    Volcano Tempura Roll

Good for light bites at the casino. They are pricy because of the location but if you want some rice, noodle, or sushi dishes while you're in the casino, they are an okay option. I've had the sushi a couple times (decent, not mind blowing) and poke bowl (not my favorite). Alcoholic drinks are pretty strong. I wouldn't go all the way to the casino just for the food, but it's conveniently in the middle of the casino if I I'm there and don't want heavy meals from the other restaurants. Service can be hit or miss with the speed and friendliness. Ambiance is pretty loud due to it being directly on the casino floor. Seating can be limited so better to go as a party of 2 or less if you want to be seated fast.

The restaurant itself is nice, and even though it's in the middle of the casino, you dont feel too exposed as you dine. My friend ordered skewers as the appetizer and bulgogi with kimchi and rice. I had the papaya salad as the appetizer and char siu with rice. I had enjoyed the char siu and rice but i had a slight issue with the papaya salad. It was literally sliced papaya and carrots on the plate with peanuts. No fish sauce, lime, or anything. So i was very confused. My friend enjoyed her skewers and bulgogi. The bartender was out sick that evening, so no alcohol. No worries, will just come back again.

Luk Fu is located in the casino with an open dining space that overlooks the casino. My friend and I came here over the weekend and it was quite busy. We got lucky enough to get seated at a high top though without waiting. Our server was friendly and for drinks, I got a Lychee Martini while my friend ordered an Asahi beer. My drink had a lychee fruit which I always love. We ordered several food items to try. To share, we got the Tatus Roll and Volcano Tempura roll. Both were quite tasty and we enjoyed them. I also got a small Wonton Soup that warmed me up well. Wontons were big and delicious. For my main, I ordered Bulgogi Beef and my friend got their Korean-Style Honey Short Ribs. I was quite full from the sushi rolls and soup but had a couple bites of my entree. There was plenty of meat and it was sweet - I had to take the rest as leftovers which made for a good meal the next day. I also tried a piece of my friend's short rib which was really good as well. The meat was tender and it was lightly sweet. We both enjoyed dining here and liked everything we ate. The ambience is nice and it's a fun place to dine at. Would come back again!

I ate at Luk Fu while attending a conference at the casino. The ambiance felt warm and calm despite the noise of the rest of the casino. I ordered: - Sashimi Martini - Vegetable Spring Roll The food was good, but the price was not worth it in my opinion. My $16 sashimi martini turned out to be mostly cucumber, which is a shame because the fish (and the sauce it was marinated in) was delicious. Once I ate through the top layer and realized the rest of the dish was 3 rows of cucumber, I forced myself to eat the [surprisingly unappetizing] chunks of cucumber, so that I could enjoy my few pieces of sashimi last haha. I ordered the $11 spring roll to better fill my stomach, but it came with only 3 pieces. (My mistake for not asking about quantity prior to ordering.) In total, I spent $29 (including fees, minus tip) to eat mostly cucumber and 3 spring rolls. Service felt a little slow as well...Nothing outrageous, but it felt like my two appetizers came out in the same amount of time that it would usually take an entree to be prepared. However, the spring rolls were piping hot once served! There looked to be about 5-7 people in the small kitchen, but only one server on the floor. It wasn't particularly crowded (maybe 8-10 other diners), but the one waitress seemed to be spread thin, at one point accidentally misplacing a drink at my seat that was meant for another guest. She quickly realized her mistake and apologized to me and the other patron. She was very attentive despite being the only server, making sure to communicate that she would return to me soon, as she rushed by to attend to other tables.

Meh! I don't think the food is anything but ordinary in my opinion . My friends and I ordered the pork & shrimp roll for appetizer. They thought it was just ok. I thought my roll had something grisly & chewy in it . Our entrees were chicken with eggplant - nice chunks of chicken, flavorful sauce but overcooked eggplant. Bulgogi arrived cold so sent back to be warmed up. Tender beef , good flavor. The lemongrass pork chops were tender and very tasty. Service was attentive and quick. Being set in the middle of the casino, you hear casino sounds but it is a bit muted by decorative panels . Otherwise, it's a comfortable setting.

As always, the staff, the atmosphere, and the food were all great! Yes, it's located inside the casino, which is actually a great spot for them. It's a little on the expensive side, but that's understandable given the location. I always enjoy eating here whenever I'm at Live Casino.

Web had a taste for Asian food so we tried Luk Fu. We got there early so there wasn't any issues with seating. If you go on the weekend you may have an issue with getting a table. For the appetizers we had pork spring rolls and crab rangoons. The crab rangoons were better than the spring rolls. We also ordered Pho and Thom ka Gai. The Pho had a average flavor broth not that rich deep flavor. It was also lacking on beef. The dish is overpriced. The Thom Ka Gai had a little spice with it. Other soups that we had had like this had been sweeter. Like the touch of heat. The service was really good. More than likely will not be returning, for the price you can get better.

Me and my hubby were hanging out at The Live and stopped by for a quick bite. We got roasted duck and sweet and sour soup. Both were pretty good. It was Friday night so servers were busy but we got the service we wanted. It's pretty fun place to hang and grab a quick bite if you in for Chinese food. Price will be on the high side since it's in a Casino.

    Maryland Crab suahi
    Dan S.

Luk Fu is a solid 2 stars. The beef rendang was passable, probably because we were hungry. The flavors were muted. The "Fresh" Maryland Crab sushi was quite expensive and it was probably crab from a can. We also had the soba noodles which were flavorless. We asked for a side of chili and it was not spicy in the slightest. Service was abrupt. The seats were uncomfortable. Had we checked Yelp first, we would have skipped it and gone somewhere in the mall.

    General Tso's Chicken
    Britt J.

Good! Great! Perfect ! The fried sea bass is what led me to this restaurant but I end up getting General Tso chicken with white rice. It was yummy! Everyone enjoyed their food & service was prompt. Nothing special about the ambiance as it's inside of a casino!

    Chicken & broccoli (added shrimp)

The food was pretty good! Service was good and food came out very quick, good definitely tasted very fresh. The drinks not so much!

    Sashimi Martini
    Sapna K.

I'm not sure why this place has so few stars. So I feel compelled to leave a review. Is it extremely expensive because it is decent food in the middle of a casino? Yes. But is it some of the freshest and tasty sushi I've had in the area? Absolutely! I got the Nigiri and the sashimi martini and was blown away by the quality. Service is fast and efficient. So if you're hungry after some mad slot playing, and you want some Chinese or Japanese nosh, definitely stop by.

We went on a Sunday for lunch and was expected to be greeted with chaos (at least that was our experience at other dim sum places). They did have a lot of customers, but the "chaos" seemed to be a lot more organized. The dim sum carts seemed to be making more frequent rounds than what we were used to and the servers were locked in. We had a pretty large party and it felt like there was a never ending flow of food (and variety) the entire time. You do get the "typical" dim sum experience/ambiance of carts rolling around everywhere and servers asking you if you'd like to get anything, so it's a great experience to bring someone who hasn't had dim sum yet. Would totally recommend for parties of all sizes and we'll be back. They do advertise sushi, but can't speak too much on that because we stuck solely with dim sum that day.

Ordered everything we wanted and every dish was flavorful and delicious. Only thing is some dishes need to be tweaked a little. Har-chaw dumpling skin is a little too thick for me. Shrimp ball is too mushy and sticky rice was a little dry. But everything had the right amount of seasoning. No soy sauce or chili oil needed. The cherry on top? The silk tofu dessert. One of the best ones I've had so far! Would definitely come back.

You walk in and…read morethere's a counter with a glass partition, and behind it -- ducks, chickens, whole cuts of pork, all the roasted meats hanging right there. That's the whole vibe, and for a spot like this, that's exactly what I want. If keeping things simple is how they keep prices reasonable, that's a trade I'll take every time. I'm here for the food. Came with my family yesterday after the internet spent months nagging me to try it. We got har gow, chicken feet, BBQ pork steamed buns, and the shrimp crepe rolls , plus the roasted meat platter with roast duck, crispy pork belly, and a honey-glazed BBQ that tastes like the five-spice you'd get on ribs. It was outstanding. The duck had real depth of flavor, the skin was perfectly crisp, and the meat was juicy and not the slightest bit dry. It comes sliced, and they'd taken out a lot of the bones, so it was easy to eat without working around anything. And the crispy pork belly was *genuinely* crisp , no sad chewy patches, no negotiating with it. Just a shattering top, tender underneath, all the way across. Nothing was overcooked, nothing was sloppy, everything seasoned like someone back there cared. Now the math. I usually go to Far East, which does have dim sum and which I do like , but they're only open Wednesday through the weekend now. Corner Bites is open all the time, which is how we ended up here in the first place. And once I was here, I pulled up Far East's menu to compare: every dim sum order at Corner Bites is about fifty cents cheaper, with bigger portions. That's not a rounding error, that's a pattern. They also do Peking duck, half or whole, and it's roughly $20-30 less than Peking Gourmet out by Seven Corners, the one everybody makes the pilgrimage to. Somebody near me ordered it and the staff talked it up. I didn't get it this time, but I'm coming back for it, because I would rather drive to Rockville than fight Northern Virginia traffic for a duck that costs thirty dollars more. Great food, fair prices, zero pretense. I'll be back.
