She runs a small business and was more than willing to accommodate us anyway she could help out. Her prices were very reasonable and for what our guests got, it was definitely worth it! Our guests loved the ramen and thought it was very fun and it provided just the right thing on a cooler outdoor evening reception. We ended up getting half portions to not overwhelm everyone with all our different food truck foods and it worked out great. I cannot say how nice Linda was or how hard she worked to make our wedding special. She was always all smiles and it was so kind that she was really happy to be part of the whole wedding and wished us well. He was great to work with planning the event for 80 people that offered meat and veggie options and worked with the tight budget we had. He came on time, set up, cooked up all the food on the flat top, and even though there was a huge line of hungry students, they kept it moving quickly. Completely handled clean up as well. Both events he catered there was zero food left as people made sure to clear him out. He also offers sides like trays of rice, beans, and aguas. Cooking can be done onsite or as drop off. His mild green salsa and mango fuego salsa were both a hit. The mild ran out quickly because people loaded up! The mango fuego is good for people who like it HOT (it starts off sweet but packs some heat that will linger!) He even sells bottles of it. I've picked up a few, even the mini ones which I keep in my lunch bag, you never know when you might need some hot sauce ya feel me? I would recommend him for your next party/event or even just for his hot sauce. I use it on my tacos and my friends and family are always asking where I got it.
