Unfortunately, she didn't have a way to exchange my online only item but refunded me with a merchandise gift card to repurchase the item again since it came defected. I also had some shopping to do for toys for a child's birthday party the following day. I founded exactly what I needed with even better prices for brand name Disney character toys. I was checked out with Angela which was awesome as well. She offered me $10.00 of my entire order for a current Kohl's promotion. I normally have a good experience at this store but today was not one of them. I called them to see if they could check if they had a size available for a jacket I bought. The woman that answered seemed very rushed and when I told her the item I was looking for should be in the clearance section, she said "oh geeze" making it clear she was not thrilled about helping me with my inquiry. She placed me on hold and I stayed there for about 15 minutes when someone picked up the line, didn't say anything, and then placed me on hold again. I stayed on for another 5 minutes when the line picked up again and then disconnected. I normally wouldn't have waited that long but I was giving the woman the benefit of the doubt being it is a Saturday afternoon and maybe she was busy but this was not acceptable. read more

Kohl's has really nice clothing at moderate prices. The thing that really puts Kohl's over the top is the great coupons you receive if you have a Kohl's charge card. They let you combine multiple coupons and they frequently give out Kohl's cash ($10 to spend for every $50 you spend). Just be careful on the Kohl's cash, as they expire pretty quickly. This was my first time to this Kohl's and it was very nice. However, the cashier was kind of meh. But, I can't blame here, working on a very busy holiday weekend. She was probably exhausted. read more

I don't like how much they pack clothes with hangers on each display rack. I try to grab my size and like 4 items of clothing will fall from the front of the pole. Whose idea is it also to put short jeans on the top of shelves and really long jeans on the bottom? A really good selection of clothes though. read more

I like this Kohl's location. It always seems to be clean and organized so the staff does a great job. I've never had to wait to try on clothes in the dressing room either. I've found it easy to get assistance when I need something too. The only area of improvement is that I always have to wait in line to checkout for 5-10 minutes so they need to cover checkout better. read more

They have some good sales from time to time. Watch the sale prices and make sure your getting the best deal. The one thing that keeps this from a 4 star review is the store you do not get cell phone reception in the store. read more

The store is not very wheelchair friendly. My daughter can only stay in the main aisles and not get back into the clothes racks to look at anything. I have to go in and bring items to her. This is why we rarely shop here. All KOHLS stores are the same. read more

I do not reccomend ordering online. I ordered two things online at kohls and both times I had a hard time getting the order. The most recent was the most difficult. The order had supposedly been delayed so I physically went down to the store to pick it from the shelf to actually get it before the estimated delay time of seven days later but they did not let me take that one and would not refund me so I called kohls.com to find out what to do. I called the number and they said that I could be refunded in store. I ended up cancelling my order. It's too much of a hassle to actually get your items. If anything, shop in store where you can actually buy things. read more

This store has long lines slow cashiers. Worse then walmart. Always annoyed when I come here.

Not a good place to shop if you're in a wheelchair or using a walker. Everything is so packed in you can barely maneuver a shopping cart. Cell service is spotty in the building so if you get separated from your group you have to have them paged. read more

This store is disgusting! I used to frequent this store years ago but can no longer continue to give them my business. Bring your sanitary wipes if you plan on visiting. First off the dressing rooms are NEVER clean. I stopped by Kohl's today after not visiting for many months. It is a Saturday with many shoppers yet half the dressing rooms were closed. I waited in line for a stall. When one opened it had tons of fingerprints all over the mirror, an empty Gatorade bottle, used candy wrappers and tons of dust balls all over the floor. It was so bad I could not go in. I waited for another stall. The lady that came out of the stall I waited for before me said there was so much dust on the floor she had to brush it aside when she entered. I remember these filthy dressing rooms from years ago and mentioned it to their customer service area at the time yet nothing is ever done. The shopping carts are gross. Sticky handles, never cleaned out and filled with debris. I understand stores have lots of customer traffic, but there is no excuse for the filth at this store. read more

I usually love this location. But today I was checked out by a young girl who was pulling out her eyelashes and seemed like she was on drugs and very rude. She was plucking her eyelashes out with her fingers as she scanned my clothes! And to my horror, when I went home I found eyelashes stuck to my clothes!
