Kohl's has some not bad prices and I found some shorts and shirts that were pretty good. Overall, not to bad...reminds me of a lower end Macy's. This location is good in regards to location because the parking area is huge. Plenty of parking. I do want to mention that one of the cashiers was too interested in up-selling the Kohl's credit card, that she mistakenly rung up one of my shirts twice. As a result, I had to go back to customer service for them to credit me. Good thing that I had lunch in the area and decided to look at my receipt again. Glad I did. I would have paid for a mystery shirt that I never received. Now, it's great to up-sell, I get it. But please be accurate at the same time. But honestly, it's an inconvenience, but just minor. Multiples times that I've shopped here I've had to drive back because the employees forget to remove the sensors on my merchandise. Gas is expensive & it's unfortunate I have to take time out of my busy day to deal with their mistake. Time is precious and I hate having to waste it. One of the ladies working at the customer service desk was handling with an issue with my gift card and had a rude attitude. When I try to clear the situation up, she consistently repeats that it has been used but what I was trying to clear up is where it has been used and how the balance disappeared because I had never used the gift card when I received it. Went through checkout with Christy, seriously one of the helpful customer service people we have ever run into. She bent over backward to help us find a jacket that she suggested we might like, recruiting a number of employees to help in the search (they had just rearranged the misses section). I don't get Kohl's. It reminds me of a really rundown K-Mart. There's wrinkled clothes everywhere, they are all piled on one another, then there's like 500 things on one sales rack so things are falling off of it. When you try to pull one thing off the rack it's like an avalanche of wrinkled clothes falling on your head. They never have decent sizes for me, most people use like a million coupons and I'm always stuck behind them in line, to buy the 1 thing I actually found. They have high celebrity names that have fashion lines, but every time I go and look it's like the most atrocious things I've ever seen. Should be something you find in RAVE. read more

What a chaotic place, it was like shopping at an outlet. Brands are mixed on the same shelf and rack. Hangers say one size but clothes say another. It looks like no one refolds the clothes. The electronic discounts sign advertise a price but nothing on that shelf matches it. And what made me upset and leave is the checkout no one was there and employees came and went, just ignored me and went off! read more

Eh, it's alright. I found this Kohl's location to have less items / selection than other Khol's. It didn't feel as organized as other Khol's locations either. But it's a Khol's. Decided to stop by to look at men's suit jackets. Found the perfect one on the rack for $79.99. Headed to check-out and the price rang up as $140.00. Brought this to the cashier's attention (whose mother is her manager, by the way) and the manager proceeded to argue with me outright that this jacket was in the wrong section. Do you ever feel that when the cashier tells you saved $100 dollars today-- that they really just marked up their prices then put up sales prices to make you feel like you got a great deal? Kohl's is awesome for home goods, I've bought my end tables and a cute bookshelf from here. All were discounted with the Kohl's cash they give you for spending X number of dollars on an earlier occasion. Kohl's is awesome crossing people off your Christmas list when you really do not want to deal with the drama of going to the mall. They have totally random gifts that are perfect for the office secret santa. The clothes selection isn't terrible either. There have a variety of brands for all shapes and sizes but sometimes, or most times really - I feel like they are trying to fool me with their big sale signs everywhere. If I had more patience, I would stick to Ross or Marshalls for the discount clothing, but sometimes, it's just easier when the clothing is spread out like Kohl's. The location of this Kohls is perfect for to knock out the majority of your errands in one parking lot. I am a big fan of this shopping center as a whole. read more

I rarely shop at Kohl's, yet every time I do I think to myself, "I need to come here more often". I mentally put it on the level of JC Penny's which I'm not a big fan of, but then I'm always reminded that they actually have decent brands here. Why do I keep forgetting that? (Nike, Fila, Adidas, Rock & Republic, etc.) They really do have the best sales here - it always seems like the entire store is on sale. It's probably a marketing gimmick, but when I can find Nike workout clothes for 25-40% off it does make me feel like I'm a good shopper. There's not a lot of service staff throughout the store, the few people working seem to be at the registers, and there always seems to be a wait there. But I appreciate that there's no high pressure sales people, and I don't even have to find someone to let me into a fitting room, they are all just open. The fitting room I went into was rather a joke, there were no lights on so you could barely see what you were trying on. I was actually humored thinking, it's all about the way the clothes feel here, not the way they look. I wanted so badly to take a photo, but I don't think a photo of the dark is much of a photo at all.. I don't know that I'll be back again any time soon, but it'll be like a new find all over again next time I do. read more

First, I agree with the other reviews that this store does have limited staff, making lines long and customer service usually subpar. However, my past few visits to this location were different and I received outstanding service. In April I purchased a patio table set that was on a great sale, and had staff personally assist me through the transaction in loading my car. Fast forward to today, I purchased my and my fiance's wedding bands for our celebration next month and was greeted instantly and warmly by Ashley in the jewelry department. She sized both or fingers and did not get irritated with my indecisiveness. She was patient and listened to my wants and made helpful suggestions regarding style, sizing, and purchasing options. Unfortunately, the ring I was eyeing was not in stock, so she personally walked us over to the kiosk and showed us their online inventory of jewelry. She stayed with us during the whole transaction, chatted with us about our honeymoon, and genuinely congratulated us. Never once did she push a sale on us, or seem too busy to assist. I tracked down her manager and complimented Ashley to her, and was amazed to hear an immediate praise over their radio to say the employee was awesome. I understand the reviews of bad service and a disorganized store. But I feel they have hired some really phenomenal members, such as Ashley killing it at the jewelry counter, that are providing quality service. read more

Decently priced department store with quality name brand products. In the womens department there are Vera Wang, Dana Buchman, Daisy Fuentes, and Lauren Conrad lines. A few reasons why I like Kohl's and specifically this location: 1. it is close to my house and work 2. large variety of items from several departments 3. department store feel without the hassle of a mall A few reasons why I don't like Kohl's and specifically this location: 1. disorganized racks of clothes. I'm sure due in part to customers. 2. if you pay debit card and then make a return they give you cash back OR you can wait a few weeks and they will put it back on your card. TIP: even if you pay with your debit card, run it as credit to avoid this. 3. need better selection for young women. A cross between the Jr's dept and the womens dept, younger hipper clothes :) I will be back to this location for sure because It's convenient and they have variety. read more

Went in around 7p last night to look for khakis and there was no one around to help in any of the departments. The only employee we saw the entire time we were there was the cashier. After finding what I needed the cashier attempted to sell me on a credit card 3 times after I respectfully declined each time. After I left without accepting the credit card the cashier seemed upset. I love shopping at Kohl's I go there every chance I get. Today I was so excited to go to Kohl's to do some shopping and get all the great deals. I shopped and got all the great deals with having a great time until I got to the checkout counter. I got an older lady I wish I would have gotten her name but I don't like to give names on reviews anyway she was so rude she just the way she talked to you and then when she finished bringing up and took my money she just left and didn't even say anything I've never had a rude person like that at colds and I'm quite surprised. I am not a huge fan of Kohl's because they are just as expensive as the retail shops and have a smaller selection. I am always disappointed with their workout gear. I do not shop here often, the only exceptions tend to be for ties and graphic t-shirts. The tie selection are usually nice. They have a wide range of colors, patterns, and sizes. Skinny ties in vivid colors are stylist and come with a tie bar. Bonus! For $3 and change, it is a steal. During every visit, I wander through the graphic t's to see if anything harks back to my childhood. Sesame Street and Ninja Turtles are appropriate for any age. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Keep an eye out for when they do clearances on clearance items because it is not uncommon to leave with a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise for less than a Benjamin. It is impressive how the sales can stack upon one another. read more

This is my favourite Kohl's store when I get to Las Vegas. Sales and more sales! They have such good deals every weekend. They carry almost everything. Recently, I was there for their Black Friday sales - my goodness, did I shop! I love it! Not only did I go away with my stash, I got these Bonus Bucks that I could apply towards a future purchase. Bonuns Bucks are treated just like cash. Luckily, I was still around for the Bonus Bucks' time. Got even more goodies to take home with me. read more

I come here religiously! Love the set-up they have, but most especially I love their seemingly never ending specials. On anything and everything. A few things to get here... They have fairly good quality graphic tees for $10, I love their Haggar brand for work, Apt 9 is also fairly good quality and their undershirts for $9 are a great buy for work and play scenarios. Especially in this oven we call Vegas, their undershirts keep cool. They also used to have a great selection of shoes and would also have frequent specials on them. I've notice selection has decreased some and unfortunately for me the David Beckham shoe line from ADIDAS became part of their NEO line so it's been a while since I've gotten shoes here. Overall this Kohl's gets a a 4 of 5. The only drag being that most times I come here the men's registers are short cashiers and that can make for a fun wait time. read more

I have gone to this Kohl's for a very long time. A couple days ago, I went to this location to find some work shirts. Every section of the store was a complete disaster. Clothes laying everywhere, shoes missing from boxes, incorrect pricing, etc. I managed to find a couple shirts and went to stand in line. The cashiers have no sense in urgency whatsoever. Very lackadaisical, not very personal. I feel like in the past few years Kohl's has slowly turned into a Ross or Marshall's. The only thing I do like there is the home section. They have a decent variety of holiday decorations, candles, towels, etc. Please make some changes. We loved shopping here for basically everything! read more

Recommended. Very nice store. Very convenient, very spacious entry, very nice layout to the store. This store makes you want to go down every aisle. It's very clean, well stocked, provides many options and many sizes. I really appreciate medium, large and extra large sizes are plentiful. I do wish you would carry 2X and 3X. That would make my life so much easier. I love that you have a variety of shoes and stocked well in all sizes. Plenty of parking, great deals, great coupons and friendly staff. The only thing I would change is adding more staff. Every time we go there we spend a lot of time waiting in line to be checked out. Other than that great store. read more

I am so irritated with these employees. Every time we go in just because we have tattoos we are being watched by their lost prevention department pretending to shop but are really stalking me and making me feel so uncomfortable. I find it completely horrible that I am treated this way when I purchase items, I was literally in a form fitting dress, I don't know where they thought I was going to hide the items. I think it's ridiculous that this is how the company trains there employees to profile people. I was simply trying to take my 12 year old son school shopping and I had plenty of money to do so. Super annoying because I did some last minute shopping before I went on vacation & I checked out and the alarms went off , so I go back to the cashier and she checked the clothes again for sensors and she said I was ok to go , then I walked out the door again and of course the alarms went off , super embarrassing! Looks like I was trying to steal or something! So then I said what's wrong ? You checked ...?and the cashier said go ahead you're fine to go , I get home and I'm Packing my suitcase and came across a sensor , I didn't have time to go back to the store , so I had to bust it off myself with a hammer . Then I found another shirt with another sensor . Had to bust that one off too with my hammer ! Pretty crappy .then I just bought a new pair of jeans there, and while I was gone the zipper broke , so now that I'm back from my trip , I took them Back to exchange them & waited in a long line after a long day at work & they didn't have my size. The lady told me I had to go all the way back to customer service to help me. I was so over it that I just left . Now I have to go back once more and try to exchange .
