I needed to have it adjusted to fit properly so I brought it here despite no longer living in SL. I had been bringing my jewelry and watches here for 20+ years and had nothing but great experiences. Turns out those experiences must have been great because my jewelry up to that point was cheap. The process to adjust the bracket of the watch was taking longer than expected, so the gentleman apologizes over his shoulder telling me, "They make these quote unquote expensive watches really difficult". That statement concerned me as I had bought my watch online. Did I get a fake?!? No. He just has VERY STRONG opinions on "expensive" watches. He proceeded to enlighten me at length using the analogy that it was essentially the equivalent of buying a BMW when a Ford will give you the exact same vehicle. for considerably less. He went on to say that this is why people come to him, he's not trying to sell them anything, he's just telling the truth. Well, to me, he totally sh*t on a purchase I was excited about. Something I had looked forward to for years. He made me feel like an idiot for even wanting it, much less ACTUALLY being stupid enough to buy it. I walked in super stoked to get be so close to wearing my new watch. I walked out feeling like I'd just received a lecture on how stupid this man thinks I am. I will not be using extra gas to return to this store.

They have packed so many enchanting items into a small space you could look around for hours. One child loves fairy garden supplies, and they have many fun and unique finds. My other child loves jewelry, especially earrings. They had so many at all prices to fit your budget, from a few dollars to more elegant crystals and gems. They have a lot of great home and holiday decorations, plus a cute upstairs where they featured some discount items. I had horrible and costly experiences with Superior. They picked up my Craftsman garden tractor and…read moretook it to their shop. $400+ later they dropped it off at my home. Once again I had issues with the performance of my mower. For a mere $400+ again, they dropped off my mower but I immediately had an issue with my blade engagement lever. I called and left a message but never heard from them again. I am now working with SEARS home services. They ordered the necessary parts which were delivered to my home pronto. They're coming to install the parts and my mower will be operable finally, no thanks to Superior. Buyer beware!
