First, I'd like to say that when reviewing a Surgeon I never review them after just a single visit, because from experience, some Dr's. just aren't consistent. I had a truly wonderful experience and incredible results my first visit to Dr. Konstantin and have had consistently amazing visits every time since. This Dr., has a keen eye for facial symmetry and I chose him due to the fact that he specializes on the face and does not do breasts, or anything regarding the body. I am in my late 30's and have been getting Botox for years. How I KNOW this man is a great Dr. is because he told me on the first visit that I only needed one syringe of Botox and his eyes almost popped out of his head when I told him that I had been getting almost 3! His Botox is obviously not diluted because my Botox never looked so good! I was starting to notice some changes in my nasal labial folds and let him put some juvaderm in those areas and like the Botox, he made it look natural and absolutely gorgeous! I had been wanting my eyes done for years, but had never found a surgeon that I had felt 100% confident in, but after seeing the work dr. Konstantin has done on others, along with his special eye for how the natural contours of the face are and SHOULD be, I have finally found the right surgeon to do my a lower eye lift along with fat grafting! Since I was a child I have suffered with dark circles due to the hollowness of my skull in that area and I am THRILLED to schedule my appointment. For any women reading this who are contemplating a facelift, neck lift, or a mini-facelift, this is where Dr. K. Truly shines; his before and after pics have blown my mind and opened my mind to possibly getting a mini-lift. After thoroughly discussing the mini lift procedure and process with Dr. K., and contemplating going through with it for a year, I have decided that going this route will benefit my needs the most. Dr. K. and I have both agreed that doing the mini lift, will not only rid me of the dislike I have regarding the changes occurring around my nasal labial folds, but will save me a ton of money on filler moving forward! Dr. K has also created new and innovative facelift techniques which have been recorded and posted to his website. You can actually watch him during a real surgery! Ok, let's' talk lips. Last summer I took Dr. K's advice and allowed him to put a conservative amount of filler in my lips; something I had never done. I loved the outcome so much so that I went back the following week for a bit more. I saw Dr. K. Yesterday I had him do my lips for the second time, this time putting in 2 syringes instead of doing one, waiting and then returning for more! I had always been afraid to do my lips due to the fact that TOO many Dr's. always seem to focus on SIZE rather than symmetry, resulting in the Marge Simpson look where the upper lip is much larger than the top; which just does not occur in nature! My lips are beautiful. I am still swollen, but WOW are they what I never thought they would EVER be! I will post before and after pics in a few days after all the swelling goes down. Boy, what a difference the right amount of volume can make! Thank you Dr. K. you really made me feel pretty again! Lastly, it is SO very important for a DR. to not only be able to listen, but to absorb exactly what it is a patient wants, and Dr. Konstantin really does listen and will continue to listen until he is confident that he completely understands all of the patients concerns. Also, he has such a gentle hand! I am genuinely SHOCKED that I barely ever even feel any of his injections, due to the fact that he uses numbing cream, followed by numbing injections, combine those along with the special needles he uses and your eyes won't even tear while he's working his magic! In conclusion, I can guarantee that this Surgeon is worth every penny! I am so very grateful I found him!! The girls who work in the office, Taina Luba, And Yuliya are absolute DOLLS and are so knowledgeable about everything in the practice! In 2021, I underwent a face and neck lift with Dr. Konstantin. Unfortunately, the healing process on the left side of my neck did not go as expected and resulted in a permanent visible scar and significant discoloration, which remain with me years later. Nice office & wonderful staff. I had a DP facelift & neck lift. Suturing in front of the ears was very well done & barely visible. Scar beneath the chin is irregular, puckered & pronounced; the skin in that area is already sagging a year post-procedure. No perceptible lift at all in the mid-face area. No sensation has returned to the skin in front of the ears or the ear lobes. Prior to the surgery, the doctor assured me that all of these issues, i.e., sagging, would be "gone" after the surgery &, unfortunately, I believed him. When I discussed my concerns with him during follow-up visits, he offered a myriad of excuses for the less than satisfactory outcome, but did not take responsibility for any of it. I will definitely need a revision. Another plastic surgeon I consulted was stunned that I'd had these procedures done so recently given my appearance. In response to Dr. K response to my review below- I did contact the office and I also came into the office several times for follow-ups. Each time, Dr K denied my concerns and even blamed the poor result on "sudden onset aging"- only a few months after the face-lift. I also believe the "after" photos were phot-shopped because they would not give them to me at the visit- insisted that they must be mailed- and they looked nothing like my own photos. In addition, the filler I received created lumps that took many months to dissolve. My review: "I had a face-lift and had been promised that certain drooping would be gone and it was not at all gone and actually more noticeable. The office is beautiful adorned with expensive oil art paintings the staff is charming beautiful perfect but they are snake oil salesman. I was never given informed consent about the possibility of nerve damage and lack of sensation that could take up to six months or a year or possibly never return what I was told when I signed my consent form was that if there was any problems complications or disappointments that we would revise no problem I was awake (general anistisia) during the surgery and I felt the first mistake when he took too much skin from my right eye and I was no longer able to close he said it would take time ....I gave it time ....I constantly was in contact with the office about all sorts of problems from pain to earache to sinuses and sever dry eye after my blepharoplasty face and neck lift .....what's adding insult to injury is that he says my face was asymmetrical before the surgery of course everybody is asymmetrical to some degree but clearly my smile and my eyes were very straight compared to the way they look now ....there was nerve damage testing conducted with a neurologist but dr k still denies any damage....it gaslighting at its finest.... He did a partial face lift a couple of years ago on me. It was done at Lifestyle Lift, 635 Madison Ave, New York, NY. The surgery was done without anesthesia. It was horrible. Dr. K is a butcher. A no good Russian butcher. He botched my surgery. I went back the next day and I looked like the Elephant Man. One thing I can say about him, he did a do-over and to this day I don't have my double chin anymore. If you go to him, beware. He may do a great job on you or he may botch your plastic surgery like he did with me. At least the Mad Russian redid the job so I wasn't permanently disfigured. Look around. I went to Dr. Konstantin Vasyukevich for a facial filler injection. Overall, I am not happy with the experience or results. The results are not a disaster, but I do feel like I wasted my money. I had to go to another doctor to dissolve the filler that Dr. Konstantin injected. More disturbingly, I was very irked by Dr. Konstanin's personality. I found him to be dishonest, aloof and uncaring. Dr. Konstantin did not fill the areas on my face that I wanted filled in. He overfilled other areas and left my face looking uneven. He just does his own thing, without listening to the patient. We really didn't connect. I specifically showed him the hollow areas and lines on my face that I wanted filled in; for the most part, he just ignored my requests. He just put the filler wherever he felt like and he didn't even do a good job. He overfilled and left me with lumps on my face. He has his routine way of doing things and didn't seem interested in my specific requests. I don't think he's capable of connecting with his patients. When I complained about the results afterwards, he lied about what I requested and got very belligerent. I was initially lured to Dr. Konstantin by all the positive reviews he has online. I am now skeptical of the authenticity of these reviews. Overall, after everything is said and done, the experience wasn't horrible, but I really can't recommend. His office staff is okay. His administrative assistant, Luba, is very nice and cooperative. His surgical assistant was smiley and polite, but I didn't feel he was very knowledgeable. His staff primarily act to promote and protect the doctor. They are going to give you piles of literature and promotional materials about Dr. Konstantin. His staff won't stop telling you about how great Dr. Konstantin is. I thought it was a little over the top and tasteless. I couldn't fit all the promotional materials in my briefcase. I will admit that Dr. Konstantin has a very good publicist. Dr. Konstantin and his assistant speak fluent Russian. It seemed like the Russian patients in his waiting room were happy. So maybe the doctor and I just had a culture clash. read more

Dr. Konstantin performed a mini lift and a neck lift on me. I am so pleased with the results! I'm in mid-40s, and botox along with filler was suiting me just fine for a while. Over the span of a year, my slight double chin got so much worse and my jowls became much more prominent. I tried filler along my jaw line which was a disaster for me...horrible swelling and bruising for two weeks. I was grateful for Covid mask wearing because I seriously would not have left my house otherwise. Once the swelling went down, there was some improvement to my jaw line but not enough to make it a good solution. And having to be on video calls all the time just added to my frustration having to constantly look at my double chin. I did a lot of research before choosing to go with Dr. K. His before and after photos really impressed me with how natural the results were. I am now three and half months post surgery and no one would be able to tell that I had anything done. The scars are nearly healed or well hidden from view. People who see me remark on how good I look or ask if I gained a little weight which in my case is good because I'm thin and the lift gave me back facial fullness. Dr. K's office is beautiful, the staff are so nice and welcoming, everyone is extremely professional and the Dr. is incredibly nice and answers all your questions. The procedure was honestly a breeze from my perspective. I had little discomfort and the rest is just being patient and taking care of yourself and watching the improvement happen week by week. I thought I could trust Dr. Konstantin apparently NOT! He gave me Belotero injections under my eyes. It seemed he used more under one eye and I figured he knew what he was doing (Right?) Wrong! When I looked in the mirror the one eye was bulging. He said it would go down in 2 weeks, use ice on and off. I also used Arnica cream which helps with reducing scars and bruising. I went back 2 weeks later very unhappy that one eye was still bulging and the other was fine. I asked for half the money back and a promise that it would be fine to give it a few more weeks. Well it is almost 3 months and it has never smoothed out or reduced. I will have to see someone else to minimize the puffiness under the one eye. If he cannot even do injections I would be terrified to do any other work under his hands. read more
