and dismissive. My buddy Braxton tried to get a jacket fitted, but he had a hoodie on and no shirt underneath -- instead of just helping him figure it out or offering a simple solution, they flat-out refused to help. Their attitude made it clear they didn't want to be there. We ended up leaving and going to another location where people actually acted like they wanted our business. The Conroe staff didn't even say bye when we walked out -- just cold and sour. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

100% INCOMPETENT. Measured me completely wrong and messed up my rent-a-suit. I had to go back and forth 4 times while we were in the middle of my daughter's hectic wedding week. I'm a 38 waist they started me with 44 pants. Their answer to the wrong size plus a broken clip on the pants was to wear suspenders? Yeah sure because who doesn't like to wear a TENT held up by suspenders. My father in law's shoes were the wrong color, vest too big. More trips back and forth. It was ridiculous. Suit looked and felt cheap, jacket was still too short. My son returned the suit for me, they charged him $40 for some unknown reason. I give up. Place sucks. Don't let the bigger guy measure you he's too busy looking at his phone to give it much effort. read more

I went in looking to spend upwards of a grand on a suit for my fiancé and our upcoming wedding and the tall blonde dude just made me get out of there as quickly as possible. I usually don't leave reviews but I had to do this one... guy assumed we wanted a rental instead of a purchase, ignored my inquiries about a custom suit purchase, proceeded to talk to us like we were stupid and poor, and made my fiancé super uncomfortable (he'd just got off a 12 hour shift, sorry we didn't dress up to try on clothes ). Go to a different location, lol trust me. read more

Went to get my son fitted for his suit for my sister's wedding and the customer service I got from the manager on duty was so disrespectful. Her attitude was horrible. I guess she didn't want to be bothered with black customers. She rolled her eyes the whole time we were there and snatched the hand sanitizer off the desktop where we were sitting. There are 15 guys with the kids included in the wedding and we paid $250 each for a rental. So add that up and see that we spent quite a bit of $$ in this establishment to be treated like we were nothing. I really hate that I had to pay for my son's suit cause I didn't want to spend my money in this establishment. I would not recommend using this business if this is how they treat paying customers. read more

We had the pleasure of coming to this location for our first mens wearhouse experience. I needed a shirt and pants for my anniversary that day and had procrastinated until just a few hours before our dinner reservation. Lyndell was better than I could have asked for. He made sure that I was taken care of. My pants needed hemmed and he took them in the back and hemmed them himself right then. Lyndell you were awesome. Sooooo my fiancé and I went in today to see about renting a tux for him and 11 other bridal party members for our wedding. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. A shorter younger red headed lady with cat shaped eyeglasses asked if we needed help. We said we wanted to see about fits for the groom since we came in previously and found styles we liked. Thinking we should get the groom fitted first. She said she can't until we ordered them. He asked if there was anyway to try on a suit or similar to see what he looked like before making a purchase which I don't see as unreasonable. She rolled her eyes and said no. Totally thrown off by her attitude we asked for a second to think. She walked away and my fiancé stated he didn't even want to be in the store any longer. For an employee to make a potential customer feel so uncomfortable that they don't even want to look around the store. I mean that says a lot. And the fact we had to purchase before we even tried on seems very odd. Guess we will go else wear for the 12 suits. read more

Loved the experience here!! I had never been to a Men's Warehouse before and since my fiance and I are getting married in April... We figured it was time to do some shopping. After going to two different JC Penny's, Walmart, and a Khols we finally decided to take it to the "professionals". Since we had a 50% off coupon and they were having a Buy One get one Free sale. It was perfect timing!! The ladies there were so sweet and so helpful they answered both guys crazy questions and really explained what we could and couldn't use the coupon on. What was all for sale. What alterations they needed. How much it would cost. They even took the time to pull all the different pieces they wanted to look at and we layered them on a table and went through at least 5 different combinations. Both ladies took wonderful care of my fiance and his best man! Would recommend this place to any and everyone looking to buy or rent a tux, or suit!! read more

If you have any other option, choose it! We wanted six navy blue tuxes and there was something wrong with every single one of them. Pants too short, pants too long, dress sleeves too short, buttons missing, vests too large, groom's coat lost, wrong size shoes and more. Don't do it! The manager at the Conroe location was very disinterested, saying "we are a rental and that's why we suggest you come in as early as possible". We actually got measured twice, just to be sure everything went well! Go ANYPLACE else! These events were partially carried out at the Willowbrook store as well.
