I like this Kohl's. It's well staffed and easy to navigate through the store. There's a Sephora inside and an Amazon return area which makes it pretty convenient to do all your shopping at one place. With self pick up it's easy when your order gets delivered to the store. I usually don't have an issue finding what I'm looking for and it seems they update their merchandise frequently. It seems within a day or two I'll come back to pick up an order and there's already new displays. I have found some great deals on the clearance rack. My latest find was a lace white dress for $7. The app is worth downloading. It keeps all your information in one place: Kohl's cash, coupons, Kohl's card if you have one. Plus you can check the merchandise on the app and it'll tell you what stores have what you're looking for in stock. You can also have it shipped to the store for free. read more

Found some great gifts for the family over the Christmas holiday. The lines can get long but they usually move pretty quickly. The lines for returns are bad today. This Kohl's is decently organized but items seem to be out of stock in the store fairly frequently and the staff is quite uninformed on common Kohl's knowledge. We've shopped here a few times for various clothing items and smaller sizes for shirts and pants are frequently out of stock for some reason. Our most recent encounter were jeans for myself. Most of the pairs of khaki jeans were large to incredibly large sizes. There weren't any slim or average sizes. In our same trip, we were purchasing myself a new pair of dress shoes. I found a pair I liked for $50 and waited in line to purchase them. When the cashier rung them up, they were priced at over $100. I stated that that was not correct and the electronic tag on the shoes in the aisle stated that they were $50. As she was still denying it, my fiance went back to the aisle and took a picture of the tag with the shoe visible and showed it to her. A manager was called over and she stated that the tag was incorrect but would honor it anyways. All in all, that wasn't really my issue, I was trusting that the price I read was correct and made my decision based off of that. I'd rather not have to guess at what the price is going to be when I go up to the counter. read more

I will give 2 reviews. 5 star for the sales associate on the floor that tried to help me find the pants that I needed to exchange for size. An one or zero for customer service. Not only did I wait in line to hear an employee discuss her troubling schedule in the Amazon department since she can't lift more than 10 pounds, I got to watch another customer service employee take her time before calling the next customer. Since you can't try on clothes at the store, I mistakenly bought petite short and I need a regular short. I needed to make an exchange for size. Same price, same brand,same color, just not petite. I couldn't do it because it's not exactly the same. With Kohl's cash and birthday rewards, I would lose all that if returned. I think since you can't try on clothes, some consideration should be made for size exchange. I also think they should open a fitting room like other stores. I bought the next size up and still too short. I guess I will return and leave my Kohl's cash and birthday rewards behind. read more

This is one of the messiest Kohl's I have been to. It was completely overwhelming when I tried to shop and look for items. Not only was it extremely messy, there didn't seem to be very many employees on the floor to help out. Every department I went into seemed messier or just as messy as the next. There were no employees there to organize or make the sections look better. I could hardly find anything I was looking for! This was so disappointing! The only good part about my trip here was my cashier. She was friendly and very talkative. She almost made me forget about my overwhelming trip to this store. The store overall is clean and well stocked but the customer service was not there. Was not greeted upon entering the store, no one to come by and assist if you needed help with anything. They need to hire new people, the ones who actually put their customers first and engage well with. The two ladies that were at the registers today (08/13/22 @11:12am), a Latina (younger in 30's) and black female (she's older mature looking) both work having an ugly attitude. If you don't like your job, quit ‍ if you cannot go into work having the best attitude and customer service, why are you working retail? I was looking for men's socks and found a pair or two that I liked for my brother. There was a sign that said buy one get 1/2 off. They were prominently displayed all over that area but when I went to check out they were not buy one get 1/2 off. When I inquired about it they removed the sign and said this is not for sale. What they should have done was give me the sale price instead of just removing the sign and saying sorry. I won't shop at this sorry Kohl's again. No customer service here. read more

They never seem to have enough staff working; need to wait in line for a very long time

Today was the first time in as long as I can remember that I've set down my items and walked out of a store. The store was busy, one line was open, and in 15 minutes the one cashier couldn't move one customer through. The customer she was working with had an issue and instead of calling a manager or asking any of the 7-10 other employees around her a line of 25-30 people eventually gathered. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but some version of this happens every time I go to this store- tonight it was comically bad though. I went to the return section to return a pair of clearance pants and the woman working there didn't greet me, didn't talk to me at all, and didn't look at me once. Your typical Kohl's. Easy to find stuff, employees were helpful. The lines weren't too long so that was good too. Kohl's always does amazing deals ... I went there today because I had a $5 "Yes2You" certificate that they emailed me. I also had a 15% off coupon, also emailed (so signup for their email list!). I bought a $15 random kitchen gadget (some sort of garlic chopper that looked interesting), it was on sale for $11 or so, then after the $5 and the other 15% off my total was about $5.50. As is tradition someone in my party always forgets and item when we take a trip, usually it is as simple as finding a Walgreens, sadly however in this case we needed socks. I spotted this Kohl's the previous day on the highway and took a early morning trip. The store isn't always a pigsty, like many departments stores during the weekends and holiday season. I can always find something I don't necessarily need but now want when I stop in. Today I discovered something amazing, a truly impressive and wonderful creation called Kohl's. And just around the holiday season too. Is this the universe's way of saying "Thank you for all the great Yelp reviews, here's a place with crazy discounts on awesome stuff"? I'd like to think so. The first thing I noticed at K was the electronic price tags. They are about the size of 5 inch GPS' that display the price and discount of an item. How cool is that?? And it saves paper too. Everything in the store was 50-65% off. I was going to Micheal's to buy some picture frames, but I decided to wait and stop here first. Their frame selection is unparalleled! about 3x the amount of frames as Micheal's, at 50% of the regular price. I was in heaven. They had other cool stuff too, but I'm the kind of guy that knows what he wants and only gets that, so I didnt bother looking around too much. The place was packed (I guess people knew about this gem before I did). I'd definitely come back here to see what else I can scrounge up. After we checked out, me and my girlfriend ended up saving a total of $350+!!! No. Way. PLUS for every $50 you spend this time of year, you get $10 Kohl's cash to use in the store. Big clean store has a very large selection of everything I found everything that I was looking for plus some stuff I wasnt looking for lol. My trip to this store was almost perfect but then I had to wait in line for almost 30 mintues, if I did not need the supplies for my daughter for school I would have put everything back and said forget it but I couldn't because my little girl needed all of her supplies so I was stuck in line wasting away my life, thanks Kohl's. read more

On a recent trip when I approached a floor associate and asked her if she could help me find something, she mumbled something unintelligible and walked away. It's a typical Kohl's store, if you have ever been in one. I like it for the many clearance racks that are available and the typical 15% to 30% off additional discounts you can often get. Selections are typically pretty good for the non clearance items and hit and miss for clearances. read more

Horrible customer service skills. I had to wait 15 min to speak to a manager. The manager was called 3 times until she finally decided to come to the register. Angela the so called manager came out with an attitude. I couldn't even believe that she was a manager. She looked very unprofessional. Of course she wasn't any help and pushed me off to call customer service. She clearly saw I was upset but didn't care. I headed towards the door and left the stuff I was gonna purchase behind. She said wait and asked me if I was still purchasing my stuff. She saw it was a big purchase and I said no! She gave me a dirty look and sarcastically told me to have a good day. read more

In my experience Kohl's sells clothing that is just about disposable. Especially their shirts. Material so thin there's will be holes in it with one wearing. At times the quality is so bad you don't even have to wear the clothes for there to be holes, tears and split seams. They way OVER price their clothing and then always have "sales". They're getting more and more ridiculous with Kohl's cash and Rewards and returns and your actual cash back. Ever since my daughter got a Kohls card I no longer receive their coupons in the mail. When I mentioned this to an associate she said that I can get the coupons online. Well they are not the same coupons or for the values and some are only good online. This is the thanks one gets for being a loyal customer for quite awhile?! This particular store is usually pretty messy and in disarray. The thing that made me write a review this time was the unpleasant treatment from the customer service desk I had experienced and the fact the their quality and the items they carry have gotten even worse. It has made it so I am not sure I will ever return. You can throw all the Kohl's cash and rewards and "lower prices" all you want I'm tired of buying stuff only to have to return it or have wasted my money. Wow, Karen at the service desk had quite an attitude. We buy the Kohl's Care books as birthday cards and I bought too many. First she told me I couldn't return them because they were Kohl's Cares and I told her no where on my receipt it stated that, which obviously wasn't true since I was able to return them. The entire transaction she was trying to make me feel bad for returning them, trying to guilt me into keeping them. Then for some reason my receipt wouldn't scan correctly (apparently a small part of the bar code rubbed off even though I just got these 3 days ago), so she decided she was going to run it through as being returned without a receipt even though she was holding my actual receipt in her hand and would give me a merchandise credit. That's when I asked for a manager because I refused to accept a merchandise credit since I had the ACTUAL RECEIPT! This was far from a hassle-free return. I'm so happy this isn't my regular Kohl's near my house because I probably wouldn't be shopping there anymore. Too bad this one employee ruined my entire store experience. read more
