I called them and they asked me a few questions over the phonenand then to send them the battery: Even suggested the least expensive method to save me money. It took a while to deliver but they were gracious whenever I called to follow up. When they finally received it they found it to be not working. They called me! Informed me they were sending out a brand new battery. These batteries have a 3 month warranty. This was a year later. At NO time did they mention putting in a review. If they had this would be a 1 star review and I would report them as I did regarding another company for another product on another well known site. What a great bunch of people. Thank you.
