Just ok , need more transparency... you look online and see the prices which are $50-$75 nothing…read morecrazy but once you start looking at the price tag in store you realize those are very select pieces only. Went in for a quick suit,I was expecting to spend a couple hundred bucks based on their website and all their promotions. The service was pretty good, the gentleman that greeted us was attentive and quickly located one of the most expensive suits in the store for my husband, ok that's his job. The woman in the back was pretty miserable honestly. They put together a jacket, pants, shirt and tie to the tune of $735, I almost fell over. The jacket was over $400 alone. Now this may not be much for a suit for normal people but my husband is blue collar guy, he doesn't own a suit and neither of us expected this, again look at their website, all cheap. It's a nice suit, made in America so I'm OK with paying more for American made just not expecting the price. They even charge you 10 cents for the shopping bag, really? I'm not barking over 10 cents just the point. The pants needed to be hemmed, took 4 days, came out good charged$ $7 for hem.. jacket needs to. fitted, they say it's free but I don't believe them. If I pay 700 dollars for a suit just eat the $10 to be hem and fitted my opinion anyway. Anyway, nice suit but pricey and the service wasn't stellar. Excessive on upcharges

My husband and I have taken BOTH our teenage boys to this store to be out fitted for various suits…read moreon several occasions and without regret. There has NEVER been a problem. In fact, one time, when we were there, a thunderstorm knocked out the power and the team still managed to work by flashlight to get what we needed accomplished! They were stellar! That's what I call true customer service dedication! Unfortunately, there are A LOT of people in this world who have a "sense of entitlement" and believe that some people exists only to service them. Well, wake up people! The folks at Men's Warehouse are there to help you LOOK your best. The rest, I'm afraid, is up to you. And that alone, it is scary thought in humble opinion.

Boot Barn had a soft opening a few weeks ago and now with their hard opening I figure they got all…read morethe bugs out, and there weren't many because it's pretty much flawless. As the doors open you're hit with a strong leather smell and if you like that, well, you're in for fun. The front of the store has shelf after shelf of boots arranged by size. these are western /cowboy boots and come from plain at around$140 to tooled to painted to freaking ostrich skin at around $450. As i walked around I noted they also sell the polishes and creams needed to maintain boots and keep them clean so they want you to keep these in good trim for the long haul. The clothes they sell also have a strong western them in jeans, shirts and vests and I was hard pressed to find fault as all have a high cotton content and feel nice to the touch, unlike so many similar clothes found in the near-by mall that look nice but have a less pleasant feel. The staff is helpful but not obsequious. So, you don't feel ignored but neither do you feel smothered by them. I was actually looking for something to complain about. mentally I was thinking 5 star? but I can't. They don't have rubber boots! Yes they do. They don't have hiking boots! Yes they do. In the end the store runs to an aggressively western theme but they also have modern work/hiking/rain boots as well as stylish cowboy boots. They do not have European style riding boots, chukka boots or suede desert boots, so Clark's still has a reason to hang around but otherwise if you're looking for good boot etc this is the place to stop off. Heck if they'd had the brown drover's rain coat in my size I'd have to be explaining the purchase to my wife.

Unbelievable selection of western boots and name brand hats…read more Definitely worth a stop in.
