Today I took the Aussie for a clean up, and when I got there to pick her up she was SO HAPPY. Anytime I've taken her to other groomers, I've never been greeted by her like this. She was so happy and just seemed to be at home and comfortable. She's so soft, smells incredible, her haircut is perfect. She's beautiful It makes me feel so good knowing how well everyone at Posh takes care of my babies.

I will be adding another review to google! First time customer and had both of our dogs scheduled for a new customer appointment. I called saying we were going to be 7 minutes late coming from bow and I walked in only for them to have a large attitude and say that they could no longer fit us in. They didn't even offer to only groom one dog just simply said we can't do it. I asked why they didn't mention that on the phone before when I called 5 minutes prior. Terrible communication, terrible service. Do not bring your pet here.

I was afraid she might strip him down since, as I said, he was matted, but she left him with a beautiful, velour summer pet clip. in addition, she took extra care to brush out his undocked tail into an impressive full flag. We are very happy with the result. We would continue to schedule grooming sessions with Paws Spa, but unfortunately we are moving out of range. one more comment: it was clear that the groomer was kind and gentle as our Poodle was happy and relaxed (and clean) when she brought him in from her grooming van. Dr. McKelvey chatted with me about the cats, my concerns, and looked at our litter box situation before giving me some suggestions- it was about half of the time slot, but very appreciated. On top of that, as soon as the cats were done being "tortured" they got to run and hide in their favorite spots instead of having to deal with a drive home. They usually are unhappy for 2-3 weeks after a vet visit, but within 5 days they're back to normal! 100% recommended!

You tell me - One star or two?…read more I didn't receive any service, even though they are open until 7:00 PM. I pulled up to the propane station at 6:42 PM. Unloaded my two propane tanks to be filled. After waiting three minutes when it was clear no one was going to help me, I decided to call, rather than load everything back up and go inside. I asked if anyone was working the propane station. 'No, Propane is closed,' she said. 'But you're open until 7. When did propane close?', I asked. 'At 6:45,' she said. 'Just now.' That's customer service for you at the Oak Harbor Country Store. Whoever was filling propane today wasn't around at 6:42, 6:43, 6:44, or 6:45, so it's closed. How convenient. By the way, there isn't ANY sign or other markings indicating that 'Propane closes at 6:45'. And if it were truly closed, why isn't the propane station locked up? Why is it possible for someone - at 6:56 PM - to just walk up and snap the photo I've attached? Propane is so heavily monitored and regulated. Certainly this is a safety hazard to leave the propane station unattended like this? It's now 7:03 PM. The propane station is still open; nothing is locked up. A woman from inside just came out and asked if I was hoping to get propane. I said, 'Yes.' She said, 'We're closed. You'll have to come back tomorrow.' I replied, 'Then you might want to lock all that up. It's a safety hazard.' I pointed to the propane station. She called someone to come lock it up. It's 7:07 PM now. Still unattended; still wide open. It's been unattended, wide open, unlocked for at least 25 consecutive minutes now. They call it Joke Harbor, for a reason, people.

So I just had to do a review about how amazing their customer service is…read more I have not done a grooming service yet-scheduled but I did have a nail trimming. I have a 7month old Lab puppy, she is a wiggly monster. They were able to trim her nails in 5 min. They didn't shame me or make me feel bad that my puppy is a puppy. I couldn't wait to schedule an appointment-you can tell everyone there will care for your dog. They talked to Luna and I don't even think she barked because the attention they gave her- fabulous service! Oh and for a nail trim they let me do a walk in! I had been struggling trying to trim myself and her nails were getting knarly so they saved me!
