When I came to pick up my dress, I tried it on and it wasn't as fitted as I was hoping for. I talked to the owner, Le, and said it wasn't to my satisfaction and he was willing to alter it for no additional charge. I have been to other seamstresses who will charge for additional alterations if you are dissatisfied with their service. Although the alterations were higher than other tailor shops I have gone to, their customer satisfaction compensates for it.

I had to exchange some pants I bought online on 12/4/17 and the representative (Dallas) and the manager on duty (Emily) provided excellent service helping me to find the correct pants and ordering them online. Emily stayed with me throughout the entire transaction and made sure that I got to see how each color of the pants I wanted actually looked before ordering the size I needed. Very professional and friendly and was patient with me with all the questions I had regarding the different style of pants. Would recommend this store to anyone!

The cashier saw me waiting and refused to assist me until a coworker told her to. She then questioned why her coworkers couldn't check me out instead. Had me standing not trying to help check me out. attitude was unnecessary, disrespectful, and honestly made me feel singled out. I'm not sure what her issue was, but customers should NEVER be made to feel unwelcome when they're simply trying to make a purchase. This mall is still viable and family friendly. Parking is hard for those needing disability parking as its not many spots close.
