This specific Kohls is slightly smaller than the ones that I normally shop at, so I think they have slightly less of a variety. I was still able to find really good deals on the things that I came to buy. Had a return and Jenna help me and she was amazing. Purchased a jacket, gave them my 25% off coupon, then Kohl's cash, it took off the Kohl's cash and only took the 25% off the remaining $.83. I guess the coupons only work when you're not taking advantage of other benefits. The cashier couldn't explain it, and also couldn't figure out what 25% of $20 is., The store has some nice items, but make sure you check out your coupons and other items before counting on any discounts. read more

Is it just me or is this place way overpriced for poor quality items? They lure you in with their "sales" and tempt you with earning their Kohl's cash. But really they just hike the prices way up so the sale price is on par with what it should be. They are charging as if they are higher quality items from something similar to a Macy's but giving quality more like a Walmart. No disrespect to Walmart. I have been there many times but you get what you pay for and I'm okay with that for certain items. I will say Kohl's has a fun kitchen section though. Still overpriced but fun to look through all the fun gadgets and containers. This is the WORST KHOLS IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. FIRST time I came here I had 40 in Lhols cash. The older women "JILL" (not sure if thats her name because when I asked her politely just now, "excuse me whats your name," she responded "JILL, why? Why do you wanna know my name?" Her name tag was turned over, where her name.cannot be revealed, but she is the manager older Caucasian women at the store) Anywho, yes the first time I came here i had 40 khols cash, I missed the cut off date but JILL REASSURED me that she wasnt suppose to say anything, but the cash usually takes 10 days to expire. She then urged me to hurry and get a item because I was on the last day, and the store was closing in 30 minutes. I rushed looking for an item found it and went to the register. The khols cash doesnt work. She then replies "oh yeah sorry i guess its just 7 days not 10, theres nothing we can do." She had no remorse and was sarcastic in a way that was pure upsetting. I wasted 30 minutes of my time because of false information FROM A MANAGER...and still she did nothing in trying to help me resolve the issue, not even a discount 10% anything or just a simple kindness. Nothing of the sort, and i left with nothing but time wasted. .....that was the first day. Now im just fed up with this store! I COME IN AGAIN (NOT REALIZING its the same place) and i have a coupon code, now i use these coupon codes everytime I come to Khols never ever ever have I had a problem, same lady Jill tells me they dont use those and theres "nothing they can do." This store has the worst customer service! I will never shop at Kohl's again because of the poor customer service I received today. I went in the store to get some Levis for my son. As I went to the register there was a young girl that was at the register ringing the sale. She was unable to take of a sensor of one of the jeans and she asked for help from Jill. Jill was also unable to take the sensor off. As she continued to try another cashier went up to the register right next to her. Jill said to her something on the lines of are you done being rude with sarcasm and a sarcastic laugh. Jill then called for help since she still couldn't take off the sensor and someone came out and to it off right away. After the sensor was off I notice it left a whole. I said oh no there is a whole. She gave me a are you kidding me look and said well you can go get another pair. My transaction was already processed and was just waiting on the jeans. I just took them and left. As I was walking out I thought the jeans rang up wrong so I wanted to speak to her. There was the customer in front of her and she was arguing with her about a coupon (this was the same customer that they were speaking about while I was waiting for my sensor to get removed). Jill continued to argue with the lady. When it was my turn I was just so fed up with her service, I said I just wanted to return my purchase. She denied speaking about the other lady in front of me. I told her it was the sensor that left the whole in the pants and instead of offering to get me another pair she told me to get it. She told me I would of had to wait for her then. I said what difference does it make if I went to get it, I would still have to wait for her. I said you should have offered. There she goes arguing with me as well. How is it ok to argue with your customers? Where is your customer service? Jill is a manager for some reason and this explains why the customer service of this store SUCKS! I've seen other bad reviews about Jill on here as well. When is Kohl's going to learn? I have been in retail for the last 16 years and have been in management for the last 13 years. My resent experience was less than favorable. Went to look for new bras for my elderly mother. The girl who waited on us while polite and helpful looked like a freek. Purple hair, eye shadow so thick you could see her a blook away, grey blue blush and dark red lipstick. She looked like she shoukd of been in a rocky horror picture show. The dressing rooms we absolutely filthy in the bra department. Clothes and bras on the floor not to mention it looked like a catch all for everything else and this was days before black friday!!!! I usually really enjoy this store, but not after my last experience. Absolutely horrendous customer service, at least with the people I spoke to. I went to exchange an item, and told the woman specifically: "I received the wrong item in the mail and would like to return it and get the correct item from you." I guess I needed to specifically say "exchange" because she didn't understand what I wanted to do. She started crediting the amount back to my card until I realized what she was doing and stopped her. I then clarified that I wanted to just exchange the items to get the correct item. She then said: "Well, I wish you would have told me that EARLIER, because now I have to void all this out and redo it!" I was taken aback, and apologized. It should have been a red flag to me that I was apologizing to her, after the company had already sent me the wrong item in the first place. You would think they'd be a little more understanding since I was already frustrated. (Not to mention, it was a Mother's Day gift that I ordered ahead of time, and was now running around trying to find the right item.) She then informed me that they did not have the item that I originally ordered in store. Umm, ok. I told her I ordered the correct item and was sent the wrong item, so I didn't know what to do. She told me they couldn't reorder it for me (why not? Other stores do), and that they best they could do was call another store to see if they had it. She sat on hold with another Kohl's store in the valley for maybe 7-9 minutes before they got back to her, and told her they put the item on hold for me. She told me I could go pick it up at their counter. Overall the process took WAY longer than possible, and the associate acted like she could care less about me. I'm not sure whose fault it was, but when I reached the other store the lady had the wrong item on hold for me. It wasn't even the same brand as the one that I had bought. I don't know if that was an issue with this Kohl's or the receiving store, but either way I will not be returning here. It was disappointing to be treated with little to no respect, and to have to apologize to the associate after she misunderstood what I wanted. I was already frustrated since I received the wrong item, and although it was not that employee's fault I thought she'd be a little more understanding and willing to make the situation better. read more

There are a few issues I have had with Kohls over the last year that has irked me. Mostly poor customer service. This most recent one pushed me to the limit and I needed to write a review. I ordered a ring from the online store and received and email confirmation that I would get another email when the item was shipped so that I could track it. This was important as it was a gift for my wife and wanted to make sure she did not see it. Well no email was sent and I called to see what the delay was as the date was the last day of the estimated delivery date. The customer service person on the phone told me that it had not been shipped as they were very busy (holidays,which I understand) but would notify me when it did. Well the same day, while I was out, the package did arrive and my wife signed for it. Luckily she did not open it. However, when I open the box I was disappointed to see a ring that was not what I ordered or even what was on the packing slip. When I called their customer service number again I was told that they had run out of the item I ordered and that I could return the one I received to a Kohls store and see if I could find what I wanted at another establishment. Because it seems like they will send you whatever they want (last time was a pair of shoes in the wrong size) if they are out of the item you ordered I will not EVER shop on the site or in a Kohls store again. This will disappoint my wife and she has been an avid shopper at the location near our home. I would not recommend shopping at Kohls. You lost a customer and Macy's has gained one! read more

This store always has a variety of clothes available. For the most part there are trendy cute office clothes you can pick up here. I wish they stocked more blazers though. This place has good prices and has waves of being busy. During the holiday season, like other department stores, expect this place to be busy. Pretty clean though. This will be my first review ever for anything. I normally like this location but the service sucked today. I came in specifically to buy a Fitbit. I already know that they don't have a permanent employee assigned to the electronic and housewares area. That wasn't the issue. A salesperson got on his headset to get someone to come help me. Ten to fifteen minutes later....nothing and no one. I stopped another salesperson and expressed my frustration. She tried to call someone but again, no joy. Finally I had to go walking around looking for someone to help me. Of course I'm irritated. And after all this, they don't have the one I want in stock. Then the salesperson says "Didn't you check the case for the one you wanted?" Wow! It's not unheard of for stores to have additional stock in the back. I visited Kohl's on Blue Diamond Road on 4-10-16 and I would like to mention that Chrystee who was at the customer service desk was absolutely fabulous. She greeted me with a great big smile that made me feel so welcome. She helped me with my exchange, my purchase of gift cards and my Yes2You Rewards. She was very funny and entertaining throughout the checkout process while maintaining a professional manner. She has a great personality and is awesome with the customers. This cashier won't speak, is so short and rude with us, and we ask questions of the price when she rings and she is so bothered about it!!! And she keeps FLINGING the hangers. I mean come on! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!! This store is sooo unorganized!! I bought low cut boots. Turns out the boots were two right boots. I took an extra trip back to the store to swap the boots out. They didn't have my size so the customer service representative suggsted that they order the boots online and it'll come to my house. As she attempted to do so, the boot wasn't available online either!!! Then she suggested I travel all across town. I then asked can I receive store credit $5-$10 Kohl cash for this inconvenience. From my personal experience, I have been helped by really friendly people at the cashiers. The customer service is great in my opinion. All the ladies that have helped me have been very sweet to me, energetic, and are totally nice and supportive (and doesn't make things awkward) when I want to use my several coupons, Kohl's cash, and rewards card. They are super patient with me even when they have several people in line. When the line gets up to two-three people waiting, the manager or the assistant manager (don't know which one) is always on deck to either help out by ringing someone up themselves or grabbing another employee right away to handle the cashier for the next customer. I have never had to wait a super long time in line on regular days. There is always great deals to be found on the sale racks, especially when you have coupons. I love that I can use coupons on sale items, makes shopping so much fun! Things are put away neatly and the layout of this Kohl's is just perfect for me. read more

So I came in to but a coffee pot and some NIKE gear! I bought the 2.0 Keriug and as I was checking out a clerk seen I was purchasing that machine and kinda hollered over " hi there misses be sure U check ur K Cup boxes for a check that states they fit in all Keriug machines" I was blown away she was with another guest and did not want me to learn the hard way. She explained how she has the Keriug 2.0 and she made the mistake of using the K cups that didn't fit in the machine and it was a big mess I kind of giggled and told her how I don't even read directions so I would've made the same mistake as her she told me that she normally works in that department so she usually has a chance to tell guest and I just think that was really cool and great customer service she deserves a pat on the back. Of course 24 hours after I bought the machine I got a five dollar off coupon in the mail and I received a 30% off any purchase coupon and I wish you could've used it on that. read more

The exchange went smoothly but she TOLD me to sit down till my daughter came back with an exchange even tough there wasn't anyone on line. But the worse thing that happened was I politely asked the woman if she had any scratch off coupon and she screamed to me NO NOT AT THIS TIME. I do frequent Kohls Department Stores quite frequently and recently applied for a charge card, which comes with many benefits. The bf had forgotten to pack his socks for this trip so we went in as I had some Kohls cash and a 30% coupon. This was a typical store, which was fine. The reason for the negative review was due to having to deal with a rude cashier at this location for the first time in all the years I have been shopping. Liz was her name and her name tag indicated she had been there for 5 years. There was no one behind us so we were unsure what the rush was. I asked her if the amount had to be on the charge card or if it could be on my debit card. She looked irritated and told me to swipe my charge card, my question did not receive the expected explanation. She then totaled everything out before I could pull out my Kohls cares card. I mean, every dollar counts toward my next reward. She did not apologize, just said, "Well next time", stuck the receipt in the bag without asking if I preferred to hold onto it (which I usually do hold onto receipts) then walked away. She then came back a few seconds later, so it was not like she had to go run to the restroom or go on break. The behavior was uncalled for. I have never met this type of rudeness from an employee at any Kohls locations before. The employees are usually helpful and friendly, even the managers are great at keeping everything running smoothly, especially when it comes to long lines during the holidays. Someone with this type of personality needs to go stock items in the back of the warehouse where there is no customer interaction. We will not be returning to this location again. I read another recent review regarding similar rudeness from a different employee, must be common practice at this location. read more

We were in this store on 3-3-12. We were shopping for clothes as we had come to Vegas for a wedding and our luggage was lost. My wife and I were greeted in the shoe department by Karen the Store Manager. She was very kind and helpful. The wedding was in about 4 hours and we needed clothes and shoes and my wife needed jewelry and a handbag. Karen stayed with us and helped us stay calm and get everything we needed. She even took us to the register and rang up our purchases. The dress my wife bought had a few wrinkles in it and Karen had us leave the dress with her while we went down to the Target in the shopping center and she steamed it for us!! We have been shopping at Kohl's for many years as they have great sales and awesome discounts but the service we received at this Kohl's store was amazing. What a tremendously disappointing experience, went in with the intentions of buying a pot and or saucepan I went in to the section and it was a tremendously confusing process everything is sold in some sort of set, no price tags, etc. No separate pans sold; I walked around the store for 15 minutes and didn't come across any customer service rep to answer my questions. I finally walked up to the register where one register was open. The one guy working the one register with 6 customers on line was working at a snails pace. Finally get the register after another wasted 15 minutes and the price of a 12 inch sauce pan was $150 because bobby flay slapped his name on. I didn't make the purchase and I was furious. Te last few times I came in here I realized they haven't made the customer experience seamless. I guests I'll be getting all this stuff on amazon now. Kohls lost a customer.
