She shared that several people returned their tap beers that day because they were warm, and admitted she didn't know enough about beer to help me so the bartender would come over. Wow! That's outstanding customer service! Apparently the IPAs in bottles were EXPIRED as per the very nice bartender. So I got a Sam Adams instead.
