Crew, where I shop a lot of the time. However, I didn't think the sales were that great (not when J Crew had a 50 percent off sale) and unfortunately a lot of the sizes were very very tiny. Which made me feel bad. Mostly because I couldn't see the prices on the tiny tiny tags with their tiny tiny print and then I realized that the sizes were inside on the label. They magically appeared when I needed them, and let me do my own thing when I just wanted to browse. They also didn't bat an eye when I wanted to try on 20 things, and hung everything so nicely in the fitting room for me. I loved how they didn't stand around and give me compliments like at other stores, which makes me feel pressured to buy what I'm trying on. I always feel guilty when someone gushes "I loooove that on you it fits you PERFECTLY!!!" and then I don't want it. So I really liked the freedom they gave me at Madewell even though there weren't that many people in the store. They also have amazing sales! Sometimes they have an additional 40% off sale, where you can snag deals like jeans for $40 and tee shirts for $15. I find that their in-store sales are much cheaper than online. I like to price check when i get home, and sometimes the things i bought at a major discount are full price online (which, of course, makes me feel smug and pleased with myself). Their stuff is such good quality and is so comfortable. Their jeans feel like jeggings but are actually jeans. Also, for petite ladies like myself, their ankle jeans are a great length. You can also get an additional 15% off with a college ID! Can't beat that! If you're at Old Orchard, you must stop by and check out their sale section. I was not aware that there was a special time for us to enter the store without the masses pouring in, so that was cool. I am not much for actual shopping in brick and mortar stores, so made the experience nice for me This is the location where he picks up my Kirkland Prosecco Rose and other items for the house. Like other Costco's I have been in, this one is well stocked. Staff that I did interact with were nice and helpful. I was glad I was with The Doctor as it stopped me from getting a bunch of stuff we did not need, but I did pick up a bottle of the Kirkland champagne. Clocking in around $22 (I think), it was pretty decent and I would get it again. I love Costco as a concept and have told people many times that I would work there simply because of the way they treat their employees. I have this thing about employee discounts, even though I don't need them, and this place has a great one. I will not downgrade the store's rating for the type of customers that shop there, because that ain't right. But some of the reviewers are not wrong about them. Because we have an Executive membership, we were able to get in at 9 am. Well there were some "annoyed" regular members who were mad that Executive members were being let in, but they could not get in until 10 am, saying loudly it was not fair. So for me, that extra hour made for a much enjoyable shopping experience for me. Costco is still my go to store as long as The Doctor is going on during regular hours, for me it will be 9 am.

There are some excellent deals to be had. In fact, I just scored a great deal on a long black velvet skirt and a dressy top (needed for my husband's post-holiday holiday work party). The clothes I picked up are super cute and fit kinda well now but will fit very well in a couple months. Lots of parking since it's in the middle of the Village Crossing shopping center. It's on the side near Michaels and Jewel. If you use curbside, they have a couple of dedicated parking spots for you.
