I usually visit Dillard's once a year for holiday dresses first checking the inventory online. This time I had an unplanned Dillard's visit while used it as a shortcut to the mall. MERCHANDISE: The store has a vast inventory. The men's clothing and shoe section is especially stylish. There are a lot of brown toned garments and shoes perfect for fall. The shoe section indicated deals from $99 to $139. That seems like a great value for high-quality shoes. MY FINDS: I didn't plan to make any purchases since I was just passing through the store. Instead I found Origins skincare line. It's currently hard to find it in stores due to major beauty retailers pulling it from their shelves. I was able to purchase a gift set. It's my preferred skincare, so I'm happy to find another retailer that carries it for future purchase. SERVICE: The service was very nice. Associates were friendly and smiling. This experience indicated that the service tremendously improved over the years. I look forward to my next visits to Dillard's. I'll be back soon to experience and purchase more Origins products.

First time Yelp reviewer here! Deserves a few minutes of my time…read more.. I was at Buyers Fair with some family members recently. A cute, pink cami caught my attention. My sister-in-law said, "why don't your bargain with them?" I know that people do this kind of thing all the time but I have never tried it, so I thought... why not?! I asked the very friendly clerk if she would take the price I was offering to pay (only a few dollars less). She needed to check with her manager. After doing so, the manager actually yelled across the room (with zero tact), "why would I do that? I sell 50 of these a week?!" His tone was dripping with condescension... completely unnecessary. His goal was clearly to embarrass me. I really felt the situation could have been handled in a much more civilized manner. The only person he successfully embarrassed was his poor store clerk. "F" for customer service Mr. Manager.

Great place for gifts, for summer clothes, shoes, and other boating supplies. The staff is always friendly, and we are happy to support an alternative to Target or K-Mart in the area. We haven't found their prices outrageous at all, but yes they do sell higher end brands, so they are not always really cheap. Great place.

The Nike clothing is locked up and you have to find someone to help you unlock to be able to try on. They had one person working on the bottom floor. She had to run the register, help unlock items, and assist in finding things for customers. With that being said we did find some good deals on the clearance rack. It was just an odd experience.

Great jeans and awesome service…read more I have been putting off buying jeans because it's hard to shop with 3 young kids especially to try on clothes. After searching online for pants and knowing I needed to try them on I decided to give the buckle store a shot. I was immediately greeted and started looking around. A lady came over and I explained what I was looking for and she was very helpful pulling my sizes and selections. Within a few minutes I had a whole fitting room laid out with my requests. I was able to quickly try them on and she went back and got different sizes and items as I needed them. Going shopping with kids can sometimes be hard especially when you are trying on clothes but she was so helpful that I was able to get what I needed quickly!

The store was well organized; however they have tags with different colors and where I'm from those colors tend to coordinate with daily sales so I asked a lady who worked there what they meant and she said usually they have daily sales but everything was 50% off today and I even clarified "only holiday stuff?" And she responded the whole store so I was all gongho, filling my hands with shirts and unnecessary holiday decor cuz everything is so cheap, only to get to the register and I hear everyone in line complaining about what the signs posted all over the store states. Apparently last week if you spent $50, they sent you a coupon for 50% off and you would have to know that in order to understand there is no sale whatsoever unless you have that coupon. So why not take the dumb signs down? What a headache for everyone. Also, maybe educate your employees because they also do not understand. Sincerely, a customer who is unimpressed with this experience and probably will skip next time we're in town.

This particular store has friendly sales associates, a good selection of clothes and fun jewelry. These aren't clothes that will generally last forever but they're at such a good price they don't have to. I also like that they have wide-width shoes. Fun to pop into Cato's on occassion for some flair of color and see what's new.

My one gripe about this store is the small selection making it hard to try on everything I wanted to, but it still gets 5 stars because I walked out with some great presents and got helped in an appropriate and non-invasive way. I have been to a lot of lululemon stores and this is one of the best in terms of customer service and welcome.

The employee who assisted me showed a lack of courtesy and empathy, which made the interaction uncomfortable and upsetting. What was most disappointing was that there was no acknowledgment of the behavior and no apology at the time. For a brand that claims to value respect, inclusivity, and customer care, this experience fell far below expectations. I am sharing this feedback to help improve customer service and ensure other customers are treated with basic respect
