Despite the reviews, Kore is actually a pretty amazing store. I bring my son in here from time to time to buy some stuff for his skateboarding or some new shoes, and the staff is always nice and attentive. Even though my son is young, he feel comfortable around the employees because they're always giving him tips on how to get better! I waited in line for a very anticipated drop for some black pigeon Nike SB I was the fourth in line. It was on a first come first serve basis. 10 minutes before it opened the mf's changed it to a raffle I was so mad it made me furious. That's not the best part. If you won the raffle you had to spend a minimum of 50 bucks to buy the shoes. Ain't that some bull shit read more

Currently sitting at the Kore sister store in San Bernardino waiting on Angel from the Kore store at the Galleria Tyler Mall because they sold my 13 yr old daughter 2 left shoes last Friday. I called to complain, especially because we were visiting and don't live in Riverside. Angel told me that the correct shoes would be at the E Street location by Friday morning. Here it is, 1 in the afternoon and my shoes never even got placed for transfer. These shoes are part of my daughter's birthday outfit. Wss sells the same shoes for $39.99 but I paid $65.99 here to be screwed over and get the run around. Don't shop Kore. This is crazy man! read more

Was there for 10 minutes getting helped and bought some grip tape then worker stopped helping me after I paid and didn't complete helping me cutting grip or installing and told me he now had to help another customer who just walked in looking at shoes... very disappointing and will make sure rot never shop her again ! read more

Came in a few days ago to check out the shop and check for new shoes and the clothing. When I was looking at the shoes, I noticed baby roaches in almost every other shoe. That is not acceptable and overall the store looks pretty dirty when you really take a genuine look. read more
