I was kicked out while shopping for nothin. A worker recognized me for " being kicked out before" though I had never been asked to leave. This was a horrible experience with a horrible employee with short gray hair, glasses, a shorter older woman I did not see her name tag but look out for her. Horrible customer service I will never go back upstairs at least. I think this woman should be fired for kicking out loyal customers in our local area.. This woman has tried to kick us out before, once again for nothing. Please report this worker if knowing who this woman is. From a woman in the local area, just trying to kind her own business. This is where my fiancé and I buy all of our clothes for the past several years. This location is freestanding and has more than enough parking. The staff is very nice. The prices are very good and they carry name brand clothes in addition to their own store brand. Although I prefer certain name brands ( docker's, Levi's, etc.) their " Apt 9" shirts are nice. I usually shop there on my days off in the morning. My only complaint is that the store never appears to be fully recovered from the night before. So I'm always sure to use their price checkers before bringing my merchandise up for checkout. This way if I picked up something that was in the wrong display, I'm not shocked when I'm checking out. read more

This location is well laid out and accessible for disabled individuals. The quality of items and level of service is above other company locations. Of particular note the Sales Associates in the Jewelry Department are very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Despite the increased customer Christmas shopping traffic, we were helped promptly, had our questions answered, provided with additional information and not rushed in our decision making. We took advantage of a considerable discount yielding about a 70% savings. All in all a good experience and I am a happy customer. I will tell others including family members. read more

So I returned an Amazon item today at this Kohl's location and received a "Thanks for visiting us, 25% off" coupon today upon the receipt of my Amazon return. I had a few minutes to kill so I found a pair of Adidas shoes on the clearance rack in the shoe section that I wanted to buy. Went to register, cashier was super nice but informed me before she scanned the "Adidas" shoes that the coupon would not further discount my purchase. Between the walk from the Amazon return counter and the front register, I honestly only saw "25% OFF" & "offer good with any transaction type." In short, I didn't use my coupon and I didn't get the shoes that they were trying to liquidate because of that news. I was in the store, they had a paying customer ready to buy, kind of a bummer. So before heading home, I checked the coupon and didn't see Adidas. I checked the exclusions on the Kohl's site and finally saw Adidas on the exclusions list amongst a whole slew of other brands. Who knew fine print was going to keep me from buying something that was already liquidated. In my head all I really thought about was coupon, shoes, already reduced and score. Didn't realize I needed to check the brand list on clearance items before trying to use my coupon at the register. It's so easy just to buy online in today's world that I figured they would want to keep a customer that is already in the store. Anyhow, some may argue that I was already receiving a good deal which is true. However, from now on, coupon goes into the recycle bin and I will exit the store promptly on my next Amazon return and take my business back online. My takeaway is, read the fine print before making any purchases at Kohl's both on the receipt and on the brand exclusions list on their website. A real PITA since the item was already reduced/clearanced. On full priced items, I get it, on liquidated items, ehh questionable. Just my take on things. read more

So I put two items on hold like 3 days ago. I wasn't inform anything of the store policy where sale items is not guarantee of the time of pick up. Originally Tina jewelry associate put those items on hold for me. Then more than 24 hours later I called on to make sure item is still on hold and spoken with Cheryl. I was at first impress with keeping the item longer without me calling in. So then the following day I called in while on my way from work being all squeeze time slot to swing by get those two items. This was yesterday 21may around 8pm when I partially pick up and called. One thing the girl in the pink shirt didn't handle one concern of the store policy not guarantee pricing of any hold item. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience of no one inform me of the hold policy until last minute. And two she have the nerve to "check up on me" to make sure I wasn't stealing. When I wanted go over to jewelry section and look at the other chain necklace and to double check on the pricing. Just the vibe was so wrong. Like hello there's cameras and two never judge a book by its cover. Stupidity and idiocy is the result. At least not make obvious and just ask if I needed assistance. And the older guy naveed, tan with glasses for him to show me how to separate the necklaces from being tangle by putting separate bags. Pointless and pathetic. Never again I'm going to shop there again. It's really sad these employees aren't trained properly. All they can do walk the walk but CANT TALK THE TALK. Now today 22 May I called in to check to see I get a different and more content experience with a higher authority. I asked for a manager and the lady stated she's the Manager named Lauren and I presented her my concern. Still not any difference. No sympathy in the voice or an apology. Main thing unfairness of communication and not properly handled. For one thing if I was inform in the beginning the time I put the items on hold.. then of course this be a different scenario and I admit my own fault. However, being not knowing hold policy of price not guarantee and not honoring the price of the time I pick up is ruthless. No courtesy. I wouldn't be surprise this place closes down where elsewhere makes more money with repeat customers! read more

This is a brand new Kohl's that just recently opened. It is two floors of wonderful shopping opportunities. You can get all the sales, use your coupons, and cash out with your Kohl's cash. Everything is new and clean. The parking lot is large and there is easy access in and out with a traffic signal nearby. The sale signs are on all the merchandise and appear to be digital not paper tags that can be moved and confuse the customer. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They have name brands at good prices. Their prices on Carter's clothes for kids are very reasonable. I found numerous seasonal items half off. In fact there were quite a lot of items on sale that weekend. This is not normally where I shop and my neighborhood Kohl's was recently updated so they must be doing something right in this economy. read more
