I highly recommend using their order online for in store pickup for the best pricing since the store will follow the online pricing vs the shelf sticker price. Online orders come with a paper bag that has a handle which makes it nice and easy to carry out. There are two floors to the store, with the majority of home improvement things being on the lower level.

Extremely rude, sexist staff…read more I was waiting for help and was ignored by a male employee who kept his back to me and didn't acknowledge I was standing next to him for 10 min. I asked him for help and he said he'd get to me when he was done with someone else. Because I had waited so long I decided to walk and find another employee to help. When I returned to the aisle, I was yelled by both the first employee and his male customer for not waiting my turn for his attention. On top of that the employee yelling at me had his mask half way off his face. I hope I don't get COVID on top of everything else. I have never been so horribly treated at a store. I bought my power drill at Home Depot instead. I will never shop at ace again.
