The front clerk, as I walked past did not acknowledge. I walked towards the back looking at the suits. The second clerk did not acknowledge. Hmmm...ok. So I continued to search and about 8-10 mins in, the female came over. Not very inviting but doable. When I told her what I was looking for, her response was, nope can't do that and walked away. Now, I've been in the customer service industry most of my entire life. One thing I've learned, if you can't satisfy what the customer is looking for, maybe offer some alternatives that might solve the issue. If a customer is willing to spend $400 on a suit and $179 on a pair of slacks, you might want to be a little more attentive and engaging. So Men's Warehouse...this is now the second time I've had this experience, in this location, Westminster Md. I've had it with this place. I am not interested in speaking to someone from customer service, I'm not interested in anything. The associates need to be more attentive to the customers. Straighten it out!

We, the Spark drivers at the Sykesville Walmart, would like to report an ongoing issue with the new…read morePickup & Delivery manager. Since she started working at this store, many drivers have experienced the same problem. If an order is not ready, she calls drivers and asks for the pickup code before the order is prepared. After giving the code, we often have to wait 30-40 minutes, but we are not properly compensated for that time. If a driver refuses to give the code until the order is actually ready, our orders are often canceled after about 10 minutes of waiting. It feels like orders are being canceled intentionally to avoid paying drivers for additional wait time. Many of us have heard that the same issue happened when she worked at the Ellicott City (Walmart) store. Since she came to Sykesville, many drivers have been dealing with the same unfair treatment. We respectfully ask store management to investigate this issue and remind the Pickup & Delivery manager to follow Walmart's policies and respect drivers' time. We are independent contractors, but our time is valuable, and we deserve to be treated fairly. We enjoy working with Walmart and want to continue serving customers, but if this situation is not addressed, many drivers may stop accepting orders from this store. It's difficult for me to get my boyfriend to step into an actual store, or buy something vintage ("If its used, should it be cheaper?"), so its best that I come here alone and bring back what he doesn't want. I always end up asking a bunch of questions when I'm here- usually about sizing. When the owner is in the shop, he is warm and super friendly and helpful. There is another employee who always seems annoyed that I have the nerve to ask about an item; I really can't take that type of attitude. Customer service, man! I'm hesitant to dock Sixteen Tons a star because of this one guy's attitude. The owner has true vision and really caters to his clientele.
