They sell shoes, clothing, household items and a lot of other stuff. I usually buy stuff here when it's on sale because it's worth it otherwise the normal price can be a bit overpriced. Came thru on a Friday around 11am and it was sorta busy. Well busier than I expected. About 20 people in the store. They were doing a handful of things - returning items, shopping, window shopping or at he Amazon return station which is located at the back of the building. Entering the plaza is a hazard. You enter and it's not marked that great with stop signs. So proceed with caution. You take a left and you end up at Walmart. You take a right and you're at kohls. Handful of ADA parking available. Cashiers are right in the middle of the store. They were switching over from Halloween to the December holidays when I was in and taking a lot of the products for Halloween to the back clearance section which had a decent amount of stuff greatly reduced. That was good value. Men's section is on the right. Ladies on the left and middle and in between it all in various items you could find children's items, unisex clothing, toys and household goods. The bedding and beds are in the back left along with the restrooms. The fitting rooms are near the front. Solid value and many good finds today. I think there might have been excess inventory because a lot of it were marked down and with that savings it made the items even more appealing. Update 2024: I came in for a self pickup from a kohls.com purchase. The girl and the manager girl that assisted me were super nice and helpful. They took the time to make sure I knew where I was going and got my item. I was very happy with my store visit. I usually pick the self pickup so I don't have to deal with people. I went to Kohl's a few days after Christmas. In hope to find a few bargains. Well I did find a little Cinderella ornament that was in sale,(50%) however, it was giving the discount to a Canadian price instead of U.S. price. I let the cashier know that she wasn't giving me the right discount on the ornament. We live in the U.S. not in Canada. She replied there's nothing I can do about It. REALLY??? Well today I asked my husband if he tried the Lee's pants I bought him at Kohl's he said, "Yes I like them, that's a nice bargain you got". I looked at the the price tag and notice that they were $39.99. I still have the receipt and noticed she charged me $60.00 but I had a 30% discount so I paid $44.99. She should have charged me $27.99+tax. Hope they are able to correct this. read more

I definitely do not shop here often. I feel the prices are a bit high, even with the "sales" they have. I mainly come here to do amazon returns which is quite convenient. Obviously, they set up the Amazon return collections to be in the back of the store to get you to look at their merchandise while you stroll. With Amazon returns, you do receive a percent off purchase coupon, again used to entice some purchases. Smart plan! I do utilize those coupons when needed. They only work on Kohl's purchases and excluded some high end brands as well as Sephora. On a positive note, I've always had a good experience when visiting. Employees are kind and helpful. The store is very clean and open. Plenty of items for everyone in the household including pets. It's overall a great department store and you can get what you need without having to deal with the overcrowded mall and parking is always plentiful. The Sephora here is usually very calm which makes for a more relaxing shopping experience. They also have great hours of operation. read more

THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING IN STOCK & the workers are always watching like if i'm gonna steal something. makes me feel very uncomfortable...

I came to this store for Christmas and I brought my little brother and baby sister with me,. since they are kids and don't listen, one of them opened a candy, which I was going to buy because I still had the wrapping paper to scan but within 10 minutes a group of people 2 guys far away and one big girl came up to us. At first, she was being nice and I was kind of confused as to what was going on and then she said that one of my siblings was apparently stealing stuff, but I told her it was just a candy which I was trying to pay for it. I'm not going to go to jail over a 50 Cent candy. I talked to them nicely and explained that she was barely 5 yrs old and told them I was planning to pay the candy and I was planning to continue shopping when they told me that I was "banned from all stores" apparently and they basically made us feel like we were some criminals over a five-year-old that opened a candy when I wasn't looking. So I don't even understand why the girl was trying to make it seem like she was being helpful or kind, but that's why the store is empty and I wouldn't be surprised if it goes out of business like Rite Aid which honestly I think it's deserved with the extreme expensive prices they have and the horrible customer service and the way that they gang up on you is insane read more

Kohl's is convenient if you don't want to hassle with the mall, but I find I use it more for Amazon return drop-offs more than actual shopping. Their ladies plus-size clothing, in my humble opinion, isn't very fashionable, and I rarely find anything I like. However! They did just finish the new Sephora inside to take over the previous makeup and fragrance department, and boy is it gorgeous! I can see this bringing in a lot of business for them. read more

The store is like an upscale of Ross For Less but much more organized, because every brands they sell at Ross were always mixed, here they separate each brands into sections for men, women, kids. They seem to merge with Sephora as the logo outside now changed into Kohl's + Sephora. The Sephora section is still under construction and renovation so expect no access to beauty products, perfumes or fragrances until the end of this month according to one of the employee. Again as I mentioned everything at Ross, they would have all here if not more, just not very fond of the price tags for them, as Ross sell them cheaper, so I won't be buying anything even though they said 20% additional savings and they also had a clearance racks, still expensive for some of the basic brands, so I might come back and check out Sephora, but for now not so much. read more

Why do you have something on display that you do not sell in your store? You should change the bedding on the display model to something you actually have available. Especially if it is your store policy not to sell the model. In addition, no one offered to see if it was available at another location. I realize this is a difficult time. And I understand being out of things...but removing the display or offering to check other locations shouldn't be a big ask. read more

I've been to this Kohls location many times but all for online pick up or returning an item. And every time I've experienced a good and prompt customer service. The customer care section is located right next to the entrance unlike the one in Otay where it is on the second floor. Most of the products I've bought are of good quality (doesn't fall apart after a washing). Lasts longer. Candles are also part of the promo coupon, instead of paying 20$ for candles with my discount I paid only 11$ and better. I know you can get cheap candles from a dollar store but these scented candles are cool Crisp classic white shirt? Sonoma brand! After 3 washings still good (with the right detergent). I just talked to the manger of COLLEGE GROVE KOHL'S on the phone. I told Stephen, just now, and said what a horrible employee you have at the East door near the group of handicap parking spaces. The young woman told me I could not go out the door I came in through. I walked through the store again with a bad left hip hurting. A woman shopper noticed I was having difficulty walking She said to hold on her arm - (I have a bad left hip); after I returned a package to the Amazon counter;The woman was an angel - no employees cared that I struggling to walk through the store and go through the door (the only door open). I walking to get to my car in a handicap space close to the only door open. When I spoke on the phone with the manger, I asked if the store has cameras. He replied "Yes". I said, "Look for the senior woman with short gray hair and a long green dress about two hours ago". - I was being helped by an angel. Otherwise, I would have fell on the hard tile floor.
