They have a lineup of fun classic arcade games in the front area near the bar, and then there's a larger space with pinball and other arcade games in the back. The ambiance is great with fun wall art, moody lighting, and dark interior. They have cocktails, mocktails/NA options, and food available as well. The bartender was kind and even gave us some tokens another guest had left behind! Games aren't cheap - about $1 per person per play - but I suppose that's what they run these days. We played: NBA Jam Big Buck Hunter Pacman 4-player Guitar Hero Arcade and a few others! Fun with a small group or solo for a few drinks with an activity.

We dipped in here because it's so crazy hot out at the farmers market. Highly recommend popping in here for a snack a drink and playing some arcade games. I like that it's quarters because you could bring your own stash or if you don't use all of it, you can save the quarters for next time or use it in the real world. There's a variety of games from fighting to Mario kart to a ton of music beat games. We liked the drum and this one near the bathrooms. Lots of fun games (I just don't know the names). They're very loud and colorful. If you're new, they have tutorials which is nice (also makes gameplay a little longer). Most games are like $1 for 4-5 rounds - except for Mario kart which was kind of a scam. Overall, it's a lot of fun for dates or hangouts or to play something different than pinball machines. I did see a lot of toddlers and it's not a place for toddlers. Most toddlers would ask their parents to play a game but they would get bored or confused and leave after the parent inserted the coins to play said game. Take them to Chuck E. Cheese instead or like Malibu jacks nearby.

The arcade is located in a shopping area with huge parking lot. There's a bouncer at the entrance that checks for ID, I believe after 10pm everyone will have to be 21. Two rooms of arcade games, one of the rooms have a computer for the gamers. Lighting in 1 room was dim with blue lights and the other one brighter. The bartenders makes good cocktails and dressed in cosplay.

We weren't looking for a plan. We were just driving past on 144th when the lights caught our eye…read moreand someone said "wait, should we just go in?" So we did. Late night, no reservation, no agenda -- straight to the arcade. Over 100 games, retro and modern mixed together , and the kind of layout that lets you drift from machine to machine without a strategy. The energy was good -- busy enough to feel alive, relaxed enough that we never felt rushed. That said, a few machines weren't working and still managed to swallow our points, which is frustrating when you're already paying to play. And if you're hoping for classics like DDR or Pac-Man, temper expectations -- the selection skews more toward ticket-redemption games than arcade purists might want. Some machines just didn't land for us. But here's the thing: we still had a good time. The vibe carried the night, the spontaneity made it memorable, and there's enough variety that you'll find your groove eventually. The two-story laser tag arena and bowling lanes looked worth coming back for on a proper visit. If you've driven past and wondered -- it's worth pulling over. Just flag down a staff member if a machine takes your points.

We have signed up for Kids Bowl Free for the past two summers, and it's always a great experience…read more The value is unbeatable, and the kids always have such a great time. What I love the most about Main Event though, is the staff. They are always super nice to the kids and go above and beyond to make their experience a good one. It's very rare to find that these days, and I love coming here because of it. Ava especially is wonderful! When it comes to the food, I would say stick to the hot items. The nachos and chicken strips are always very good and a hit with our group. I have ordered a salad before and found it small portioned and missing some of the items listed in the description. That could have been a supply chain issue, so I wasn't worried too much, but I wouldn't order it again. We have some kids in our group with food allergies, and the staff fully respects their needs and accommodates them. The drinks are great, and they have lots of varieties for everyone to choose from. Because it's a bowling alley and they're in full swing of their summer kids program, I would suggest bringing headphones if you're an adult observer and are sensitive to child centered noise and commotion. It's not too much for me, but I'm a parent with a large family. However, I could see it being an issue for someone with sensory concerns. Just a tip! Overall, I'm never disappointed coming here and highly recommend it no matter the season or occasion.

Dallas at the front desk made check-in quick and easy, keeping things moving seamlessly. Mel, the manager, went above and beyond. They had the board set up for our party but it would have been nice if they spelled it properly (take the effort to spell check!) What we had with our party group: *PIZZA: This was good *CHICKEN STRIPS: Tasty *FRIES *FRUIT PLATTER: This was really gross. I am not sure if they were frozen and then defrosted but it was mushy and not flavorful. *PARTY COOKIE CAKE: This was a welcome sweetness. *ENDLESS DRINKS We had a fun time despite the misspelling and the gross fruit. I would definitely stick to the pizza or the fried foods (chicken strips and fries) as those tasted good. The cookie was also very tasty. After we played in the arcade a bit. I bought some arcade credits off Groupon which were almost half the price for the same amount they were selling there so worth checking out Groupon if you're hitting up the arcade.
