The doctors and all the staff I have interacted with have been great. I have not had the extensive eye exams that I have already undergone here, but at least they never used the machine to blow air into my eyes. My surgery is scheduled for about three weeks from now, but I already have all the information and medications that I need to proceed. I was thinking the Scottsdale office was far, but then I heard another patient say they came from much farther than I did. Knowing the distance some patients drive lets you know how great the treatment is.

My reason for doing the surgery was to see the tennis ball and street signs more clearly. This has not happened. They gave me mono vision which resulted in seeing two balls. Waited over an hour for a few tests and kept getting put back in the waiting room. It had been over an hour and a half for my "consultation" and I finally had to leave. This is only after witnessing 3 very high pressure sales encounters. The guy before me didn't even realize he was paying for the procedure until after the lady had him swiping numerous cards. The cherry on top was witnessing one employee yelling at the other.. probably took someone's sale.

I don't remember too much of the procedure, after they put me under that is. I do remember they asked if I use marijuana because it took them more than expected to get me under.... I guess using ADHD stimulants may have a similar effect, well at least that is what I hope because I am a medicated neurodivergent person. I prefer the Glendale location because it is easier to get to, and who does not want to drive less with the rising gas prices? The staff is friendly and helpful.
