This store is nicely organized with many departments such as Women's, Men's, Children's and Accessories. There are easy to read signs along with great lighting and dressing rooms to try on clothes. I found my t-shirts on sale instead of a regular price of $14.99 for an affordable price of $7.50. (photos attached) 1 shirt "Happy Hour" and 1 shirt with a Peace Sign. ( Love that symbol) I walked over to the Men's department and found a clearance shirt on sale for $5.99 with a great photo on the front being All of guys from the "Avengers". My last stop before check out was to the children's clearance section. I was happy to find a boys size 4 toddler shirt with the Detroit Red Wings logo on it for my great nephew to wear for hockey season. The sale price was $ 5.99 My final purchase was a oneies size 12 months, for my other great nephew on clearance for $6.00. My total savings on 6 items according to the bottom on my receipt list was a savings of $19.00. I noticed while in line waiting to check out, areas of last minute inexpensive gifts, And E.l.F makeup, or phone accessories. Overall: I had a successful shopping "Summer Clearance" experience, by looking through many styles and deals of merchandise. If you are on a budget stop in here to check out some good quality merchandise and clothing. NOTE: On the bottom of your receipt is an area to complete a survey within 5 days from the date of your purchase to receive 10% off on your next in store or online purchase at Old Navy. That sounds like a way to keep one back in the store to spend more cash! :)

I went up to the self checkout and they rang up $6.99. I said to the lady excuse me these are ringing up wrong. They're supposed to be on sale for $5.79. She told me I can go back and take a picture of the sign and bring it back up. I told her I just recently had back surgery and that really wasn't that convenient. I said can't you have somebody run back there or just change the price like you normally would do if somebody tells you there's something wrong with the price. She said we don't do that. I told her I would just pay for it forget it. And then when I was walking out, I was irritated, so I went back to the department and actually took the Cell sign that was on the item and took it to the customer service desk. They try to just give me the refund. I told them they needed to give me the scan rule because the lady decided she didn't want to change it. So I got back five dollars. She was sitting in a chair, heavyset blonde hair, African-American. I can barely walk after surgery, but I'm the one that had to be inconvenience as the customer. I did call their corporate number and left a message because I did try calling the store for over a half hour and and no one never picked up!! I usually go to the store in Southfield then Southfield Road. I will not return to that location!

One staff member was very kind and tried to help by finding boxes, but another employee (possibly the manager) came out, took them out of my hands, and firmly said no. She repeated that I had to select "gift wrap" during online checkout, but from a customer's perspective, after waiting in a long line, receiving 10 gift items stuffed into a small shopping bag was extremely disappointing. I understand store policies, but I expected at least a simple wrapping option or even an extra shopping bag. The way I was spoken to and dismissed made me feel very uncomfortable, and I couldn't help feeling that I was being treated differently--possibly because I'm Asian. I definitely won't be returning after this experience, and I regret not asking for the employee's name (short-haired lady with not-so-fluent English).

At the fancy outdoor mall in Rochester Hills in the north burbs of Detroit, this is a really friendly Buckle store with some great goods, and if it wasn't so expensive I would give it an even higher rating. I enjoy browsing here because cute people come in here and because everyone is really friendly which isn't always the case in the Detroit area.

I've been in retail so I know all about customers leaving carts, not picking up something they dropped, walking over merchandise or setting things down wherever. It's frustrating and I give credit to anyone working here because it's not as easy as it appears. The cashier at checkout was super friendly and that makes a huge difference because it's your last interaction as you leave the store. But anyways, since they have a little bit of everything and a lot of clothes, chances are you'll find something you want or need or didn't think you needed until you saw it. Also seen other patrons walking around with a cart full of merchandise and discarding what they do not want any old place . I am sure the employees work very hard to clean and keep the store as tidy as possible and the store should not be judged by who works there but how rude some customers are.
