DO NOT SHOP HERE! 1-14-26 This company delayed my repairs a week. I called and spoke to Ryan wednesday to confirm that the parts i was ordering were in stock and compatible with my machine, which he said yes to both. I placed my $1000 order within the hour, getting the email order confirmation within minutes. Keep in mind, the machine is taken apart and taking up valuable space in my shop. Days go by with but no emails or tracking numbers came. Sunday night i get two emails, one from my bank, one from kombustion "your order has been refunded". WHAT?!?!?! I don't need a refund, i need the parts to put this machine back together. Monday i get an email from kombustion saying "Ryan is still working on your order, and the parts are still coming your way". I call tuesday and was told the parts have NOT been shipped and my money has been refunded. I then had to go buy the parts directly from the manufacturer. Such a joke. You had my money, my address, and you had the parts i ordered in stock. Just put them in a box and ship them, it's not that hard... Never again. read more

On 1/17/24 I went to Kombustion about building my dream machine. I met with Travis and we started going over everything I wanted done. Full build, from wrap to suspension. We went over pricing and timelines. I told him what date I needed the machine to be completed. I had a trip planned but still needed a valve adjustment and oil change. He was enthusiastic he could have it done in plenty of time. We agree, Travis says in order to get it going I need 1/2 down. He can get the orders placed and powder coating started and finished to cut down the time. On 1/21/24 I pay the half (15 thousand) to get it going. Now on 2/8/24 which is 14 days later. I get the invite to drop the machine off. I am told to plan 2/13/24 for completion. I ask for updates to which I am told he will make sure to send updates as well as pictures as the build progresses. Now I realize the 13th was a little unrealistic of a date. But that's how he planned it. He has had two weeks to get all the parts ordered and powder coated like he said he would. From there it goes badly, there is little to no communication on the progress and maybe one or two photos. I really only heard from Travis when he would call or email to let me know he had forgotten something and the cost would be going up. The original price agreement was 30 thousand. We ended at 36 thousand. I'm not sure how he forgot so much in the initial sit down. I said I wanted it built like his floor model... that he built and we looked at and talked about. I sent numerous emails to Travis. On 3/14/24 Travis confirms we are on track for 3/21/24. On the 21st, however instead of picking it up. I get a call it wont be ready until 3/25/24. Well problem, that leaves me 1 day for the valves, Travis says the valves don't need to be done?? I do pick it up on the 25th. And it goes right back, there are front end suspension bolts undone, it doesn't drive over 15MPH plus the seat heaters are not working. We make it to the dunes, 2nd ride in the passenger door flies open because the bolts weren't tightened and the adjustments are off. Fix it, 3rd ride in the engine lights come on. Get back to camp, the machine stops working. On the phone Travis says bring it back on Monday. Well who drives by a little bit later but his shop mechanics who drive right past and completely ignore us! Call him again and he does not understand why I am so frustrated? I spent 36k and in 24 hrs. my machine is completely down! And your mechanics are here and cant come even look at my machine. Back at Kombustion, I learn the stator and computers are blown due the tuner being tampered with. They don't know what happened other than for another $1500 they will fix it. On 7/14/24 the drivers side shock snaps off. Travis says they only warranty their labor?!? Great, so it goes to a Polaris dealer and another $2000. On 10/16/24 I go for a ride and the front end is wobbling I check and find bolts on both lower A-Arms missing. I call Travis, he says its on them and their mistake. But he will fix it, and have it done and ready Monday. They are a very disrespectful group of people that do not care about the people coming in nor the work they do. When timelines are not met they will blame the company they chose to outsource the work too. BTW, the company's they outsource too, do great work! read more

After a week I had to call and remind them I had ordered something, got an email the same day as the call saying a shipping label was created. How are these people still in business? They advertise products they have no access to and then when questioned on this practice they claim they will issue a refund, then don't and quit responding to repeated attempts to get my refund after never seeing the product. I bought a few products that needed to be professionally installed. Those items were Rigid Industries 40' Adapt Light Bar, Reflect Side Mirrors, Fog Lights, Shock Tower Light, Lighted Whips, USB plugs, Winch, custom dual light switches for all accessories, and two power distribution blocks. Travis (I believe one of the owners) was a super nice guy to work with. He contacted me through Facebook when I posted about needing professional help to install. I was excited to see all these goodies on my new machine especially since I had family coming over the summer. Took in the Can-Am and installation was done in a timely manner. I was happy. Made it home and took it on a test ride and sure enough I found several issues. The $2,500.00 Adapt light bar was wired incorrectly. The switches did not function properly - the dual lights were not turning on and off. And to top it off my power distribution block which I had previously installed was missing. I took it back in, they had it for a week. And no work had been done! Travis assured me they had wired everything correctly. BS! I took the machine back home and contacted Rigid Industries, the tech walked me through the installation and we found the GPS module wasn't installed at all, the wires were just dangling from the side. I noticed Travis picking up screws from my machine and he thought I didn't see but they belonged to the now loose under-dash module. The switches also were incompatible with the distribution block they sell. Be careful because their block is only compatible with their switches which have very limited design choices. You are better off with a custom block. I rewired all the switches and removed their distribution block. I ended up doing a professional's job, paid for shitty work, never did anyone in a high position check the labor performed by their techs. Please save yourself the hassle, time, and hard earned money. Go elsewhere. It's sad because I had high expectations from this company. read more

I cannot recommend Kombustion Motor Sports. I strongly suggest you review their return policy before you buy even a single bolt from them. I recently purchased a front differential for my Polaris machine from Kombustion through another company SuperATV. The price was competitive, and the part was shipped as promised. I was happy at first, but once I got the original part out of the machine, I realized I had the wrong replacement part. I contacted SuperATV and they referred me to Kombustion who actually received the payment. I was a bit surprised as I thought I was dealing with a single source. Kombustion was helpful at first, but proposed that I buy a second differential first "so I could getback on the road quickly", and handle the return separately. I explained that I would rather return the unused part and pay any difference in price w/ fees and have them ship me the correct part. Kombustion sent me an invoice for the new part, a copy of their return policy, but no mention of the return. I read the return policy and found that Kombustion does not stand behind the products they sell. Their return policy lays this out, and I would have avoided the company initially; however, having dealt with Super ATV up front, I was unaware. I called and emailed Kombustion to verify, but Kombustion has not returned any communication past that point. All-in-all be sure to review Kombustion's return policies fully before you deal with them. read more

Althought I did not buy in person I did online. Kombustion had the best prices on everything I needed. Bought all my tubs for my turbo from them along with my PRP seats. Their response time and turn around is world class. Being in California I had all my parts in less than a week. read more

Seriously awful! I ordered belts for my husband's race car, but they weren't NHRA approved and that's ok, that was my bad but sending them back is the craziest thing I have ever experienced! You need to email them, wait for them to email you back only to find you pay to return and there is a 20% restock fee! What? Who does that anymore? Also, the belts were both for the left side and when mentioned was told it wasn't specified! What? Who needs 2 belts for the same side? Returning today can't wait to see how long my refund takes if I get it from what I've read. I wish I had read all the reviews first! read more

I ordered rims and tires from Kombustion. Online it showed that the rims were in stock and ready to be shipped. Shortly after ordering the Rims I spoke to one of their reps and was told that the rims will take 7 weeks or so to ship. At that point I cancelled the entire order. They never acknowledged that my order was cancelled and took days to get back to me then I see they shipped the tires after I cancelled the order. Now I have to pay to get the tires back to them and wait another few weeks to get my money back. Total waist! read more

The worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Their website directed me to a part based on year make and model of my machine. Then when the part didn't fit they wanted me to pay return shipping and 20% restocking fee. If you can find the same part somewhere else get it there. These people were horrible to deal with. I called to get a Soundsystem for my are RZR that the Internet show they have in stock, I spoke with the owner Ryan Who went back to check that they had it he said they did and that he would get it out the same day to me. I paid for the order the next day they call me back saying that he was mistaken that the one they had in stock was already sold and then I cannot get my order for another two months. Ordered a set of aluminum RZR air intake covers made by 50 Caliber from Kombuation Motorsports. Unfortunately the intake covers were on back order from the manufacture and Kombustion called and asked if I'd like to cancel or wait for the manufacture to fill the order. I appreciated the call, and opted to wait. 4 weeks or do go by and I called Kombustion to get an update. They never returned my call so I emailed them and eventually was told they're be shipped any day. Another two weeks goes by and I email for an update, no reply. I call and leave messages, no reply. More email, no reply, more voice messages, no reply. Eventually I was able to get through to them by calling the order line... for some reason when they think you want to order so mc etching they will pick up the phone. When I asked the guy on the phone about my order he rudely cut me off and asked for my order number then sent me to customer service where the girl admitted they had gotten my emails and voice messages but hadn't gotten around to replying. He states that they have no record of you (this shows that they do not have a good record system in place). He states they will cover any and all work by them ($20k worth of stuff on my RZR by them, 6 months later that is not the case). The only way I have found to actually get on they're scheduling is to Buy something from them (Because this shop is mainly in business to sell after market parts), and when you actually get your machine in there shop, you then bring up your warranty items and show them your receipts by them. My custom built machine was built by a friend of mine at Kombustion Motorsports. I Met with them and Ryan multiple times, Ensuring me that they would cover everything that was installed by them. and yet every time I would call Them. No one would know who I was or what my machine was yet there are tons of photos of my machine in the shop on the Facebook page and Instagram page. 3 years now I have tried to have them schedule an appointment to look at and possibly fix the items that have gone wrong on my 30k plus machine. They have ignored and have not taken an account of responsibility towards the errors on machine that was performed by them. I have since then gone to MotoXPerts and Rev 6 over the years and have been treated with open arms and they have since then fixed and corrected the problems with my machine that Kombustion originally installed. It is nice knowing my investment is well taken care else where, when I love taking my family and friends out into the mountains. I hope this helps those people Contemplating what to do when they to have 30k on the line. In short in every review the owner Ryan will reply "they do not have any record of anybody With that name in there records". This means they don't have a good record system in place. As well Are you continuously do generic answers to cover them selves they will bend over backwards, yet they will not take Responsibility for any thing. They're always pointing blame on some excuse of why it is not their fault and then tell you "I'm really happy you machines running now". We all know in this unity it's not hard to ask hundreds of people to give them a quick five star rating but the point is if you're a five star rating you should be a five star rating across the board.
