Even though my 250cc Briggs engine has a national factory authorized safety recall for breaking owners arms, I was told that other customers who purchased items there are their priority, not me. Boullion, you should be ashamed and have your Briggs dealer affiliation revoked as you failed to meet even the most basic customer service needs, as required. Manager confirmed this policy as I walked out. Just wanted to make sure whoever was in charge agreed to send me down the road. Ok, will not be back. Lowes & Menards are just down the road. As I read the other reviews here, seems that service, even when you purchase there, is not so great either. Would give zero stars if I could.

Sent my tractor to Clark's to repair hydraulic problem and hydraulic pump leaking. Received a call…read moreestimating thirty five hundred dollars which I agreed to. Two weeks later they called and said they repaired the pump and some other issues and the price was now six thousand dollars which I negotiated back to a lower amount. Then later they called and said the pump was leaking again and I agreed to a new pump and sent payment per credit card. Then they sent to another repair shop and the hydraulic system seems to work now but the cost is now over seven thousand which I have paid part of it. The pump is not new even though I paid for a new one. Needless to say we don't agree on the final cost. I used the tractor about twelve hours and the steal high pressure line came loose from the pump spraying hydraulic fluid on the exhaust pipe causing a fire.
