THIS IS THE BIG POINT: the Thomas Raymond yelping and screaming (actually I'd call it other-worldly screeching) for each nail trim (which is above and beyond drama) didn't exist, except for a few yips on this trip. And that makes me happy! He's getting used to it, and The Groom Room is working its magic! I do like that nobody comes home with bows or ribbons or bandanas or any other accoutrements. I hate that stuff. And they're not perfumed up, either. Just good-smelling clean dogs. They went in at 10:30 a.m. and were done by 1 p.m. Thomas Raymond was not having a good day getting along with other dogs, except for Cali Marie and Jacob Mitchell, so he was sequestered with them. Staff was friendly, and if it's your first time coming in, they give you a run-down on how everything works. They provide everything that you need (shampoo, conditioner, soap scrub brush, drying towel, slicker brushes, deshedding comb, finishing spray, aprons and high velocity dryers). I was able to bathe my fur baby Milo, and got him looking like he is fresh from the groomers. Staff will come and disinfect the tubs and drying stations and put clean items out for the next customer.For $21, this is definitely a deal. I am definitely coming back to use the self-service wash!

My little guy is a bit timid, but I think he has gotten comfy with her over the past few years and so I don't feel too nervous when I leave him. The store itself has a ton of toys, treats, foods and snacks for all types of pets and Baxter will always leave with at least 1-2 new treats as a reward for being a good boy at the groomers! The cashiers are usually very helpful and whenever there are coupons to use for items or grooming they have offered to scan the coupon or enter the code which is super nice. Ginny is amazing with the animals and she does a wonderful job. Everytime we bring my fuzzball of a cat there to get groomed, she is honest with us about what she has to do, whether it's shaving him or just doing some clip out, and she always does the job beautifully, even if he does come home bald with little fur hooker boots. Her prices are incredibly fair as well, so you are getting a great groomer and you aren't dropping a boatload on it. Really nice if you are one to get your pet groomed regularly.

My call was answered right away and I was able to make an appointment with Steve easily. At the appointment, Steve was very helpful in explaining the process. Pippa stayed at Spotlight almost all day, and I could tell when I picked her up that she had a blast. She also looked and felt AMAZING. She has never felt softer. Tracy and her group really care for the dogs, communicate concerns and feedback readily. They have a terrific COVID protocol and we have never worried about our pups safety then entire time he has gone there. FYI-your other daycares and I guarantee you will smell dog urine. I quickly got a hold of the Happy Dog Spot, and they helped me with the flooding problem. Happy Dog Spot was so in tune with what was going on around them, and told me where to go to drop the dog off- instead of the main entrance. I was very impressed, and once I dropped my friends dog off to Happy Dog Spot pick up tent they were more then helpful and incredibly kind to the little puppy.
