Returns and online order pickup are both at the checkout in the men's department. This line is often long and always seems to move very slowly. Despite the long waits in the checkout lines this is my favorite JC Penney location. The store is well organized and orderly. I often order online and pick up in the store. I especially like curtains, bedding, and home decor from Penney's, and the online selection is extensive. The parking lot in front of the store is large and there is limited parking near the side entrance.

tried to return a shirt that was a gift and didn't fit me and they were beyond rude. they had…read morehorrible attitudes and spoke to me in a very rude manor. i had a gift receipt and they said they could do a "45 day low" return since it was past sixty days which i said was fine. the shirt had no tag on it and i did not take the tag off so im not sure how it ended up off but the lady did not know how to scan it without a tag. and then someone else came and proceeded to tell me since i didn't have the full receipt so i couldn't return it. but i had the gift receipt! overall they were mean and it was terrible customer service. i will NOT be shopping there again. i feel very disappointed and disrespected. and when the lady saw there was no tag she proceeded to pick up the shirt and say "jesus!" and roll her eyes at me!

Each time I have gone here I have been satisfied with the customer service I had received. The prices are items are your typical prices and love how if you have a target red card you get an additional 5% off your items when you use it. If you don't have a red card definitely join if you like to save money. Also they have target 360 that you can join. It has a lot of great perks and you get a free gift each month. I haven't had any issues with any items I have purchased here before and feel I have always been satisfied.

I waited in Tracy's line for almost 30 minutes, which burned my soul. I understand patience is a virtue, but having him slow down an entire checkout line all day... Is very stressful and frustrating to all guests who enter his line. I recommend a target that is better staffed, especially if you have to run in and grab something... This is not the "run in and grab something" type of store... So unless you're shopping for a big family and don't mind the wait, you should avoid shopping here.

My 15 year old was able to find a couple dresses that she liked and a bodysuit. She was on a mission to find something in yellow, but she did not like the floral prints that kept popping up. My 11 year old, whose style is much different than her older sister, did not really find anything that grabbed her attention. She found herself browsing the more professional looking area of the store with me, but only left with a couple of button-up sleeveless blouses that were on clearance near the window of the store. Oddly enough, I purchased two of those blouses for work as well! They were only $4, so I couldn't resist. I've worn them both to work and they are perfect for a business-casual setting in the height of an Indiana Summer (which is hot and humid!). I also purchased some costume jewelry, most of which was deeply discounted, which is very good because some of it has already begun turning colors from minimal wear. I don't think I'll purchase jewelry there again. All and all, considering that this is a "fast fashion" store, the prices were decent and the staff with friendly. We will return to shop here again.

Just want to add, I love their clothes and jewelry…read more One thing tho, if you'll buy online and pay Paypal, and then take it to the store to return, they will not take it and will not let you exchange. The sales associate at Keystone at the Crossing helped me package my item and even provided me with a bag to ship an item back to Chicos. I shipped it and received my credit back to my Paypal within one week. Next time when I shop online, I'd pay with my credit card.
