I'm so happy to finally be writing this review! A few months ago, I received such amazing service that I actually wrote the employees' names down on a Post-it note so I wouldn't forget them. I'm terrible with names, and then of course I lost the note! Thankfully, I finally found it because these ladies absolutely deserve the recognition. A huge shoutout to Irene, Ashley, and Yvette. They provide some of the best customer service I've experienced in retail. They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely know how to make your shopping experience enjoyable. Let's be honest--Fabletics isn't the cheapest brand out there, but it's hands down my favorite when it comes to quality, comfort, and fit. I've been wearing Fabletics since the brand first launched years ago, and I love that I can still walk into a store, try things on, and get personalized help from such an incredible team. Shopping online can sometimes feel overwhelming when you're trying to put outfits together, but Irene, Ashley, and Yvette make the process so easy. They always have great recommendations and truly go above and beyond to help you find pieces you'll love. This is by far my favorite Fabletics location because every time I visit, the staff is consistently welcoming and helpful. I just wanted to make sure these ladies know how much I appreciate the wonderful experience they create every time I walk through the door. I love shopping in this store. It's easy to get to from the parking lot and it seems like Yvette is always working when I'm there, haha. She's so positive and friendly, it makes my shopping experience so much more enjoyable. The dressing rooms are large and comfortable, it's really easy to try things on. They have a great selection, but if they don't it's so easy to order online. The VIP subscription is totally worth it considering the deals on the clothes and you can skip the monthly charge anytime. Something weird happened with my online order, and Yvette, Ashley, and Jameli (I hope that's how it's spelled!) got it figured out. Cool assortment of colors and styles and the quality and price is better than bland Vuori. I thought Fabletics was all about online and by subscription. Didn't even know they had stores and thanks to an event organized at the mall, collab between Fabletics and MixxedFit I got to know the store and loved it. Lots of discounts, especially for members. My friend is a member and got great deals (memorial Day weekend). Very pleased with the visit and thanks for the effort of putting together fitness events like this! read more

So I've seen the ads for Fabletics and maybe years ago tried it. I have a few leggings that still are very nice to use. I have always passed by this storefront and never went in. Previously I had bought a larger size which was going to buy from online. On this day, I was very excited when I went in to look at the scrub line I know the big thing today is to buy FIGS. Ever since FIGS came out I always wanted to buy some. The other day I was online and actually was about to buy some but didn't have the heart to spend $90 for a set of scrubs. Anyhow, I went in and am so happy that I did. I got to try the scrubs and know what my real size is now. It really was nice to actually try & see the different pieces in person. Ha when in doubt, try it out. It is a shame I didn't catch all the beautiful young ladies' names. Every Team member there was all so helpful & positive. read more

Underwhelming. The store is small. If you don't do the research of their "subscription" sign up you're gonna get ripped off. As others stated the store associates tell you about signing up to get their discounted price. They don't tell you the sign up is for their subscription and the fifty or so dollars a month you're gonna have to pay for. That's shady. Some of their joggers and pants are actually nice but not worth it to get trapped in a subscription service. I will stick to Under Armour for my joggers. read more

Signup to become a member for special savings! The leggings have great compression. They have a fitting room so that you can try on outfits and find out what sizes fits best for specific body types. Staff are very helpful. read more

On two different occasions I have shopped at the Fashion Valley store and both times within a month I was charged the subscription fee that I NEVER signed up for. Both times I've had to call my bank and have the charges reversed. I now have this store blocked from my bank account! Corporate was zero help! I will never be shopping here again. I'm a fitness instructor and I live in leggings, and Fabletics ads pop up on my social media all the time. Three stars for the leggings, they fit well and have held up through a HIIT workout without having to pull them up after high impact jumping moves. They have cute styles and they refresh the collection often. But my biggest gripe with Fabletics is that they tried to bait & switch me. We visited the store in Fashion Valley - I was excited to be able to see the goods in person after seeing advertisements for so long. Lots of options and inclusive sizing up to a 3x or 4x, which is great for an athletic brand. The sign outside said 60% off the entire store, so my friend and I went in. He ended up buying some things and ten minutes later I went to check out. The girl at the counter really tried to push the membership on me and then said that my discount would be 50% because the 60% was for members only. I wasn't interested in signing up so I shrugged and said ok, and made my purchase. To my dismay, when I compared receipts with my friend, he had the 60% discount and they didn't even ask him for his name or try and sell him the membership. I reached out to Fabletics via Instagram and they refunded me the extra 10% discount without zero argument or explanation on why this even happened in the first place. While their swift response is great, it shouldn't have even had to happen. When I did more research on Fabletics, I found that they have a pretty shady history of offering discounts and not actually giving them or offering a military discount only to men and excluding women service members. Their subscription is notoriously hard to cancel according to some. So I think that's the last time I'll be buying from them. Back to lululemon, Athleta, ALO, Bandier, Carbon38, Lorna Jane, and Sweaty Betty I go. read more

Never will shop here again. My wife came here because she heard clothing is great. A worker named Mila argued saying no men stuff on sale when I asked her to grab a hoodie for me. It was the red Holly Berry the -go- to hoodie. When we check online it says 80% offer for men's clothing specifically the hoodie I grab. She yelled, got hostile. Then started saying our workers aren't going to tell workers that there is an online discount on clothing. I felt very attacked and that worker defiantly needs to be retrained on customer service and hospitality. She is a terrible person. read more

Came here during the holidays looking for a gift and was very pleased with the customer service. They had a deal going that when you joined their exclusive membership you'd get 50-70% off plus 2 shorts or leggings for 24, which I thought was awesome. The store employees said it was completely free and that all they needed was my email and a profile. They NEVER mentioned that I would be billed 60 DOLLARS afterwards. They made it seem like it was just an email subscription but no, was totally blind sided by this, as it was never once mentioned and I asked if it was free and they said yes. LOOK INTO the sales and do not sign up for the membership regardless of sale unless you're ready to get that payment taken out the following few weeks. read more

I was so desperate to find a new bathing suit before my upcoming trip and literally every store has already discontinued their swimwear, but I stopped into Fabletics, knowing they don't carry swimwear in store, but their athletic wear is very similar and fits wonderfully. Ariel and Deanna were the associates who greeted me and helped me find everything I needed. They explained the partnership with Yitty and Fabletics which I was pleased to learn about, and they also informed me of the 40% off sale so I was able to get 2 $60 items, for $80 out the door! Overall a great experience. Great quality clothing for a good price, a nice clean store, and wonderful staff who somehow made the experience even better. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Gonna go ahead and start by saying I hate reviewing things. Hate it. But today this wonderful person, Kaiya(not sure how to spell it) stepped in the middle of a seriously awkward and uncomfortable return situation and not only made it so much better, she even convinced me to shop around to take advantage of the discounts I would've lost if If I hadn't exchanged my items. I have really bad shopping anxiety and going into clothing stores is like walking on nails for me but she really went above and beyond. I'll definitely be back because there's someone there that actually cares and deserves a shout out. read more

This review isn't so much for the store but their online commerce and support.... Never have I had such a hard time buying anything! My online order was automatically cancelled, so I called in and spoke to an agent. The agent assured me the issue would be resolved in 2 days. Ok no worries, I get it shit happens. A week later I don't hear or receive anything so I go through their chat so I can document the conversation. When I connect with an agent I'm told no actions been taken and to reach back out on some ambiguous date. Shouldn't you be reaching out to me?? I'm told they don't have email functions...Who doesn't have the ability to email? Terrible buying experience!! read more

The Fabletics store at Fashion valley is full of very helpful store reps!! I was in there this past weekend to try on some clothes and I just want to say that Sam was very helpful in that fitting area. Great personality and was able to help me find some sizes I needed while I was back there so I didn't have to go back and forth. Only downside is that many dog that popular men's sizes were all out of stock in store and even a few I was looking at were out of stock online. I've been a member for over a year and when you can use your credits for a whole outfit it's absolutely worth your while to be a member there. Definitely a different option compared to some of the other athletic clothing companies out there. read more

Worst customer service. My first and last time at this store. I am ready to pay and there are 3 of their workers (one of the 3 is the manager of the store). One of them is helping a customer on the phone and the other 2 instead of stepping up and help; they are just standing there looking clueless. Later to top it off they skip me when is time to pay. They helped someone else that came after me. Obviously they did not care for my business. I decided not to spend my hard working money there. I will be more than happy going somewhere else to spend it! read more

I bought a $100 gift certificate for my DIL for her birthday. Since Fabletics does not issue gift certificates, only an email with a redemption code, I had to share my email with my DIL. She tried to use the credit and it was denied. She complained that she had a legitimate redemption number and was told she could not use it on her current order only use it on future orders. What kind of policy is this? I would discourage anyone who is thinking of giving a gift certificate to Fabletics, to get it elsewhere. What a disappointment! read more

What a terrible experience. My boyfriend and I came in to exchange a few items that I had received as gifts for Christmas and the employees were extremely rude and made me feel bad about exchanging them. The clothes were also very underwhelming so it took me a while to pick something out. We went to the register to get rung up and then I decided to run back and get something else. The girl controlling the line outside and the girl who was ringing me up (Shelby) were looking at each other then looking over at me, rolling and shaking their heads because I guess I was taking longer than they wanted. They were doing this all in front of my boyfriend. When I came back to the register I saw such a disappointed look on my boyfriends face and when we left he told me what they were doing. I ignored their passive aggressive behavior the whole time so it made me disappointed to learn to the extent of how bad it was. They were giving me severe anxiety because of how aggressive they were so I kept apologizing for taking some time to shop while they had a line outside. I will never shop with them again. And I was planning to sign up for the membership but will no longer be doing that. I don't shop with companies that accept women bullying other women. read more
