Well I'm new to this boba thing I typically just get a sweetened white tea but today I got a slushee .. this location has macarons as well. You can order through the counter or kiosk . The kiosk is a little more descriptive of what to do .

Keena and I frequent Kokee Tea whenever we visit Arundel Mills Mall partly because it's delicious, mostly because Keena is obsessed with Bubble Tea. The reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is because I'm not as big a fan of it as she is so in most cases it's either hit or miss for me. There's usually a line and they sometimes seem understaffed so there's a wait, but it's never too long, however it does cause the establishment to suffer when it comes to customer service. Sometimes, I want to be able to go to the cashier or my barista, and ask for suggestions but I'm never afforded that opportunity here because the staff seems so overwhelmed at times. Keena got the Cold Brew with the Tapioca bubbles and it was delicious. Her drink was better than mine and that's saying something because I enjoyed mine very much. I had a green tea with a cream cheese topping with the Tapioca bubbles as well. Despite my complaints, Kokee is actually better than a lot of the bubble tea establishments I've been to, and we will always visit whenever we are in the mall.

    :(

Got the brown sugar milk tea But no boba??? Doesn't make sense to pay 7 dollar drink without the boba that is what the drink is known for. Service was horrible.

Pricey but decent! Note: drinks run very sweet! I had the Thai tea and tried one of a friend's brown sugar boba. It's no Tiger Sugar, but both were good. There's a warmer for the boba and the staff are always friendly. The regular cream foam cap doesn't taste like much but has a consistent texture. I wouldn't get it again though, because I like the saltiness of the cream cheese foam cap.

When ordering my drink, the guy up front seemed to not really care and just rushed me so he can get the next order. I get it that you're busy but that doesn't mean to give service like that. I ordered the brown sugar tea with boba and honestly, it tasted like milk. I was trying to search for that brown sugar taste but nothing came out of it. However, the honey boba had the right amount of sweetness

Very Good Amazing Tea! My only issue is that It's located in Arundel Mills Mall so not convenient but worth the trip. Very good Milky Tea with sweet Tapioca sitting at the bottom.. mmm.

Tai: 3/5 This is by far my favorite flavor so I never hesitate to order it anywhere. I tried said drink here and the flavors were unbalance thus a bit bitter. The boba had a nice temperature at the first few sips but quickly got hard. Mago Passionfruit: 4/5 My friend had this one and said they like the flavor, very fresh and fruity. You can taste both the mango and passionfruit which is nice. The bobas were the same thus this is a 4/5 and not a 5/5 Costumer Service: I went on a Saturday morning til afternoon to the mall so the number of costumers wasn't excessive. Either way they were really nice and quick! So am giving costumer service a 5/5 I wonder if they do a seasonal flavor? Would have to find out next time!

Mango passion fruit jasmine tea with honey boba. They did not fill the tea to the top :( (a bit exaggerated in the picture b/c of the angle)

Cute bubble tea stand in the mall! I'd like it to stick around. Decent number of options. I had the Mango Passionfruit Jasmine Tea (a Kokee tea special) for $4.95 with honey boba. I usually get 25% sugar because I don't like overly sweet drinks, but wasn't sure how sweet to get since this was my first time ordering here. The cashier was nice and suggested 75% saying it wouldn't be overly sweet that way but not bland. 75% was still too sweet, I think 25 or 50% would have been right. The honey boba were soft, chewy, and sweet. I enjoyed them! Other than the drink being too sweet, it tasted good. Tasted pleasantly of mango, but unfortunately very little of passion fruit. They also did not fill my cup to the top...

    House Milk Tea, half sugar

So, a little backstory: the old lady and I (not the NOLA type of old lady lol) went to Arundel Mills to return some boots I had gotten for Christmas at Saks Off 5th. There's actually a Kokee tea in Wheaton, MD closer to where I live, so I thought I'd try their location here. I got the House Milk Tea with 50 percent sugar (I forgot that people in America snorted sugar like crack, hence my change in tastebuds after coming back from Japan). Oh my god, my first question was: "Why the hell does this shit taste better than the one at Wheaton??" The bubbles were literally PERFECT. Not too hard, not too soft; just the ample amount of chewiness. The milk or cream they used tasted fresh, and there was no sourness or weird after taste I usually get from pre-made powders or expired tea. And guess how long it took for them to make me my drink? UNO MINUTO!! Would definitely recommend this place; you won't be disappointed!

This brand has several locations in Maryland and they are serving up some pretty good bubble teas . So many different flavors to choose from I wanted to try them all. Myself and my daughters tried a few different flavors . Brown sugar is pretty good , the mango slush is yummy and I got the Virgin strawberry mojito and thirsty joe both were very good . Also very reasonably priced compared to some places. They also have Macaroons a tad pricey for each one .

I've tried Kokee tea a few times before in the VA location and honestly the teas weren't that good - the bubbles were too soft or the tea flavors weren't strong enough for me. But stopped by here on a whim while shopping around and glad I did! I got the Kokee milk tea which is an earl grey with black tea and coffee jelly with 75% sugar. It's still pretty sweet with 75% but it's to my liking. I like how you can strongly taste the earl grey without being overpowering. I really enjoyed the coffee jelly too!! It has a nice strong flavor unlike many coffee jellies I've tried.

You know I like bubble tea. This place is okay. However, Gong Cha just opened up 3 minutes away. They also got macaroon.

Ordered: lychee rose smoothie with crystal boba and lychee jelly Decent size drink. Very good in smoothie blend. Recently have become a fan of crystal boba vs always getting regular boba or even mini boba. This place is in the mall and great to stop by while shopping. They have a ton of options on the menu.

It's a smallish space and indoor seating was really full at 11 AM on a weekday. Because of rain, the outdoor benches were not in use, and I saw closed-up patio-umbrellas too. I ordered from a kiosk or you could order online or in person. I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was made quickly by welcoming staff. It was a regular size croissant with very light cheese and a layer of crispy bacon pieces in a well toasted croissant. The flavor was good. This café also sells a number of beverages, including fresh ground espresso, and various teas And they sell some bakery goods, candies, and quite a variety of dry-packaged teas and coffee. The parking right in front Café Jun can get pretty full, but there's plenty parking in the rest of the shopping center. You can enter the shopping area from eastbound US-40 Baltimore National Pike, or from westbound Frederick Road. It's just east of Centennial Lane/Bethany Lane and about a mile West of US 29. The larger shopping area has a diner 3-strip mall sections, one of which is called Princess Shopping Center, so I'm a little confused which mall-name covers which shops. They have a summer concert planned! That should be fun!

People do seem to respect the 90MIN seating window though so you should be able to find a seat. You order and pay at the counter first and then they give you a table number card. This is how they find you to serve your food. I ordered a regular matcha latte, a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on croissant bread and their famous croffle. I loved their matcha latte. It's pre-sweetened so no need to add extra vanilla syrup or anything. This does not taste like a traditional matcha, which in my opinion tastes like dirt. This is a sweeter, dessert like matcha. I didn't care for the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. It was kind of dry and it tasted like something was missing. The croffle was amazing. It has a nutty, pecan like taste to it and it was topped with vanilla gelato and blueberries. I couldn't really taste the maple syrup but it was delicious nonetheless.

The date from online was mediocre (1 date, no 2nd date), but the drink was far superior to Kung Fu Tea, which I always had a pretty high regard for until that June 2021 day. I visited a few other times in 2024-2025. A Meetup group I'm a part of likes to go here after the dinner & game Meetup. The staff is accommodating as we are rushing to get here before 10 PM closing time, really by 9:45. The organizer of the Meetup suggested ordering ahead on the app, so they aren't so slammed with 10 (or whatever #) of people 15 minutes before closing. I heeded his advice. They are efficient getting the drinks done in a timely manner. Staff is nice, and they aren't abrupt with kicking us out the second it hits 10 PM (like Starbucks the very second it's closing time, they will practically yell at you to get the heck out of there). At Gong Cha, the staff is polite about it, and we try to still rush to clean up and get out. My girlfriend & I will split the largest size for cost & calorie efficiency. Overall, a delicious boba tea. I will say it's a bit on the expensive side in 2025 even compared with some other places, but it's still a solid choice.
