My daughter has struggled with sensory issues her entire life that make certain situations challenging. After finding the perfect dress she was so excited to try it on and show her friends. We struggled in the dressing room because I couldn't figure out how to help her get it on and she ended up stuck at one point. Long story short when we finally got the dress on I couldn't figure out how to lace the back and reached out to the associate for guidance. She flat out refused to help stating "No I don't want to go in there". My daughter was brought to tears and of course the 3 girls refused to buy the dresses they all wanted out of principal. It pains me that in 2026 this is how people treat others with disabilities.

A strong scent of snootiness in the air. I went in dress in my hippie clothes, after shopping the farmers market and the service I got was poor, especially for a local store. Is this Macy's??? OR a speciality store????? I have received better service at much lower end stores. You can find the same brand they have there on line, but cheaper. Shop the specific brand you like from there and get a coupon on line. That's what we did, after working with a salesperson that was way too into judging the way I was dressed, we wrote down the brand, googled it, went on line and got a 20% coupon off for first time buyers. Also, the clothing is VERY OLD LADY. I will never return due to the service and bad energy in the space and tell others the same.

Typically she sends out a coupon once a year for your birthday which entitles you to one item at 20% off, since I didn't receive it last month, I asked if she discontinued her tradition. She said she still does it, and that I should have gotten one. I didn't. Her employee said "See, another person, like I wasn't the first, and added that she too hadn't received one. Not a big deal, but she turned it into one. I asked if she would be willing to still honor it, since mine never came. She said yes. I proceeded to check out with a pricey shirt. $150.00, so 20% would have knocked off $30. I also was using a $100 gift certificate a friend had purchased from her for a bd gift for me. Because I was using the certificate, she said I couldn't use the coupon, because she wasn't selling her last Italian shirt for $20, and I could use it next time. Huh ? She wasn't selling it for $20. My girlfriend had paid her $100 and I was giving her $20, so she was getting $120.00 for it, but she carried on, and I really got to see who I have been supporting for so many years. Beyond that, she was telling fabricated stories, and really made herself look bad. I will not recommend her shop to anyone, nor will I go there again. This is not how you treat repeat customers, or any customers for that matter.

They made the shopping experience fun and because of their assistance we bought four dresses instead of one! I highly recommend this store because of Angellica and Shakiry!! If I ever need to find formal wear I will start my search in this store first. Their customer service rivaled high end bridal shops.
