My baby rec'd 3 shots for $27. We arrived first thing in the morning, since the clinic was from 9am-12pm on May 2nd. Four Muddy Paws is housed in a strip mall with plenty of parking and there was a bank next door that looked to be closed on Saturday so that accommodated for additional parking. The clinic was held outside in the grassy area, they had a table set up, so it was first come, first serve. The paperwork was simple and they accepted cash or card payments. The wait time wasn't bad, it took us an hour from start to finish and the staff was really nice and loving to the babies and were ready for all types...meaning if your fur-baby was scared or frightened. Not keeping up with insuring that these pets that are going there for day care have had their kennel immunization. My call was answered right away and I was able to make an appointment with Steve easily. At the appointment, Steve was very helpful in explaining the process. Pippa stayed at Spotlight almost all day, and I could tell when I picked her up that she had a blast. She also looked and felt AMAZING. She has never felt softer. Everything went well here despite ourselves. His normal place sent him a last minute email that they had accidentally overbooked and he would be waitlisted. By last minute, I mean 30 mins before we were going to leave and drop him off. In a panic, we found Country Acres, who was able to take him last minute. They are incredible kind and patient, despite us getting every piece of information wrong. We knew his pup was in good hands, because all of the handlers we met were so nice and understanding, and at pick up explained he had actually ran out of food in the morning and they supplemented. The facility is extremely well maintained, offers additional services to really make your furry family member feel at home or pampered.
