Great experience would go 6 stars if I could. Quick service and this employee I believe his name was Daniel or something like that really surprised my expectations. He looks like a chud and I bet he's probably plays valorant all day on his pc at home but he did an impeccable job. Kohl's seems to be on a downhill slide. Kohl's used to be one of our favorite "go to" shopping destinations. Based on several recent visits, however, this is no longer a "go to" destination. Selection is not as good as in the past. A large portion of the store is now devoted to Sephora. Housewares is a shadow of what it used to be. Store is more cluttered and less well organized. Sorry Kohl's but you're no longer my go to store for much of anything. read more

Parking was good and service was friendly. The inside of the store was clean, bright, and well organized. It had a nice visual appeal and was not rundown. I came here for an Amazon return drop off. I really like that they offer this service at some of their locations. After my return was completed, I swung through the men's section and eneded up grabbing a shirt. I think I spent more at the store than my Amazon return, but hey, that's part of the fun of doing the drop off at a Kohl's. You got to look around and you are sure to find something. read more

Disgusting, unprofessional behavior from that manager Sharon! She is the one that wears her hair sometimes in a bun, and has black hair and has fair complexion. What should have been an effort to rectify a situation the online department caused resulted in her trying to make me feel bad about asking the store to compensate me, and her consequently running her mouth about me to another associate when I was nothing but nice to her. I was very upset about the fact my order was late, but l even told her that I know it wasn't her fault, but the situation is not right and needs to be corrected. She's obviously way too sensitive for the position. I've been a manager for both the city and state while living in Colorado, and I've dealt with way worse situations where I recovered millions of dollars for contractors not being paid on time. Even in that type of situation, I have never acted the way she has acted. As a manager of a way less stressful position, she should be able to handle a simple situation like jewelry being late for months and genuinely be apologetic and concerned about making it right. It is unacceptable for me to get my merchandise months later, and her acting indifferent claiming since she is not the online department, there's not a lot the store can do to help. She ended up giving me some cash and credits, but she did a very begrudgingly, and acted like it was such a big deal and that I made it a big deal. I wasn't trying to get the store penalized, however, Kohl's is still Kohl's and needs to make the situation right, and the customer should never be shamed into wanting rectification for a situation. I was going let it go, but I was shopping at a different department, and I saw her for a distance, but I heard her running her mouth. I ended up leaving the store so that I can calm myself down and not handle it the way I really wanted to. A situation that could've just simply been resolved, she had to take it to another level. I even thanked her even though she was rude. If she can't do her job, professionally, and be immature and run her mouth, I'll be sending a letter to corporate. I went in very recently to use the rest of my credit, but l also got her name because I don't want to give a bad review for the wrong person. They need to go ahead and fire her, and do an overhaul of that store, really an investigation because that store is notorious for being disrespectful and doing this type of thing. I would stay away from the store! I've been to other Kohl's locations in the past, and l've never encountered this type of thing. I'm sure Kohl's is a good company overall but they need to get rid of managers that do not provide good customer service! read more

My wife and I were shopping at the Westerville Kohl's and we had over $300.00 in merchandise. I saw the Hanes tee shirts were on sale (buy one pkg get one 50% off). I took a picture of the sign (advertisement). When we went to check out, the items showed full price (no sale). I showed the cashier my picture and she called the manager-Jennifer. I had to go with the manager back to the men's department and show her were the display was with all the Hanes tee shirts and underwear that were on sale. The manger Jennifer stated that only the Hanes underwear on the right side of the display were on sale for buy one get one for 50% off. She said all the other items-Hanes on that display were not on sale. The sign I took a picture of clearly stated - Hanes Men's underwear & Tees - Buy one get one 50% off. Jennifer said NO that is wrong, only the underwear & Tees on the right side of the display nothing else on the display. That is ridiculous. False advertisement. I was so mad, terrible customer service. I walked up to the front of the store and told my wife to leave everything at the register because we are not buying a single item there. Man, I hate giving bad reviews. However, it's not my fault. I've never been to a cold that was actually clean Even though our guy here. As soon as they open to return Amazon, the place still wasn't in order it's crazy but it is what it is. However, the staff is polite. Willing to help you, but it's usually the dirtiest most unorganized clothing chain store I've ever been in in my life. Sorry but it's not my fault. I have shopped Kohl's a number of times over the years and I must say this store is always clean and with friendly and helpful staff...when you can find someone to assist you. Each time I go into a dressing room to try on clothes, they are filthy. There was rolling tumbleweed in there that could have knocked you over. Massive dust bunnies. Also, there were racks and racks of clothes to be placed back on the racks after we try things on. Looks like they had not been touched in weeks. There seems to always be a line at checkout but they do seem to get you through pretty quickly. Lots of parking. read more

No idea it was here- I'd forgotten, or just not registered it when I was at Staples and Marc's other times. Mom wanted to look for something, and I figured I'd shop a bit too. We didn't find either thing we wanted (at a reasonable price, anyway.) They do have a big selection, though. Clothes, shoes, etc. But the prices always seem high at Kohl's except during sales, so I rarely come. Maybe brave the crowds once during the holidays. Today, no crowds, but no sales. Still, I'll keep it in mind. Easier to get to and shop in than the other locations. read more

I'm not really sure why anyone rated this location so bad to only have them have three stars but this is the location that I go to because it's closest to my house and I've never had any problems here. Sometimes the store is a mess and the racks are way over stuffed with clothing but that's it. I'm sure it's hard keeping up with retail stores and it's best to mass clean up once they're closed anyways. Employees have always been helpful and knowledgeable about any questions you may have. If they don't know the answers then they will make sure they find someone who can. I'm always in and out pretty quickly. Pick ups from online places orders and returns are quick and painless. Really love doing the pick up in store option so I don't have to shop the store and can make better decisions with prices and coupons aren't forgotten at check out. I'm notorious for that. read more

Kohls is great, it's a nice hybrid of traditional mall outlets like J.C. Penney and Target. It has some really cool electronic gadgets and unique items made for and by Kohls so in that regards it's not a typical "boring" womens type store full of only clothing. Kohls really has their best deals during the holidays when they do coupons for $10 off your next purchase if you come back within 10 days but during the rest of the year their prices still aren't too bad. They will not beat Walmart, I recently got socks at Walmart for about 40% cheaper than Kohls, but they will typically beat most other stores. While I prefer the Kohls on 23 a bit more than this one, it seems this is in a pretty dead strip mall, this Kohls offers the same clean interior and great service typical of all Kohls. read more

Not my favorite location. Just seems a little more disorganized than some of the other locations. A bit grungy and dusty looking. Employees are hard to find if you need help. I had questions in the shoe department but could find anyone to help me. Check out is pretty efficient tho- if you manage to find what you need. read more

The cashiers I've met at the Westerville location are well trained and efficient. I often use the Order Online/Pick Up in Store check out line. It's been a great time saver because the staff really knows what they're doing (especially Kate, hope that's correct, who was working there on 8/18/2019). Like most department stores, including the upscale ones, the store doesn't provide staff throughout the departments to answer questions. read more

I used to go to the Northland store before it closed. This is a good bit smaller but it's still close enough to me to be useful. I mainly buy jeans, shirts, and underwear here. I don't do much other shopping. read more

I regularly get my family's underclothing because most of the time it's get one get one half off. I also like to shop their clearance sections. It's always nice and clean and neat. I don't have any problems navigating this store nor have I had any problems here returning items etc. read more

This is, hands down, the dirtiest kohls I have ever been to. I did an online to store pickup order and the coffee mugs pulled from the shelf had an inch thick layer of dirt and dust inside. The blazer pulled was wrinkled and had a stain on it. I was being rung up by the Manager of the store, mind you. He didn't see the problem. I was actually disgusted. A quick stroll around the store itself and it didn't get any better. Definitely worth the extra few miles to go up to the one in Lewis Center or any other one. This Kohl's used to be a nice clean store. The last year or so I feel it has changed.....merchandise throughout is dusty, clothes are in disarray, the dressing rooms are always filled with clothes strewn all over and the floors in the dressing rooms could use a good sweep. The checkout lines have gotten worse and I always seem to get the same short blond with a frown on her face that acts likes she hates to be there. I hope management can do something about the cleanliness. The New Albany store is much nicer and the staff there is much friendlier. read more

Shopped at this location on a busy Saturday. Lots of clothing selections; in fact, too much merchandise crammed together on racks that are spaced too close together for two shoppers to pass each other. [Definitely not wheelchair or walker friendly.] Fitting room in misses had about 200 items waiting to be returned to the floor, attended by three of the slowest-moving associates I have ever seen. Had an easy experience ordering two sweaters at the kiosk. Best aspect was cashier, who helped me save even more by enrolling me in an email rebate program. Restroom was clean. No smell of popcorn!
