I ordered flowers for my wedding. We ordered everything, Boutonnières, Bouquets, centerpieces for the restaurant and a large arrangement for the church. I thought that the arrangements were complicated and I was hoping that all would go well. The flowers were delivered to all 3 locations on time. Disappointed. I have been a Koke customer from time to time. My wife is not a fan of roses so for Valentine's Day I usually go a different direction. More than a week before the pick up date, by telephone I ordered an arrangement of tropical flowers with at least one bird of paradise. When I went to pick up the arrangement, I found it to be a nice arrangement but not tropical and no bird of paradise. I was told that they could not get the bird of paradise. I was not happy but now it was the day before Valentine's Day and I was out of options. While I did receive a discount for the error, I did not get what I ordered. I do not understand why They did not call me to let me know in advance. Bad service and bad performance. read more

Would not recommend. We met them at a wedding expo, had a very pleasant experience. But when we went to meet with them, our appointment was a bit disorganized and they never got back to us with a quote. We followed up for our quote (they stated we would have it in 2-4 days but we never got it) and each time we called as each week passed, they did not know who we were or what we were talking about and they were increasingly snippy. We finally spoke to the owner who stated brusquely they would get the quote to us that day. We never got it. They never followed up. That was 2 months ago. My partner and I cannot help but feel it was likely because we are a gay couple. Or maybe not, maybe they are just that unprofessional. Whatever the case, we were very disappointed. read more

0 Stars for this flower shop. My son and daughter placed an order for a 120.00 bouquet to be delivered to me for Mother's Day! The order was placed online and it said Mother's Day delivery on their website. My daughter spent all day looking out the window for the delivery. Well, the flowers were NEVER delivered! She called the flower shop several times. The first few times, it said said the voice mailbox was full. Then when she called, she left several messages with no return phone call. She sent several emails, once again, with no response. Finally, after 2 weeks, she called the store and the phone was answered. The lady she spoke with said they were too busy on Mother's Day make deliveries. The lady said she could send the flowers at a discounted rate. Really??? If my daughter didn't call, they would have kept the money. Unreal, this is no way to do business. Needless to say, we will never be doing business with this flower shop again and we will be sure to tell our friends not to also!!! read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I placed a last minute flower request on early morning of February 14th. I stated that I needed the flowers delivered by the end of the day, at 5pm I called the store and they told me they would not be able to make this happen. I understand, it is valentines day. I asked them to cancel the order then as they were not providing a service as agreed upon. They agreed to credit me back my order. Fast forward a month and there is no credit and the charge is still on my card. I disputed the transaction through my credit card company, they owner of the store then called me and I stated she would need to speak directly with my credit card company at this point, I received a credit. Fast forward to today and they have RECHARGED me for these god damn flowers that never came. STAY AWAY - THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER FLORISTS IN THE AREA. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. As another Andover small business owner it pains me to give a bad review. We gave kokee two chances to earn a good review. For 2 years in a row my husband has ordered flowers for both birthday & Valentines day and they were never delivered!! He ordered well in advance & paid extra for early day delivery on both occasions. We received a call at 10pm both times saying they were too busy & would be delivered another day. Let me add I work on the same road as Kokee is located, they could walk them here in less than 2 minutes. And who wants Valentines or birthday flowers the day after the occasion is over? How could they think that's ok, it means nothing then.. I can't imagine if I ordered an arrangement for a funeral & they deliver it the day after funeral. A reputable business would 1st, not let this happen & 2nd if it did happen would offer a refund plus the compensation of the original arrangement to keep a customer. Being so close to the location we wish we could refer all our clients to you, but sadly we cannot in good faith do so. Such a shame read more

Ordered flowers for Phillips Academy student at noon on Friday. She was not notified of the deliver until 8 minutes before they closed the mailroom for the weekend and did not receive them for three and a half days. Complained to Kokee and was told it was not their problem, it was a mailroom issue. Waste of fifty bucks. No satisfaction or attempt to make the situation right. Terrible customer service. read more

Today, Kokee delivered flowers to my wife's office. She called me to say Thank You. I told her I didn't send them even though they were addressed to my wife's name and her office address. She thought I was kidding, but they were marked Happy Birthday, and today was NOT her B-day. I said, call them and tell them we didn't order these flowers. Well they sat on my wife's desk for half the day, when all of a sudden someone came in to take the flowers back. To me, I think based on their error, they should have said "We're sorry, and keep them. Sorry for the confusion". But NO, they actually came and took them. Really cheap of them. I called to order a birthday arrangement one week in advance. The person I talked to did not speak English very well and it was very difficult to place my order; I had to spell out most of the names, addresses, etc. The flowers were not delivered on the day I asked for. I emailed to ask about the delivery and received no explanation of why the flowers weren't delivered, but they did deliver them following my email. Would have been really ncie to receive an explanation or apology for their mistake. read more

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS FLORIST!! This is THE WORST florist I have ever been to!! Last year my daughter got her prom corsage here and it was gorgeous. We didn't realize that there's a new owner...& after she had ordered this year's prom from them, we were warned that this new owner does not have a clue about flowers and that we should cancel the order and go elsewhere. Boy, do I wish we had listened. When my daughter's boyfriend picked up the corsage with LIGHT PINK ROSES that they had ordered, 1. The corsage was hot pink, 2. There were no roses. and 3. It was just plain hideous!! I got on the phone & asked the owner if she could please make my daughter the corsage she ordered and she said they didn't have any light pink roses. I asked her why then did she say she could make the corsage that my daughter had ordered (note: SHE took the order!), and all she said was "I give them money back." That's just great, considering her prom is in a few hours!! Maybe if she learned English she wouldn't have had this problem. She also screwed up flowers at a friend's parents wake (they left them in the back of the funeral home & never brought them in). Very disappointing. I wanted to get a nice bouquet for an opening of an art exhibition of a friend. I went in and the lady at the desk didn't speak a word in English. She handed me the phone, connecting me to the store owner. I explained what I wanted and how much I was ready to spend. What I really wanted was to have someone show me what I could have for such an occasion, and what are my options for a range of prices. Obviously, this is not possible over the phone. The girl at the store started to make a bouquet and quickly I realized that it was way to big for my liking. I asked her if she could remove some greens and make it smaller, because it is too big. She didn't understand simple words like "too big", "I would like to have something smaller". She called the owner again. At that point I really wanted to leave, but I was short of options and I needed the bouquet, so I stayed. I have a lot of empathy to immigrants (I am one myself) but having a flower store run in uptown Andover by staff that cannot communicate in simple English doesn't do well for the business. I used Kokee florist on Main st Andover just yesterday for an emergency occasion and was overwhelmed by the quality of the bouquet but also by the customer service. The person helping me waited for me for 30 minutes as I was stuck in traffic. Would definitely use again. Kokee is now my go-to florist!!! read more
