Even though she was very busy checking people in she still acknowledged those of us walking in. I felt bad for her having about 4 of us to check In and several other ladies were standing around not helping. Cheyanne did't get overwhelmed with those of us standing in line to get checked in....I will say the only reason I notice these things is because I ran an office for several years, so I notice everything. The assistants Sydney and Maria were the BEST. I have high anxiety anytime having dental work and they put me at ease. I could not of had better assistants. They have great personalities, very personable, and upbeat. Dr Mehta did a great job with me. He has good bedside manners. He genuinely cares for his patients. He took his time with me on my consultation not trying to rush to get to the next patient. He is very patience. He is a very likable Dr. My procedure went well. I had no problems or complaints. The office is nice and clean. I have OCD and am a germaphobe, so I always check out cleanliness. Maria checked me out she was very friendly and keeps a smile. I can say this is a great place to go if you need teeth pulled or any other kind of work. I am impressed with the whole process from walking in the door until the end of service. I am terrified of dentist, so for me to get great treatment pain free this is my speciality dentists.

I wish i had before I went there. i went in for a regular annual dental visit--checkup, xrays, cleaning--which i thought would be a breeze as I had no problems with my teeth. The dentist, named Katz, informed me that I needed a deep cleaning immediately, since i had periodontal disease. i said I didn't think I did. She told me my teeth were going to fall out and my bone had receded so much that they would not be able to save or replace my teeth. i was really scared b/c I had been told by relatives and friends that the procedure was very painful. in the end i agreed to let them do it. i kept asking the front desk employees how long it would take and was told 1 hour to an hour and a half. I was greatly relieved when the dental hygienist worked on my teeth for only 20 minutes without using any pain killer at all--and it didn't hurt at all! She the called in the dentist, who walked in, looked at my teeth for 30 seconds, declared she has never seen cleaner teeth, and walked out. i was confused, but SO relieved. A couple days later, I called my sister and asked her why she ad warned me this was going to be a long and painful process. When I told her it felt just like a normal regular cleaning that is usually free to me with my insurance, she said there is no way you got a deep cleaning if you got no novocaine yet experienced no pain, it was performed by the hygienist and not a dentist, and it only took 20 minutes. Then I called my brother, who has been a dentist in another state for more than 40 years and who has performed deep cleaning for periodantal disease countless times. He verified for me that I had certainly not gotten a deep cleaning. Then there is the matter of what I was charged for this phony procedure--they charged my credit cards over $1600 and billed my insurance another $1900. They tried to get about $3500 for a procedure that should cost a total of $1200- up to $1500 depending on the degree of the problem. i say "tried" b/c i have since called my credit cards and put a stop payment on them and filed a formal dispute. in addition, I called my insurance, who put a hold on paying them and is also conducting a fraud investigation. Next--I'm turning them into Medicare fraud and contacting the dental board for my state. People!! I see from Yelp that many have had the same experience that I did with Aspen, and for years judging by the dates on the complaints, but you didn't inform authorities! these people should not be in practice--and you should call out fraud or they won't be stopped. The icing on the cake for this episode--I called Aspen to inform them I was turning them in, and Devin at the front desk said "We worked on you for 4 hours". Astounding the depth and shamelessness of lying here. Please--even if this happened way in the past--call and complain to authorities. Insurance fraud costs the public billions every year. do your part to stop it. Mary H

Going in, I was hopeful for a good experience -- and Dr. Williams and her entire team exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, communicative, and genuinely caring. Even the associate who came in to review the cost of the procedure was delightful -- friendly, funny, and remarkably easy to work with. It immediately put me at ease. Bethany, the tech who stayed with me throughout the process, was outstanding. She explained everything clearly, reassured me at each step, and kept me distracted in a way that truly felt like having my own daughter there looking out for me. The extraction itself was far better than I anticipated. I'm sensitive to epinephrine in numbing agents, but Dr. Williams administered everything carefully so I never experienced the usual racing-heart feeling. The procedure was quick, not painful, and handled with exceptional skill. Dr. Williams talked me through each part of the process, and she and Bethany kept a warm, pleasant conversation going that made the whole experience surprisingly comfortable. They also provided clear after-care instructions -- both verbally and in writing -- and made sure I knew I could call with any questions. The level of communication, compassion, and professionalism was remarkable from start to finish. Given the circumstances, this was as positive of an experience as I could have hoped for. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Williams and her staff.

I wasn't in pain.(which is the magic word to get treatment right away) I only had to wait two days to get an appointment. I filled out my paperwork online and they printed it out when I arrived. Easy! I was taken back a short time later and X rayed, cool machine! You stand up and put your head into a helmet like thing and bite onto a small plastic piece. They turn it on and these 2 panels rotate around your head. The Dr. get a nice 360° view of my jaw. My #32 was a Mesial impact(leaning forward) partially erupted(out of my gums) and the roots slightly wrapped around my jaw. Dr S had a game plan immediately: Use the drill to cut it in half slightly, take a tool and crack it, then remove the two halves. The drill wizzing was not very long, and then he got a tool to separate and crack my tooth in half. He warned me and What a crack! The sound went right up my jaw to my ear, i was so numb I felt nothing. He then got a smaller tool to further spread my tooth, only this time I heard a metallic clink! My tooth had broken the tip off of the tool! May was right there with the sucker to get it out. He grabbed another tool and finished the job, got some pliers and pulled the 2 halves out. They washed the hole out ,sucked the rinse, put a couple sutures in and May put a wad of gauze in my mouth. I was done! The whole thing took maybe 30 mins. Zero pain! May gave me my instructions and goody bag with stuff to help me heal. Called in my scripts to My Fav pharmacy and I left. I changed my gauze out every 30 mins till I went to bed. I woke up today with a very dull sensation in my mouth, I've stopped bleeding and am now focused on NOT getting a dry socket. The prices were a little below average so i saved probably $150, and I don't have dental insurance. I've been saving my pennies and It was worth every one. Do yourself a favor if you have issues with your mouth, Don't buy that PS5 or Birkin bag! Come here and take care of it, your mouth health has been found to link to all kinds of other things like your heart! Stop putting it off and come see my new Fav Oral Surgeon, Referrals needed unless it's a wisdom tooth or you are "in pain."
