This is my favorite off all Kohl's stores. I love the layout of the store and hey have the best selection. They also have plenty of parking spaces. I am a fan of Kohl's. I think they have good sales, even though their regular price are a little marked up. The quality of their products is solid. Whenever a line starts to form at the checkout, they call for extra help immediately. I find their customer service to be average to better. There are always seems to be enough registers opened, so you are not waiting in line for a long time. I've bought dresses, sunglasses, kitchen stuff, bedding, frames etc. I love looking at their purses, and jewelry. Lastly, they have a good clearance section - in all of their departments. You can always find something at 80-90% off esp end of season. read more

I like this Kohl's . They are pretty quick and they don't harass you while you shop. They always have some kind of sale going on which is good! Also, this store is rarely packed. I can always get in a dressing room with no worries. The set-up for a kohl card isn't too hard, I have one it took me about 10 mins. The parking is pretty easy as well. I recommend! read more

I came here yesterday to return an Amazon item and decided to buy a few things. The older woman at the cash register had a terrible attitude for no reason and she overcharged me for an item. I'm not a huge fan of Kohl's and this location is like any other. I came here to return a Christmas gift that I received and was browsing around to see if i might want to do an exchange or a straight return. I perused the jewelry section with no luck, but the sales associate was very friendly and patiently showed me every item I was interested in. I didn't end up finding anything and I walked out after making my return. The store is clean, but hard to locate. I honestly had no idea it was there despite shopping in the area regularly. Bad store policy or just bad customer service? Very rude store clerk named Camille. The woman in front of me in-line was frustrated with the clerk and once I was waited on I saw why. She was rude in her tone and actions. I went to Kohl's to pick up an online order (one T-shirt). I had my own bag as I do not like to waste plastic bags. She insisted she place it in a plastic bag and would not let me use my own bag. She said it was the store security policy. She said if I didn't like it throw the bag into the recycling bin upon my exit. I have shopped Kohls in the past and have always been allowed to use my green friendly bag. So I doubt this is the store's policy. If it is that is an awful policy. read more

I had a $25 gift card to spend, and needed some new cargo shorts so I figured I'd stop here and hopefully catch an end of the season sale. The clearance rack was 70% off and had several choices in my size so I found two pair for around $28. Good deal in my book. The mens section is kind of small here, in fact there are ladies items seemingly mixed in with mens which is kind of weird. No real defining line between the two. A quick glance around the store showed a limited shoe selection (guys get no love when it comes to clothes and shoe selections). I have always like Kohl's because you can get decent prices on stuff. I've bought vacuums and kitchen appliances here as well as clothes. This store is a bit smaller than my normal one on Charleston, but much better organized. read more

Some of the cashier's clearly don't know how to do math. My bill was $16.04, so I gave her $20.04. She handed me $3.94. I said, "Shouldn't I be getting exactly $4 back? I've had issues with the quality of their clothing at times and I've also purchased decent clothing there at time. I guess you have to keep an eye out on who their suppliers are and be brand aware. The store itself is nice, clean and well laid out. Employees are always friendly and helpful and most importantly, they have the 'guy' chair outside the ladies fitting rooms so we can cop a squat whilst our ladies are trying on their stuff. read more

Love this place!!!! They always have sales, I mean always. That, and they usually have the Kohl's cash PLUS sales. They get me every single time. No hassles with returns. They usually work with you, if you have a Kohl's card, to give a discount, usually 10%...I'll take it! So with sales, and at least 10% I always feel I get my monies worth. I love the Candies' selections for me and the men's stuff is pretty cool too. I like the housewares department, but that's the only one I find expensive. I come often, dont' always buy, because sometimes, they just dont have what I want. But hey, I dont even know what I want sometimes :) read more

I just started shopping at Kohls and Idk why I didnt shop here before, maybe because It was comparable to a Marshalls or Ross. But they have some premium brands here that are not usually on sale at per say Macy's or any other store: Brands like Nike, Fila, Converse and Vans you can get for 15-20% off. On top of that if you shop here regularly, they always send you Kohls Cash that can be used on anything. For every 300 points you get, you get 10$ on top of the usual 10$ for every 50$ you spend. Also if you sign up for the Kohls app, you can use it to enter in your credit card info and they make it even easier to scan something in the store (cause they never have the sizes I need) and I believe that if you are in the Kohls store and shopping on the app, the shipping is free. Most of the time shipping online is free over 50$. The only hassle I have with Kohls is they have a separate area of buying and returning. This return counter is couppled with the online orders which means the line is usually hella long. But TIP: If you are picking up an item for online shipping to the store, you can skip the entire line! Havent tried it yet but thats what the manager told me when i stupidly stood in line for 30min+, to pick up an online shipping order. Geren and Hilda helped me with returns and online pickup. They were great and friendly. The only problem was when I paid with APPLE pay/contactless payment- the system at kohls makes a "generic" number for my credit card and return was a hassle as I was getting frustrated with customer service. With all the kohls cash, and additional discounts, I get such steals here. read more

I have been shopping at this Kohl's location for many years. My family and I spend all of our back to school shopping, holidays and Christmas dollars at Kohl's. Especially for online shopping, the convenience is great! Through the years I have lost hundreds of dollars of Kohl's cash due to to expiration. I understand how that goes. Today I went in to ask a favor of the manager, while doing a return. I asked could they honor my Kohl's cash one extra day in the amount of $70. The managers name Melissa, then tells me that she could honor $10 of my $70 expired Kohl's cash. So to the answer my question is yes, she can assist me by honoring the expired ticket. However, her choice to decide the amount baffles me. I believe it would have been best to tell me that she is unable to assist me. As I was leaving, I asked another employee the name of the male manager I have seen for years. Melissa then comes from behind the counter, down the walk way and follows me loudly telling her name is Melissa. I explained to Melissa, I am not asking for her name. She then yells her last name to me, in a condescending manor. I turned to Melissa again and explained that she is being rude and loud and to stop confronting me. She then replies...I'm just trying to be helpful! Really? I'm almost certain Melissa is not making these gestures to be helpful. What a disappointment. read more

This Kohl's is okay. I've been shopping here off and on for almost 2 years and sometimes you get lucky with some really great deals. Most of the time they just mark up all the prices exponentially so they can just discounted by 50% and make it look like you got a deal. Most of the staff are pretty friendly, but there is the occasional very rude checker. It's always clean and looks okay inside but to get a really good deal you need to save up your coupons. read more

I have mixed feelings on Kohls. Sometimes I find good deals, but most of the time I feel like the clothing and shoes are overpriced for the quality. I am trying to shop in the more adult section, but the adult section is so out dated. All the jeans are high waist mom jeans. This makes me venture into the young adult section where I have the low rise jeans...cant really find a middle ground. During the holidays they do have good sales. I went the weekend after Thanksgiving and they still had a good discount going. I had a coupon that had expired and the sales clerk didn't accept it, but did give me 15% off! that was very kind and it saved me a good amount of money. One thing I do love about Kohls is that they give you a $15 kohls cash with every $50 you spend, so I got a gift card for $15! Hooray! I don't shop here at all but I needed an ugly sweater for a Christmas party my job was throwing and I was recommended to try khols out and it ended up working! They were having a 60% off sale for all the holiday sweaters! Walked out only paying I believe $11.99 for a sweater that was normally priced at a price that I would NEVER pay.. My daughter and I visited this Kohls while back to school shopping. This is the one I usually go to ( Live right by the other one). It's more organized, usually has what you want in stock etc. unfortunately, I had to use the restroom. I came very close to vomiting after running out screaming. It was the most disgusting sight ever. The entire bathroom every stall was DISGUSTING. I MEAN BADDD! When I first walked in 2 girls and their mom were in there. I dont know how they survived. Then, they look at me like "what, it was just cleaned"?!? They told me to use the family restroom. That's the one the managers restroom well, that's good to know they employees don't use toilet paper, soap or paper towels. I dry heaved for an hour after I ran outta of the store. I shop here pretty often for my work clothes and shoes the stores pretty clean and I'm always greeted to see if I need help finding anything and they always have exactly what I'm looking for!! This Kohl's location was the site of our charity Back to School shopping event this past weekend. The Kohl's staff was super friendly and amazingly helpful as they assisted over 60 of our children to choose new outfits to go back to school in style with. We have had this event at other stores in the past, but none have come close to the customer assistance that Kohl's offered our children and the volunteers helping them shop. From finding the right size to making great suggestions of items to pair with, Kohl's took the time to make all of our kids feel special. I've seen the Kohl's Cares logo before, but now I know what it means! read more

Flamingo) to see if they had a certain size of Minnie Mouse shoe for my granddaughter so that I could exchange for a wrong size I had bought, this had to be one of the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time.
