Both times I have pulled my car into the service area and haven't been immediately connected with a service advisor. It's a long wait just to check into your appointment. They do have a spacious seating/work area which is nice because you're going to need it--when I was actually seen for my routine service check during my first visit I was there for at least half a day. In addition they have a system where they text you when your car is ready and tell you to see your service advisor for pick up, but when I got the text my service advisor had gone to lunch and it took me awhile to find anyone willing to just check me out. Second, I have some concerns about the quality of their work. When I came in for my routine service they said they changed the cabin filter and provided an air vent cleaning. Fast forward a month and the car smells terrible when I turn on the ventilation system--like mildew and urine. I made an appointment to get it checked out and when I arrived they basically told me I would have to leave my car for two days (a full weekend) to get any sort of diagnostic. For a mildew smell this sounded a little excessive, especially given that I made an appointment and this is a follow up on a service they just did. So, not only am I questioning the quality of the work they did a month ago, but now I've wasted time driving to the dealership to be told I can't even get any diagnostic service at my appointment time. I didn't necessarily expect a full fix immediately, but at the very least it would have been great to get some sense of what's going on, especially given that I was just there a month ago. I've gone to some really good service shops that would have taken a look right away because they would have felt badly that I had to bring my car in so soon after just being there, but definitely not this place. The great thing about this area is choice--tons of mechanics to choose from. So, I can't really think of a reason to come back here.

    I would like to preface that I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who had an extremely…read morehorrific experience at this dealership's service department today. All potential customers should be warned: DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP. The General Manager and employees in the service department were offensive, disrespectful, and discriminatory. It is clear from other reviews that this place has significant personnel and customer service issues that are deeply ingrained. My mother scheduled an appointment today for an oil change on her vehicle at 11:30 AM. Her vehicle's display indicated that 1 quart of oil needed to be added, but she decided to get a full oil change since it was due soon. She and my father arrived on time, only to be informed that the staff would be going on their lunch break soon and that they would have to wait 1.5 hours. Another staff member then told them it would take 2 hours for the oil change to be completed. Meanwhile, they tried to persuade her to get a 20,000-mile service, which would have cost close to $1,400+. My mother informed the service department staff that she would return when her car reached 20,000 miles but wanted only an oil change for now. After this, the staff's attitude and professionalism deteriorated further. During the 2-hour wait, they received no updates. At 1:30 PM, my father went to inquire about the car's status, and a staff member named Chris was extremely rude, stating that they had started at 11:50 AM and the service would be done at 1:50 PM. About 10 minutes later, Chris drove the vehicle to the front, parked it, placed the keys on the table, and said, "Everything is delayed. You have to come back another day and make another appointment." My parents were confused and asked, "What do you mean? Did you not do anything to my car?" Chris responded, "No," and walked away without an apology, being incredibly condescending and rude. My parents waited over 2 hours only to be told at the end that they could not even perform the oil change. My mother was extremely upset and went to the counter to ask why they hadn't informed her earlier and made her wait this entire time. She was clearly distraught, wanting to understand what had happened and why she was being treated this way. The General Manager (GM) then approached and threatened my mother, stating that if she didn't calm down, they would call the police, and stormed off. Shortly after the Service Director, named Robert, then came over to console my mother and tried to mediate the issue, escorting her to his office. By this time, my mother had calmed down and was explaining the events to Robert as he wanted to rectify the situation. But lo behold the outrageous GM then stormed into the office, saying, "This is my house! If you scream in my house, then you need to leave, otherwise I'll call the police!" This was unbelievable. Even Robert looked at the GM in dismay. Robert apologized to my mother and tried to make things right by helping her, but he was the only one. All the other staff at the service department, including the GM, were horrendous, condescending, and disrespectful. My mother asked Robert if this was how they treated customers or even to Asians and what she had done to deserve this. The entire time, the GM and the rude staff member name Chris were talking right outside the office window. Robert insisted on trying to make it right. So, my mom took the path of least resistance and said they could just top off her oil instead. This took about 15 minutes. Despite Robert's attempts to rectify the problem, it is clear that this dealership needs to re-evaluate their staff in the service department, or they will continue to lose great customers. All it takes is one bad seed to ruin the lot, and in this case, there was more than just one. We strongly advise against taking your vehicle to get serviced at the Mercedes dealership in Catonsville, MD., or you just might find yourself in a nightmare.

I…read moreimmediately brought it to the closest dealership at Ourisman Chevrolet on Security Blvd. I have never been to this dealership or its service desk before, but I was warmly welcomed by Tim P in the service department. He immediately set me up with a rental car from Enterprise across the street so that I could get to work and followed up with me after they figured out what was wrong with my truck. His customer service was exceptional. It ended up taking over two months and involved installing a new engine. Everything was covered by the GM warranty to include the rental car and later on the dealership loaner vehicle. If I did not receive the great customer service (specifically Tim P.) from the service department, it would likely be the most frustrating car service/dealership experience of my life. Tim communicated about 4 times a week, even if there was not an update. If he was out of the office for a day, he would leave an update with a co-worker. Half my lifters needed replacement. Due to supply chain issues (far beyond the dealership's control), it took about 3 weeks just to get new lifters. The warranty only covered the broke lifters. So I was very nervous about the other lifters breaking. Once they replaced the bad lifters, the engine was still not sounding right. So they took everything apart and put it back together. Tim worked with the warranty company, and they authorized a new engine. So now I have a new engine and a pre-paid maintenance plan. Tim worked to get me the maintenance plan since it took over 2 months to get my truck back, and it renewed my faith in my truck. This happened between March and May. The reason this review is so late is because we welcomed a new baby girl on March 31st. Dealing with a broken vehicle a week before my daughter's birth, was the last thing I wanted to deal with. This process could have been a lot worse. Thank you Tim for truly caring about a customer.

    Outstanding Customer Service After the Sale!…read more I purchased a 2020 Nissan Armada from Koons Annapolis on December 31, 2025. About five months later, in May, I went to use my air conditioning and discovered it was blowing hot air. I contacted Koons Annapolis and was advised to have the vehicle inspected by a Nissan dealership. I took it to Antwerpen Nissan on Security Boulevard, where I worked with William James. Their team initially checked the system, added dye to the line, and recharged the A/C. Unfortunately, the A/C stopped working again just two days later. I returned to Antwerpen Nissan, and after further inspection, they discovered a hole in the A/C line. The repair estimate was approximately $4,400. I immediately contacted Koons Annapolis, left a message, and then stopped by the dealership with the diagnosis, photos, and estimate. This is where exceptional customer service truly shined. Josh, the Sales Manager at Koons Annapolis, took ownership of the situation and worked directly with William James at Antwerpen Nissan to resolve the issue. Koons Annapolis agreed to cover the repair costs, and Antwerpen Nissan completed the work. They kept my vehicle for seven days and even provided me with a rental vehicle during the repair process. William James kept me updated on the progress and made himself available for any questions I had. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service provided by Josh at Koons Annapolis and William James at Antwerpen Nissan. It is refreshing to see businesses stand behind their customers even months after a sale. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you both for going above and beyond. I highly recommend Koons Annapolis and Antwerpen Nissan on Security Boulevard for their dedication to customer service and doing the right thing.

    1 Star - Terrible Recall Experience & Unprofessional Staff…read more I received a recall notice by mail to replace the fuel pump. I called this Nissan dealership and booked an appointment. At no point during the phone call did anyone mention that the gas level needed to be at half a tank or less. No warning, no instructions, nothing. What already felt strange was that I received a call the day before my appointment asking if I was "sure" I needed to bring the car in, which already gave the impression that they didn't want to deal with a recall. The woman on the phone sounded unprofessional and clearly annoyed, as if recalls are an inconvenience to them. When I arrived, the technician, Mr. Lloyd, completely changed his attitude the moment he found out I was there for a recall. He took my keys and clearly wasn't happy about doing his job. Three minutes later, he came back and told me my gas tank was full and that they would need to "empty it" -- for a $399 fee. I was shocked. I asked why this was never mentioned before my appointment, especially since this cost me time and money to come in. His response was basically, "You should have known. It's in the mail." It was NOT in the mail. This is extremely poor customer service. If there are requirements for a recall appointment, they should be clearly communicated ahead of time, not sprung on customers after they arrive. This felt like either incompetence or an attempt to charge unnecessary fees. Worst service I've ever experienced at a dealership. I will never return and absolutely do NOT recommend this Nissan dealership to anyone.

Recently ((January 2025) I was pulled over by a police officer and given a warning because the stickers for the month and year were reversed on the license plate; I told the officer that I had no idea this happened because it was taken care of by the dealer at pruchase. When I called David at Auto Leader he was borderline disinterested in the conversation at first not even acknowledging they made an error. (as if I wouuld call about this falsly out of the blue and as if I did not buy a car from him that was not cheap!) This made me annoyed. He then told me I needed to come in and they would try to fix it. I asked if he could come to my work place, 2 blocks from their shop, and he could fix it there. He refused and said he was trying to seve me time and aggravation over having to go to MVA for new stickers. His solution was in no way saving me time and aggravation already caused by the error, and in the future to get it fixed. His attitude was terrible- he accused me of "pointing fingrer". I would be VERY CAREFUL about doing business with this complany, especially if you want a company with customer services that stands behind their work.

I met Danylo, who was an amazing help. Very knowledgeable about cars and not pushy. Excellent customer service as far as I am concerned. Of course there was some haggling, but I reached a deal I thought was fair. Victor the sales manager was also great. I did end up signing for the service contract and reached a fair deal on that as well. I really enjoyed my experience and I am someone who typically stays away from buying cars and dealerships. Also, had a small prob that was overlooked during the purchase and Keller got me in the next day immediately and filled my tank up for the inconvenience. We shall see how the experience continues and if problems come up during servicing, but so far a great place to me. If you are going there, definitely ask for Danylo.     Brought my year old CX5 in for second (complimentary) oil change. Thankfully, was given a loaner car. Next day met with service manager who apologized and explained what occurred. IMO this episode confirmed what a poor dealership this place is. My vehicle delivery got screwed up. A simple oil change got screwed up. I'm not returning. Go there at your own risk. BTW, I love the car.
