I might get some negative feedback from unhappy customers who left negative feedback. It amazes me what a "bad, moody employee" can do to inflict pain on customers. It is bad news. I did not experience any of that. I went into purchase several pairs of nice workout pants for $29.95 each. I was on line looking at previous workout pants I purchase years ago for $50 which have doubled in price. I like the pants. Decent quality. Saved me close to $200.00. That is worth it to me. When I checked out the cashier was very friendly. She looked up my Kohls card and helped me save a few more dollars. Now that deserves a smile. I will return. read more

Treated extremely rudely by your employee Stephanie in customer service. She was barking at everyone but mostly at me because I wasn't at the right place in line. I have no plans of putting up with poor treatment after spending money in your store. She is not the face that you want CARING for customers. How do I say this store is amazing in under 1 million. Words. Since I moved to this area a while back this khols has signed me up for credit cards ,raised my fashion game and excepted my Amazon returns free of charge without any problems. I never have any problems at this store and when I do there is a wonder person to help me . This time it was Shalaka. She was so friendly and had an awesome smile. I was fumbling trying to find my khols card and she showed me on the app how I could pay after using my coupons and khols cash ofcourse. You have to love good service and you get it here. read more

Placed online order to pick up, did not realize it was not in store so did not have the item in time for when I needed it so I just never went to pick up. Kohls charged my Kohls card, I argued with them 3 months & gave up & just paid the $20 and then they reported it to credit bureau twice as a late payment. As we all know Kohl's takes Amazon returns. Good idea since they have you in their store, you can shop after the return. However, Kohl's refuses to take any packaging from Amazon back. They never use to do this. So, you are suppose to walk around a retail store with empty boxes, or bags, if you wish to shop. I just did a return, and the clerk wanted me to take the box back to throw it out. I refused saying I was doing more shopping and he gave me a hard time. This is not the first time this has happened to me and so I sought out the manager and she was not very helpful. Instead of saying, right away, we would have taken the box back, she was defending her employee saying it is a company directive. BUT, I have returned numerous Amazon items there and only a few clerks refused the box and gave me a hard time. Needless to say, someone needs to rethink this. The fact that a retail store would encourage people to walk around shopping with an empty box or bag is inviting theft. I was a department manager and seeing someone doing that would be a red flag. We bought a new winter wardrobe here for a friends daughter last night.we got a ton of cute stuff for her in the toddler section. We also picked up some cute stuff for ourselves. The little one was playing with gloves and kept dropping them and customers and workers alike made sure they didn't go missing. We do have to return today, however, as they left some security tags on some items--despite the alarm going off several times as we tried to exit and them going methodically through each item looking specifically for them. read more

I hate their clothing selection, very cheap quality in the juniors section- the misses department doesnt have anything stylish. People awalys think that they are getting a good deal, because almost everything is always on sale- but that is just good marketing skills. They mark stuff way up, and the sale price is the actual retail price. Putting it on sale makes you think you are getting a deal. They do have good clearance racks in the kids department. They have a nice selection of home gadgets, cooking utensils, etc. read more
