I went back to the store and spoke with the manager (a black lady that didn't give me her name). I told her I never WANTED a credit card and the other sales lady told me it was a savings card. The manager proceeded to tell me that it said it was a credit card if I had read the display on the terminal. I told her that I didn't read it and that I entered invalid info as I don't give out my credit card number. The manager made me feel like it was my fault. All she had to do was apologize and I would have been fine with that. I have worked in retail and I would not treat a shopper like I was treated. I won't be shopping here again.

Majority of the items in this full bag was from Nordstrom, with pricey brands like PAIGE Denim, Splendid, etc. Not the cheap Nordstrom brands. I had 2 small items out of the entire bag that were Fashionnova online returns. Everything else- Nordstrom. I'm talking $200 pair of jeans that have never been worn and are a normal size (all sizes M, 6,8 etc) They told me they weren't buying any of it because of STYLE- and said you know like that fashionnova style. This was a little offensive bc 1 I rarely shop at Fashionnova and the bag was 99% Nordstrom. The delivery was off.. the store was super full with people selling, some ppl bringing in 3 huge bins. So I feel like they had to be more selective bc of volume which would have been a lot less offensive than saying my fashionnova style. As for Shopping there, I was shocked and disgusted by what they were selling. I went straight to the Lululemon racks and everything had make up stains, other stains, tears in fabrics, holes, excessive pilling from being washed and dried too much and not dry cleaned. Everything looked ten years old that had been horribly taken care of! The craziest part is they were selling it at 60-75% of Retail prices brand new from Lulu. So you can spend $49.99 on a pair of leggings from Uptown that look 10 years old with stains, rips and little dryer lint balls on them, or you can pay $69 at Lulu Lemon brand new.... All of this to say, if you have dirty, outdated Lululemon this is the place to sell it for sure. Everything else, I wouldn't waste a trip.
